Jersey Mike's is my go to sub shop. I order online and pick it up there. Always: #13, Mike's way on Rosemary parm roll, add banana peppers & yellow mustard. I've been eating this one for years and I love it!! Italian cold cuts - ample meats fresh sliced to order and fresh fixings. There have been a couple of occasions where sandwiches weren't made according to my instructions (such as adding mayo which I cannot stand). This is disappointing. And sometimes, they put too much oil/vinegar and the sandwich is a globby mess. I have contacted customer service on a couple occasions with corporate telling me the local shop manager would contact me. They have NEVER contacted me. Most of the time, the sandwiches are correct. This is a clean shop where the workers are generally quite friendly. Even if there's a line, it moves along fairly quick. When this store first opened in Sherwood I was excited to finally have an easy sub option in town. They were great at first but have gone downhill over the last few years. Each time we order curbside something is wrong. -missing a sandwich -ingredients missing. -special instructions not paid attention to -getting the wrong sandwich Calling the store gets you no-where. They just tell you to drive back. I've contacted corporate several times and get the "we will make sure it's better" response every time. Tonight I asked for light oil and vinegar and the bag was soaked with oil and it was pooled up in the sandwich wrap and the bread was inedible. This is the worst Jersey Mike's location. The only thing they have consistently done is messed up orders. They absolutely don't pay attention the customizations and special instructions when you place an order on the app. I've complained, drove back to have them remake, been offered free subs, and more. It had been nearly a decade since I'd had Jersey Mike's subs, so I figured why not. I always wondered if they were really from Jersey. Maron. They seemed kinda lonely in there, or maybe I was just too early. Is 10:30 am too early for a Hero? I proceeded to ask her how big the "mini" sized subs are & she brought out a truly mini sized bun. Go big or go home, so I went with the regular sized Italian. I got the Mike's style with vinegar on it. My problem with this sub was that it was stacked high with lots of Ham, but very little of the other meats which have notably more flavor: capicola, salami, etc. also I don't recall any cheese. If I hadn't eaten it right away it would have become a soggy mess. Overall not a bad sub, and definitely a step way above Subway. Way too much ham & less vinegar guys. It's only my second time trying Jersey Mike's and I had a good time here. My mother in law was craving a Reuben and I've actually never had one before, so I thought "why not"? I stood in line and ordered, thinking they were going to ask me about sauces and toppings after they put the meat in and realized everyone seemed to be ordering their food with the toppings to be written down on their tickets. When it was time to pay, our food wasn't ready, but the cashier didn't mind at all and was totally cool to calling me over after the sandwich was ready to build. By the way, it was sooooo gooooddd, I don't think I can order anything else from there again. You gotta try the Reuben. The meat was so TENDER! I cannot express this. If you're looking for a sub shop that will consistently be tasty and professional, the Sherwood Jersey Mike's is delivering that, at the moment. One of the reasons they are destroying their competitor Jimmy Johns right now is because they are not fricking communist. They won't yell at you and treat you as a second class citizen for not wearing a mask. This is a huge reason to go and support their business and it is a relief to eat there. There are a lot of reasons to like Jersey mikes. The subs are all good and can be ordered in giant size for 17 ish dollars. Giant size can feed two people. They are also the only sub shop around aside from Subway (only normies eat at Subway) that offer gluten free buns. Jersey mikes is a little expensive but not much more than other sandwich places and definitely better for the money if you get giant subs. read more

