The young lady was being helped, even got drinks prepared for twice by two different associates. While the 3 of us waited, a door washer came in and quickly picked up an order as well. Mind you, my order was for a single chicken sandwich only, and nothing else. After the lady got her food, I and the gentleman were asked what we were waiting on. So my sandwich sat there behind the counter waiting to be picked up the entire time I was standing there and not once was I asked or my name called out. Had I not been trying to get it to my husband in time so he wasn't waiting longer than necessary between properties he maintains, I would have had them remake it. Thats the only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5. Please acknowledge all customers in your waiting area instead of ignoring them while customer #1 is waiting as well.
