My husband & I were recently in Sherwood on a rainy awful night. We decided to stop and have something to eat at the Mod pizza there. We live close to the one in Beaverton and had not been to this one before. It was such a pleasant surprise to see the restaurant so clean and the young woman that greeted us and made our pizzas was awesome. She was friendly with a big smile and did a great job on both pies. The crust was perfect with an ample amount of our selected toppings. Of course the marionberry lemonade was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

Notified them I was there early for a pickup. 6:00 comes around after I got a second beer around 5:20 and checked up on my order and no one had called my name. It's hard to go wrong with a create-your-own-pizza restaurant, as far as I'm concerned. It gets the people going! The pizzas are delicious. The ingredients always look and taste fresh, the employees are upbeat and friendly, and the lemonades are really good, too! They have milkshakes... I have yet to try one because I usually feel bad enough about the pizza. I have been there during a rush and waited about 30 minutes, but the line was literally out the door. I eat here probably once a week... So I guess I'm a regular! I will say that I wish the nutrition information was a little different... It would be nice if it was more like Subway, where you can go online and "Create" your pizza and it tells you the exact info for your creation. This is a great place for families who have people with lots of different ideas of what kind of pizza to eat. We were eating with two grand kids. Each in our party ordered a personal pizza. The GKs like basic pizza. One got a cheese and one a pepperoni. Both were well pleased. Grandma and grandpa started with a standard pizza and added on meat, cheese and veggies to suit our appetite. I like that the people making our pizza were generous with the toppings. A really great thing about MOD Pizza is the brief time between putting in your order and when you receive it cooked. Sub-Par. Piology makes a pizza that's twice as good. Lacking flavor, too much sauce and cheese. Get Piology that's 5 minutes down the road and you won't be disappointed. Great service though. That's where one of the 2 stars comes from. read more

The pizza here has the lamest amount of toppings I have ever seen. It is expensive, takes a long time to get (whether take out or eat in) and when is take out, it is cold EVERY time. I will not eat this garbage even when it is free. Crust is soft and soggy. I recommend frozen pizza from Walmart over this trash. read more

When it comes to eating out for pizza, I will not go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, always energetic, engaging and more importantly they love where they work. Employees are usually a reflection of the manager, and obviously the staff is taken care of and love what they do. Overall, the atmosphere cannot be any better. I've lived in Sherwood most of my life and I've seen pizza joint after pizza joint fail in this town and it was always understandable why. Mod is such a fun experience. I love that my family gets to choose what ever toppings they want without me being hammered in price and the food is fantastic. The toppings have been fresh every time I've gone in to eat whether it was mid day lunch or late dinner. The customer service is awesome and the quick turn around to getting our pizza cooked is a fresh experience. Mod opened up in Sherwood in a new development surrounded by other restaurants including another pizza place and I've yet to go to them. The price is reasonable and my kids enjoy being able to have their own unique dinner. I would recommend this place to all. read more

This was my first trip to a MOD Pizza and I must say it was a great experience. I totally like the idea of build your own pizza in the style of Subway. The ingredients looked very fresh and the only complaint is the person making my pizza skimped on the ingredients but when I asked for more he obliged. The price was good too - under 16.00 for two personal pizzas and two drinks with one being a beer. The pizza tasted so good and even my daughter who won't eat hardly anything due to being a very picky eater inhaled her pizza! I will definitely be back! read more

The staff at this location is awesome. I work in sherwood and visit this establishment often. Everything that I have come in they always great me and call me by my name. I have grown to really enjoy coming to this place to get my lunch and sometimes I come on my days off. Chase, Kayla, Sam, Sydney, Michael, Jeremiah, and Jesus are the ones that normally help me when I come in. I love that you can walk into this place and be greater by one of them with a smile and hi. The food always taste great and the one thing that I like about coming here is that they encourage me to try new things.
