Wow this is trash pizza Little Caesars pizza tastes better than this cardboard. Staff if nice but the quality and FLAVOR is nonexistent!! My crust tastes like tap water. I don't think they use filtered water in their dough. And pizza itself was flavorless no seasoning ok it what's so ever. Don't know how this has 4/5 star review on yelp. 0/10 for this pizza. If you gave this place 3+ stars, I'm convinced you eat cardboard for all your meals. read more

Before I begin, I want to say this has nothing to do with service, the service these folks offer at this location is amazing. The ladies who work there who have served in the last are very sweet. I ordered through doordash yestersday and lets just say I was left very dissapointed with the quality of the pizza This was my first time trying the thick dough and I absolutely hated it. The Dillon James pizza was missing basil, there was barely any chopped garlic on it, the tomatoes tasted funky and there was barely any cheese on the pizza!!!! The dough was rough and chewy, I did not like. The other pizza wasnt too bad but it was cold, not enough cheese (again) and the artichokes didnt taste right.The veggies seemed to be bland and dry with a weird taste to which I can only describe as stale. Overall I did not like both the pizzas and unfortunately had to trash almost $30.00 worth of food into the garbage and grab something else to eat. Fast, delicious pizzas! Written on the boxes is "Simple food for complex times," and it definitely applies. Similar to Chipotle, you get in line, pick either a pre-designed pizza or build your own from a very nice variety of sauces, dressings, and toppings. Choose as much as you want, and it's always a bit under nine bucks. You pick up drinks and sides, pay, and a five minute wait later and your pizza is ready. The pizza crust is thin and very crispy, similar to those Ritz Chips. There's burnt spots, but they're intended, the bitterness goes well with the flavor of the sauces well. The standard size pizza is cut into four and is easy to handle unless you really loaded up on toppings. Goes great with the beers here! (There's a two dollars per locally brewed on-draft deal here on Tuesdays!) Condiments here include your standard Parmesan and crushed red peppers, but bottles of Sriracha are available here too! To-go boxes are stacked near condiments, and this is super convenient if you gotta go and the staff is bogged down with a rush. It can get super crowded here, and I've had fifteen plus minute waits, but the staff here do a great job keeping the quality and accuracy of pizzas up. For fast food counter service, this is really good pizza. the pizza is a New Haven style, with a thin crust, real fire oven which cooks fast, and gives good char and bubbles to the crust. They don't drown it in tomato sauce like that deep dish people try to pass for pizza, and then they select the toppings to your preference, with lots of options. And a personal 11 inch pie is about $8 (with however many toppings you want). I was pleased they had fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, fresh garlic cloves, and roasted red peppers. Disappointed the mushrooms are not sautéed and no eggplant on the menu. (Jalapeños, feta cheese and calamata olives, but no eggplant shows it's not real Italian.) It's not the best pizza in town, because it's not old school NY pie, but if you are downtown, looking for something fast, this is pretty darned good! read more

This place is great if you want to grab some delicious fast pizza in a casual atmosphere. The pizza was very good, you walk up to the counter and basically design your own pizza, they have several options for sauces or olive oil or pesto sauce, seveal different cheeses, lots of fresh veggie and meat toppings. After you design/build your pizza it gets fired in a brick oven. The service if pretty fast, I waited less than 10 minutes from the time I placed my order until the pizzas were on our table and it was at the tail end of dinner time. All of the employees were EXTREMELY friendly which seems to be rare these days. They offer a smaller 6 inch mini pizza if you are not that hungry or its a great size for younger kids, my daughter loved hers. Prices are great as well, I ordered an 11 inch pie, a 6 inch mini pizza and an order of garlic bread strips(which were amazing), and two fountain drinks for about $25. read more