The hottest new sammich place in town! Great selection of meats--fresh sliced to order-- nice touch. I had the numba 9... roast beef, turkey, swiss, and BACON. I added pickles and pepperoncinis because YUM. I loved that they sprinkled with herbs and oil and vinegar, very East Coast. I would feel bad for Subway... but I don't. I have placed many delivery orders through this location over the past year and have had only one order to be as ordered. What's the point of having a "Special Instructions" area if they're never followed. I don't ask for much, or anything difficult. I'm always ordering multiple giant subs. So I ask for the names to be written on the wrapper of each sub. You'd think that would be a given since they actually have a spot for the person's name. They have done that once for us. The other request is for my giant sub to be cut only once in half instead of in fourths. I only eat half of my sub when it arrives and save the other for later. That request was fulfilled only once along with the names being written. I have called the store once and asked why the "Special Instructions are never fulfilled and I was told "They just don't have the time" What??? You don't have the time to read it or fulfill it? Then the guy says "Just like I don't have the time for this call" and hung up. I went a few months before ordering again after this call but I really think Jersey Mikes Subs are a superior sandwich in comparison of Sub Way and JJ's so I began to order them again. I am disabled and haven't been able to drive over the past 10 months so I rely on delivery service for my subs. I live less than 3 minutes from the other two establishments but I prefer Jersey Mikes and this location is the only option through their app. I wish I could choose the Tualatin location. I can only conclude that when the store closes at 9, what that really means to some unsupervised employees is that the store closes at 8:30 because they want to leave at 9:01 p.m. In deciding whether to give the kid a tip I opted to give him one for two reasons (a) I thought maybe he could spend it acquiring some manners; and (b) an object lesson. Had Jersey Mike's Sub at other locations. Went to Sherwood location because we were in the area. Will never go to back. Service wasn't great. I was the only one there while my other half is next door getting their food. I waited for a few mins until 3 guys came out from the back. One guy did the bread slicing while one was slicing the meats. Then on to the veggie and condiments section. The veggies were not fresh the lettuce was wilted and brown and the tomatoes looked sad. I told the guy to add everything on the my sub and he added the veggies then proceeded to wrap it up and I asked him umm can I add Mayo, oil and vinegar. He's like oh yeah so he proceeded to smear Mayo and doused not kidding doused my sandwich with oil and vinegar. Calls for a soggy sandwich. Seems like he's never made a sandwich before??? Sub cost $10. I regret going here and should have gone to Panda Express next door and spend my $10 there's. Never returning to this location. read more

The most frustrating thing about Jersey Mike's is that they prioritize online orders. If you want to go in and get a sandwich it takes forever and the line gets really backed up. Have ordered here a few times in person and online. In person, the employees working are friendly and make your sandwiches well! Online pickup, sandwiches are sloppy and poorly made (you ask for light Mayo and you get about two cups slathered on the bread) - and half the time, the sandwiches are stolen. Yesterday, I was working late, so I ordered online for ease. Went in to get my order when a lady grabbed three bags that were waiting. The employees didn't ask her anything, but I stopped her and asked "any chance one of those is mine?" I told her my name and she threw me the bag and ran to her friend's car. I told the employee working "you really should check in with people - she was about to steal my order and probably just stole someone else's." He shrugged, and continued wrapping up the garbage in the middle of their working isle by the food. I should have learned the first few times my family's orders have been stolen. Bummer. **also, to the "person" who is going to tell me to email my concerns to whatever address, it's just further indication that you all truly don't care. Continue to run your business as you are and you'll have people steal from you - it's extremely unfortunate. Also, there has to be a more sanitary way (or if not, at least a more private way) for your employees to dispose of trash away from your meats/veggies. read more

I asked one of the sandwich makers if they would enforce it for two guys that came in not wearing them, and he said he "felt weird about it." Extremely rude attitude, laziness, lack of Customer Service skills from the manager, and food not ready for pickup when promised time arrives are severe defects of this location. I was given the most unprofessional behavior by Adrian who claims to be a manager at this location. I ordered a sub through my JM app. This is not my first time ordering a sub via the app, every time I order same thing. I always request banana peppers to be added. I paid over $8 just in delivery fees. The order arrived. No banana peppers. I called and Adrian answered. I said, "hi, I just ordered a sandwich and asked for banana peppers but there are none." Adrian says "yeah there are you need to look." What?! Who talks to a customer like they're dumb, already I'm reeling by the sheer disregard and disrespect. I tell Adrian, "I have looked there is not a single banana pepper." Adrian, "well, I know there is because I made it." Me, "no, I'm sorry I wouldn't call to lie, there is no banana peppers." Adrian proceeds to tell me there is and further tells me to prove it by bringing back the sandwich. I tell him, I can do that, but it's upsetting to order and pay close money for delivery only to have to drive there now to prove something to him. I ask for the manager. He tells me he's the manager. I then say, okay I'm coming. He then replies and says, "yeah come in and you'll probably remove the peppers before you do." Now he is calling me a bizarre liar who would order a sandwhich, pay delivery fees and then drive there because he wants me to prove it and then when I do get there I'm gonna make sure to remove peppers?!" WTF?! When I tell him that I can't believe he's calling me a liar and say let's look at his logic he then hangs up on me!! And when I call back he then says he can't be verbally abused and hangs up again. Never once did I raise my voice, cuss or say anything abusive. But this Adrian can be grossly unprofessional, offensive and call me a liar?! This Sherwood Jersey Mikes is the most unprofessional experience I've had ever. I definitely will never ever bring my service here again and I'll make sure every single person I know never selects this either. I don't believe I have ever been so mistreated by staff. read more
