So disappointed in this order! None of the pizzas had the toppings ordered. Basically no veggies on any of them, even though they were all supposed to have them. My daughter's pizza had No CHICKEN! How do you leave off the chicken on a chicken pizza?? Store was online order only, and doors were locked and had to wait for someone to open door to pickup our order. Out of the 5 pizzas we ordered, not one was right. We have eaten at Mods all over, and this is definitely the worst experience we've ever encountered. Tried MOD for the first time today. Ordered a entree salad that consisted of about 10 different ingredients. All I can say is WOW MOD! Fresh, tasty and lots of everything! I don't eat healthy enough but this is my new go to place for salads! I know a salad doesn't sound very sexy or exciting, but this was a damn good salad! Will need to try their pizzas as well. I honestly do not understand all of the bad reviews for this place. We've been here 3 times, and each time the pizza was absolutely delicious and topped exactly how we like. Maybe that's because we ate inside? The employees were gracious about our "yes" "no" "more please" on each of our pizzas and always have a great attitude. We've tried the Jasper, Dillon James, Dominic, Mad Dog and the Tristan. We typically add additional ingredients to get them just to our liking. They are cooked perfectly, the ingredients taste fresh, and the pizza is YUMMMM every time! The price is very reasonable being able to have as many toppings as you want. They also serve wings and salads - but we have not ventured away from the pizza yet to try these. They also have a small selection of beers and seltzers along with sodas and water. We don't live very close, but we like to stop by when we are by NRH to grab a quick bite. read more

1/12/26 I came in on my lunch break to get a mini pizza for my sick little one and a mod for myself. There was only one guy making pizzas and also at the register. There was about four ladies in line and maybe three kids. After standing in the line about six minutes, I decided to go to the restroom and then I came back and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes while he made all of their orders and took all of their payments and then came back to me to get my pizza started. I was wondering why he couldn't just get all of our pizzas cooking and then the payments. After my order was placed in the oven. Another young lady comes out and starts, making herself a salad or it may have been a online order. I find it hard to believe that she was on break because the place just opened up. all in all I was there about 35 minutes for what would not have taken as long any other day. I knew it was a bad idea, but since I drove all the way over here might as well get the pizza that my child wanted. One out of 10 service today. read more

We visited MOD Pizza on Rufe Snow in N Richland Hills and decided to try their build your own pizza and it was awesome! The lady who helped us explained everything and then started building our pizza as we liked it. The two of us split a MOD and it was enough for both of us. We loved the fresh ingredients and nothing was greasy, in fact we chose MOD for eating at their restaurant every weekday for 30 days and I actually lost weight because of their thin crust option that was so crunchy from their fire ovens that baked it to perfection! Placed an online order, was told it'd be about 40 minutes and that's cool it's prime time we get that. Get there at the time it was supposed to be ready and they told us it'd be another 45 minutes! They Didn't want to refund us at first, but finally agreed to. I get it during dinner time they are going to be more busy, but don't tell us a time it's going to be ready at and we get there and it's not anywhere close to that time! And then refuse to rush our order and tell us it'll be another 45 minutes as if we just walked in and got in line with the people who were standing in the dine in line. Very disappointing. read more

This is a new location on Rufe Snow. I did a mobile order to pick up at 1230, got there at 1215 and it was on the pickup site. The pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting a while. I usually go to the one in south ft worth and it's stellar. This may have been a one off but based on this experience I can't recommend this location read more

Had a pick up order, but the inside seemed ok. The food was ready and already cold. I respect having my order ready, but don't tell me 18 min and have it ready in less than10. I'd rather wait a few minutes for piping hot food. It wasn't a busy night. The pizza was good as long as you understand that you are paying for the toppings. The crust is very basic and a lot like an unleavened bread even if you get the "thicker" crust. That's not a deal breaker for me since I like to keep the bread down, however if your looking for a hearty, filling pizza at a good price point....? this is going to be more of an appetizer or snack. I'd stop by again though and not take it togo. Worth another shot. read more