Came here again while waiting for my iPhone to be fixed in downtown Naperville. This has become my top 3 places for food. There are a few reasons for why I love this place. One, the food is delicious. Every time I get something I enjoy the meal. You can taste that the food is fresh and healthy. Another reason is the customization of pizza. The best part is being able to add toppings without limit. No charge for extra toppings! The best part is that the pizzas are pretty big. I usually struggle with filling myself up with fast food places, but their meals have a great portion size. And the price is hard to beat with under 10 bucks including a drink. I strongly recommend this spot and I intend to get back here sooner than later. This is the perfect balance between fresh made-to-order pizza and fast food speed & price point. A normal pizza will run you aprox $8. It's a large meal for one person or snack for 2 people. I had their meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. My son got a mushroom salami pizza that looked really good. I think the thing I like about this is you can basically get a personal pizza in the 'chipotle' model of fast food and the cook time isn't long. Maybe 6 minutes in that oven and it's back to you. You pick your pizza size, dough, toppings and in about 10 minutes or less your pizza comes out hot and fresh. I will say that the sausage I had was a little too salty, but it is what it is. The three stars is for their customer service. I'm sorry, but the pizza here isn't good. We got three pizzas one was a vegan pizza and a salad. All of the pizzas were burn around the edges and chewy. My pizza didn't have sauce and I ordered it with red sauce. My dad is vegan and can't eat gluten so we were thrilled to see a pizza that follows his dietary guidelines. He said the cheese was great, but he couldn't even eat the pizza. The salad wasn't fresh and had a funny taste. I feel very uncomfortable complaining about things, but I paid 50 dollars and we couldn't even the eat food. We had to return to get something else. My husband ate his pizza out of sheer hunger. We didn't ask for a refund on the one he ate. I think the people that work are great people and it has the potential to be a nice place if they work on making the crust better and making sure all the ingredients are fresh. I think mod pizza is a great name. Keep in mind this is my first time trying it so maybe they're busy and it's a one off, because the rest of the reviews are great. I'm really not trying to bash them, but it's rare I have a pizza that's bad enough I feel compelled to return it and ask for a refund. This would be the first time for that too. Wow. I'm addicted to MOD. I really didn't have high expectations for this. It felt like chipotle for pizza, what could be so special about it? MOD pizza is amazing. My hubby got one of their specialty pizzas with some BBQ sauce, a mini-size, and he really enjoyed the flavor and the size was just enough for lunch...no leftovers. I ordered a Salad pizza and it was great. It was basically a big, yummy, make-it-yourself salad on top of a cheesy pizza crust. I definitely had leftovers! The pizza is kind of a Neapolitan style, not thin-crust, but on the thinner side. It's brick oven, so there is a yummy char on it from the fire. The atmosphere was kind of hipster, fast-casual fun. This one offers a lot of delicious choices, including gluten-free crusts. The price is reasonable and you can even order a mini- pizza for about $5. It is located near the AMC movie theater so it's a great place to stop before or after a movie. It has a cool, urban vibe. The servers are very friendly and fun. Service was friendly and helpful, though there was a bit of trouble with our order (they sort of lost track of one of my dining companions' pizza and gave her a different one by accident). However, they quickly rectified the situation. When the pizzas in our order didn't come out at the same time, they were rather blase about it rather than apologetic, which earned them a ding. On to the food quality. It's really quite good. The crust is thin, but not overly crispy. The toppings appear to be of high quality. MOD Pizza is my new go-to place whenever I crave for pizza. Their pizza is so delicious and phenomenal! It is freshly made, cooked perfectly, and very unique. The crust of it is so crunchy, the toppings is overload, and the whole pizza is cheesy, meaty, saucy. It is really worth to try. They also have many different choices of foods, all of it are interesting, and mouth-watering. Their food is reasonably priced and fair. You will absolutely enjoy their menu. My boyfriends' wonderful Aunt brought us here because she had been raving about it for so long. I didn't know what to expect, and when we got to the line to order I was overwhelmed by the choices. In the end, this is somewhat like the pizza version of Subway. You can create your own person pizza, with as much or as little on it, for less than $8!!!! I mean the combinations are limitless and the pizza tastes SO GOOD!! Customer Service is good here, and its just a really cool spot to eat some good pizza.
