And getting the same pizzas out of the oven. Her lazy male coworker was busy folding pizza boxes in front of everyone. And her do nothing female coworker came out once in awhile to look around and pound bags of mozzarella on the counter to loosen up the cheese. Your service here has been slipping. I walked in and of the workers said we will be right with you, tells the other guy to help and he does not even acknowledge me, he's just staring at 2 receipts, then goes and removes gloves puts new ones on, standing right in front of me, still not helping and just staring at receipts. As a person who has worked at a place quite similar to this, and was the original hiring group upon grand open, whatever these reviews are saying about employees going to slow, taking their time, being too friendly (?? why is that suddenly a negative thing) are being a little nit-picky in my opinion. I know what its like on the other side of that glass and all I have to say is that this is a great location. Mod is delicious (I miss my local Pizza rev still though rip). I did a walk-in order. The staff was so nice as we joked about my name (s/o to that employee iykyk), kinda went specific on my order (I asked for sprinkles of certain things here and there), and were super cool about it, pizza cooked extremely fast, and it turned out very tasty. I'll definitely be coming back, they're doing a great job. I'm excited to see it thrive here! Parking: They're located in the new Noho West shopping center on Laurel Canyon (closer towards victory) so they have a little parking section. It could be a tight squeeze there on a busy day but it was empty when I went. COVID: I saw a few sanitizers around. I recommend asking for croutons to fill yourself up with the salad - but if you're looking for something light the salad by itself will be enough. The burger pizza DOES COME WITH PICKLES which adds to the delicious flavor and effect of eating a burger in the shape of a pizza. I've had two bad experiences at this mod pizza location... the first was my food was missing many (including cheese for a pizza) of the condiments i requested. I gave them a second chance and truly regret it. So I placed an order on the app to have my salad ready to be picked up about 20 minutes before I got there's Literally took 30 minutes to get my order. When I parked, I immediately called and told they didn't have either one of my orders. I read the order numbers and then miraculously they were found. We'll long story short, they brought one salad out and when I said we had a second salad, it took another 15 minutes to get the second one. If it were busy, I'd say well I understand. This was our first visit to MOD Pizza, and it was great! (I heard that MOD stands for Made On Demand, and they lived up to their name!) Angela greeted me with warmth and proceeded to guide me through the selections. She's very professional and genuinely kind. Everyone else there was nice, too. After choosing a pizza (they have several choices, and you can also have them build one from scratch, or even add your selection of toppings to a menu choice) they went straight to work making it on the spot. It took a few minutes to bake of course, and it was worth the wait! It was so fresh, warm, and tasty. The lemonade was yummy, too. My family loved all of it! The place itself was bright and clean with a clear, open space for seating. There's a decent sized parking lot for the mall-like stores all around, and it was pretty easy to find a spot. This place was incredibly slow. There was one family of three in front of us and we waited 15 minutes just to order. There were four employees working in the common work area and each one worked so slow. I'm just wondering how they will survive when the pandemic is over, if they weren't able to promptly service with very few customers in there. Yay Mod pizza is open! I was able to stop by tonight on the way to Trader Joe's when I saw that there was a bit of a line forming. Turned out they were doing a soft open and all the proceeds were going to charity. We ordered two make your own pizzas ( one with white sauce and one with red) with all the various toppings. The employees were cheerful, enthusiastic and all masked. Even though it was a smidge hard to hear with muffling yelling through masks, everyone was patient, friendly and willing to lean in to hear. Towards the end, after payment the employee working the boxes and cutting pizza was helpful in providing suggestions for sauces and dips for the pizza. I got the sri-rancha, ranch and hot honey. The house ranch is money and could probably drink it with a straw. Definitely appreciated the solid customer service and friendly attitude of the staff and am super excited to have such a solid anchor restaurant at noho west! And so close to home, yay! I had been going to Mod Pizza on Lankershim for the last three or four years. I was excited to hear that there would be a second one opening up nearby. The one on Lankershim has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, so I was excited when this one finally opened. I have been in twice now since they opened. The service was very friendly and the food has been delicious each time. I always get the choose your own salad and the ingredients are always fresh. They are also generous with the ingredients. We also got a Caspian pizza and it was cheesy and delicious! Additionally, when I went in last night all employees were wearing masks covering their mouths and noses and the place was clean and felt very safe. I am sad that my Mod on Lankershim has closed, but I am so glad this one has opened up. It is a great place for salads and pizzas. read more

Mod Pizza is always delicious and I couldn't be happier they have vegan cheese for people like me who can't have dairy. This location in particular just simply sucked in the customer experience part of things. For example I told them twice the order was to go, they gave me my pizzas on plates, I then requested they put the pizza in boxes, to which they said "go get a box there" (behind me on top of a drink machine where I'd have to reach on my tip toes (and I'm pretty dang tall)) and then I had to insist, no, you put my effing pizza in the box, dude.
