We fell in love with Mod Pizza when they opened. We moved away where there are no Mod Pizzas. We were so excited to have the opportunity to come back and eat at our old favorite. I ordered one side pepperoni and the other side with chicken, both sides with different toppings. Overall, pizza is not bad, it's good if you're in a hurry and want something not expensive. Vegetables tasted good, chicken tasted like it has been there for a couple of hours but it still tasted good. Descent. Cheese was ok but you can say it's not high quality cheese. 1/12/26 I came in on my lunch break to get a mini pizza for my sick little one and a mod for myself. There was only one guy making pizzas and also at the register. There was about four ladies in line and maybe three kids. After standing in the line about six minutes, I decided to go to the restroom and then I came back and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes while he made all of their orders and took all of their payments and then came back to me to get my pizza started. I was wondering why he couldn't just get all of our pizzas cooking and then the payments. After my order was placed in the oven. Another young lady comes out and starts, making herself a salad or it may have been a online order. I find it hard to believe that she was on break because the place just opened up. all in all I was there about 35 minutes for what would not have taken as long any other day. I knew it was a bad idea, but since I drove all the way over here might as well get the pizza that my child wanted. One out of 10 service today. read more

Tried MOD for the first time today. Ordered a entree salad that consisted of about 10 different ingredients. All I can say is WOW MOD! Fresh, tasty and lots of everything! I don't eat healthy enough but this is my new go to place for salads! I know a salad doesn't sound very sexy or exciting, but this was a damn good salad! Will need to try their pizzas as well. The guys at the counter were also very friendly and helpful. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to MOD Pizza and returning the pizza didn't disappoint. I ordered the Tristan for pick-up which took about fifteen minutes to prepare. The staff there are quick with the order and helpful. The pizza, including the crust was light, fresh and flavorful. The price is on par with other pizza places. I'll have to try some other options when I'm in the area. read more

So disappointed in this order! None of the pizzas had the toppings ordered. Basically no veggies on any of them, even though they were all supposed to have them. My daughter's pizza had No CHICKEN! How do you leave off the chicken on a chicken pizza?? Store was online order only, and doors were locked and had to wait for someone to open door to pickup our order. Out of the 5 pizzas we ordered, not one was right. We have eaten at Mods all over, and this is definitely the worst experience we've ever encountered. I honestly do not understand all of the bad reviews for this place. We've been here 3 times, and each time the pizza was absolutely delicious and topped exactly how we like. Maybe that's because we ate inside? The employees were gracious about our "yes" "no" "more please" on each of our pizzas and always have a great attitude. We've tried the Jasper, Dillon James, Dominic, Mad Dog and the Tristan. We typically add additional ingredients to get them just to our liking. They are cooked perfectly, the ingredients taste fresh, and the pizza is YUMMMM every time! The price is very reasonable being able to have as many toppings as you want. They also serve wings and salads - but we have not ventured away from the pizza yet to try these. They also have a small selection of beers and seltzers along with sodas and water. We don't live very close, but we like to stop by when we are by NRH to grab a quick bite. read more

We visited MOD Pizza on Rufe Snow in N Richland Hills and decided to try their build your own pizza and it was awesome! The lady who helped us explained everything and then started building our pizza as we liked it. The two of us split a MOD and it was enough for both of us. We loved the fresh ingredients and nothing was greasy, in fact we chose MOD for eating at their restaurant every weekday for 30 days and I actually lost weight because of their thin crust option that was so crunchy from their fire ovens that baked it to perfection! Had a hectic day and needed comfort food stat! I was running around like crazy all morning and needed something homey, warm and quick and needed something different and decided to get a MOD pizza -it looked inviting. The staff was so nice and friendly. I got the Caspian. Chicken and BBQ sauce. Omg! It hit the spot! Warm-toasty and delicious and the nice staff n such a dreary day turned my day around. Placed an online order, was told it'd be about 40 minutes and that's cool it's prime time we get that. Get there at the time it was supposed to be ready and they told us it'd be another 45 minutes! They Didn't want to refund us at first, but finally agreed to. I get it during dinner time they are going to be more busy, but don't tell us a time it's going to be ready at and we get there and it's not anywhere close to that time! And then refuse to rush our order and tell us it'll be another 45 minutes as if we just walked in and got in line with the people who were standing in the dine in line. Very disappointing. read more

This is a new location on Rufe Snow. I did a mobile order to pick up at 1230, got there at 1215 and it was on the pickup site. The pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting a while. I usually go to the one in south ft worth and it's stellar. This may have been a one off but based on this experience I can't recommend this location read more

Had a pick up order, but the inside seemed ok. The food was ready and already cold. I respect having my order ready, but don't tell me 18 min and have it ready in less than10. I'd rather wait a few minutes for piping hot food. It wasn't a busy night. The pizza was good as long as you understand that you are paying for the toppings. The crust is very basic and a lot like an unleavened bread even if you get the "thicker" crust. That's not a deal breaker for me since I like to keep the bread down, however if your looking for a hearty, filling pizza at a good price point....? this is going to be more of an appetizer or snack. I'd stop by again though and not take it togo. Worth another shot. read more

I love MOD Pizza because you can go crazy or you can just be plain and it's all good. They have a good choice of predesigned pizzas but I like to live on the wild side and make my own. Refused to make the online order, it was sitting for 20 mins. Then proceeded not to read the ingredient list that was in the custom order I had to give back the pizza once it was made to add the missing ingredients. Had to ask them where is my online order that was projected at a certain time but wasn't ready till 20 mins after projected. Never had a problem before at this location. read more

I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken. I'm not a fan of the sides but I haven't tried the mac & cheese yet, rumored to be good. Sweet tea was better here by far, but nothing special about it. HTO and QT have good sweet tea too.

I placed a small simlple order, 1 chicken sandwich and 1 sausage biscut. Still no option on app to select condiments like jelly. I drove slow to the the restaurant only to find I still had to wait on my order. Order was placed at 10 AM and was still waiting at 10:45 AM. I felt the manger was trying had to motivate her crew. She had orders prepped and ready to go, bags open with order printouts all lined up. She was calling out to the cook line, "Waiting on 6 chicken sandwiches" then calling to the drink station on what drinks are need. At least she seemed She was trying to motivate the crew. However, the young crew appeared numb, tired, and and non responsive.

Our burgers arrived fairly quickly. 5 minutes max. They were delicious. We love getting them protein style. (Lettuce wrapped). Fries were hot and crispy. Now that I know to order them well done I love them! What's impressive is the consistency. No matter where I go In and Out Delivers! Everything is always hot and fresh. Less than $20! Restaurant is always clean and well lit, and what's not to love with the throw back decor and service with a smile every time we visit. On the busier days, seating can be a challenge, but the tables clear fast and normally clean within minutes. The menu is simple, and you know what you getting when going in fresh burgers and hand cut fries, both never frozen, an it definitely adds to the taste. To top it off, the price is reasonable for the quality of the meal, and very few burger joints can match the precision of their service. They certainly live up to their name.

They used to be pretty generous with their fries - we got just enough to fill the slip. They also filled our cups to the brim with ice & we got very little soda. Considering we paid $4 for the fries and drink (a combo) to be added to the gyro, it's like a slap in the face to the customer to get so little for so much. The only thing consistent about the meal and past experiences was the homemade ranch. I know times are hard and the cost of things have also gone up, but it's these little things that make you consider taking your hard earned money somewhere else. 3 stars because we generally are happy with the food we get. It just might be a while until we patronize again.
