We had a great experience here today. We came in as a family and they patiently and generously built all of our pizzas. Also, I really do appreciate that they have plant-based "sausage", as eating vegetarian can be tricky at some establishments. Being able to enjoy "sausage" & peppers on my pizza really made my day. Why 4 stars and not 5? It took a long time to prepare our order because they did not have dough pressed out, which seemed strange because it was during the lunch rush. Good pizza, TERRIBLE customer service. Blonde girl with ponytail cannot tell the difference between white and red sauce. Made my friend shit herself as a result. Proceeded to tell us they were closed and we needed to leave immediately at 10 on the dot and stared at us until we left. She told us we could sit outside to finish our food, it's 100 degrees outside. My pizza was practically bubbling from the heat. I work in the service industry and we NEVER ask customers to leave past closing, that's rule number one. We were mean-mugged the whole way out. They didn't leave until well over an hour past closing, we would've been long gone by then. She refused to let my friend use the bathroom before we left, she has severe GI diseases. Plural. This location would be better suited as carry-out only. The restaurant was noticeably dirty and customer service was lacking. The employee preparing pizzas around 1:30 p.m. appeared very unhappy and disengaged, as if she didn't want to be there. The dining area and soda machine were sticky and unclean, with napkins under tables and crumbs left on surfaces. I genuinely didn't know where it was sanitary to sit. Hello, I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit to the MOD Pizza location on Sunday. Location 1380 N Litchfield Rd Goodyear, AZ 85338 My family and I spent over $50 during our visit, and we participated in the kids' free pizza promotion. When ordering, we asked if we could pay the difference to add an additional topping to one of the kids' pizzas, but we were told this was not allowed. This was confusing and disappointing, as we were willing to pay the extra cost and expected some flexibility. More concerning was the overall customer service provided by Jordan. The employees taking our order appeared uninterested, had poor body language, and made us feel as though they did not want to take our order. The tone and attitude were unwelcoming, which took away from what should have been a positive family experience. We enjoy MOD Pizza and have had good experiences in the past, which is why this visit stood out. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed going forward. Placed an order via door dash today and my driver let me know that he was waiting at the store because they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Then he messaged me again to let me know they had to remake it because it was incorrect. Waited over an hour for a 21min delivery. Just for it to get here and it be the completely WRONG pizza. It's covered in meat which I didn't order. Ham, chicken and sausage. None of the ingredients I ordered. Door dash refunded me, but now an hour later, I'm still without my food and forced to reorder. I call the store in hopes that maybe my pizza is there and I can just come get it... only to be routed to an external customer service line that's NOT at the store.. because how does that help me?!! read more

Was terribly understaffed to the point where they should've closed. Line pizza assembler woman was amazing and so kind. We usually love Mod pizza but this time it was disappointing. We asked for three Mod size pizza & the staff took out 3 dough to make. Two of them are awfully small like kids size pizza, compared to other one. But she claimed that dough machine sometimes gets out different sizes....then I overheard one of the staff telling her these are too small while I was waiting. But they put them in the oven anyway instead of remaking them. Then another stuff called my name when it was done. I asked again he also claim that dough machine spits out random sizes. I think they have just better topping selections. And, they don't shy away loading them onto your pizza. I glad it's not weighted! My masterpiece was the Tristian with basil, roasted corn, roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted pineapple, roasted corn, spicy Italian sausage, Mama lil pepper, and many many more; just like a buffet on a pizza. Sick of this location... I always pre order and I have learned they will not make any online orders when they have customers in their store. I get it, but don't offer online orders if your not going to make the pizza. This time, once again I show up, look at the line, watch people make there order and get it made. I ordered 45 min ahead of time and they never made my pizza.. total time from preordering to getting it was 47 min. They new it was wrong so they ha e me a free pizza coupon. I have eaten at a MOD Pizza once before, on a trip to Seattle, so I was excited to try this location close to home. It lived up to expectations. The service was very nice and straightforward. My husband ordered a Mad Dog pizza with jalapenos added and some garlic strips. I had a completely custom salad that filled the bowl in a way that made it difficult for her to mix it. I had just sat down with drinks when the pizza and sticks were done--they baked up that fast. My salad was delicious, and wow, what a deal for that price. I'm used to eating big salads but I actually had to ask for a container to take some home! My husband, who was visiting MOD for the first time, really liked his pizza. He said he'd be fine with eating there again. When we entered the restaurant, there was no line, so we zoomed right through. The crowd followed us! It was nice to see the place so busy, as I know that location has had difficulty keeping restaurants. I really hope MOD makes it.
