I swing by MOD Pizza for lunch from time-to-time. This MOD is located at Tempe Marketplace. I love how you can customize your own pizza. I like to add some jalapeños and peppers to spice things up on mine. They will even do half and half if you are sharing with someone else. If you can't make up your mind, MOD has several of their own creations that you can choose from. Your topping choices are unlimited. Pizzas are cooked in a 800-degree oven and ready for you in minutes. Other menu items include a variety of salads and garlic bread. MOD Pizza is a great spot if you are looking for something affordable and are picky about your pizza toppings.

This place has gotten a lot better from when I first visited. The workers are pretty fast and efficient. Stopped by last night before heading out to a movie and there was a steady flow of customers. We were helped right away and our pizza's were made fast. The dining area was clean and the condiments / soda fountain area was clean and stocked. The pizzas came out hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked.

2.5 stars for us so I'll round up to 3. Order was predicted to finish for Uber Eats pick up at 6:35pm. Got there at 6:45pm and didn't get our pizza till 7pm. After waiting, came home to find a metal number inside one pizza. Asked for pesto drizzle and didn't get any. Crust was hard and difficult to chew. Amount of toppings given and taste were fine. Just disappointed in the wait and unfinished pizza with the metal.

I created a masterpiece today for lunch. It was amazing!! I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in explaining my options. I also signed up for the app and got a free chocolate cake was so good! How perfect was that!! Who doesn't love some chocolate cake?

Met my family here for dinner and enjoyed some yummy pizzas! It's a great spot for kids to get mini pizzas (adults too). They have thin crust and regular crust options. The customer service was great too! It's fast, fresh and flavorful pizza. It kind of reminds me of a 'Chipotle' style restaurant but for pizza! YUM!

Really good pizza and made quick. Good service workers were kind. Bathrooms were a little unkept and kinda dirty. Overall great food though.

When I go shopping in the Tempe marketplace, I always consider this place one of the good options to eat. Delicious food with reasonable prices! You can choose the type and size of crust. Then walking down through the line, there are plenty of options for toppings. I usually go with the thin crust and choose the toppings based on my mood!

Yummy! I hadn't been to Mod Pizza in years, but this left me wanting to come back for more. I love that you can create your own pizza. The artichoke, mushrooms, and basil tasted awesome on mine. Service was friendly too.

THE GOOD: Quality of pizza at this location is on par with my expectations of MOD, which is one of my favorite of these types of build-your-own fire oven fast casual pizza restaurants because of the variety of toppings they offer. THE BAD: The Blackberry Lemonade is some good stuff and was craving it. I wanted to order some, however I was told they were no longer serving it for the day. I looked over at their dispensers and was being emptied out into the buckets. It was 8:10pm, mind you, and they don't close until 10pm. I get that they want to get a jump on closing duties, but eliminating your best beverage 2 hours early when it only takes 2 minutes to put away is just bad for business. I settled for the glass-bottled Orange Fanta. The orange fanta did not hit the spot as the bottled version has a weird after taste. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended.

SO Good. I've been going to mod for lunch about once per week and it's just so good. I love building my own since I'm pregnant and some items sound good some days and not other days. I love how you can add whatever you want and the customer service is excellent

it stinks... i told them to add mushrooms and clearly they refused too. absolutely horrible. don't come here, employees are lazy, pizza is trash. other mod pizza locations are NEVER like this.

It has been around for DECADES and there is no question as to why it is still there. When visiting the Chuck Box know that it is cash only (ATM on-site), and super popular. There WILL be a line. The line does move extremely fast, due to the fact that the line cooks are definitely not waiting until you get to the counter to take your order. They will call out to anyone in line (regardless of where in line you are) and take your order, yelling it out if needed. It is such a unique and fun experience. The burgers are not overpriced and are phenomenal! It is self serve toppings, after you pay for your order you can go to the topping bar and add as much to your burger as your heart desires. They additionally have other food on the menu such as veggie burger, chicken sandwhiches, chicken tenders, onion rings, fries, fried zuchinni, fried mushrooms, and more. I have had both the fried zuchinni and mushrooms and I would definitely recommend both options! Since it really popular, be aware that there is limited seating and it is crowded. It is additionally extremely warm (especially during the summer) inside the building due to the grill. If you have not already checked out the Chuck Box, I would definitelly recommend that you check it out as soon as possible!!!

To start, my burger tasted pretty good. The cheese was good. Bun was a little dry and stale. The lettuce was yellow and chopped and looked several days old and slightly rotten. Two of my tomatoes had active mold growing on them. It was too dark inside to see it but we ate in the car and saw the moldy spot then. The fries are good but way too salty. We really liked the fried mushrooms. But we made our own dipping sauce which was better than the ranch they give you: mix 2/3 mustard and 1/3 Mayo. Tangy and delicious. We get these at "The Windmill" when we go to the jersey shore and the sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is a horseradish sauce which is amazing (hint hint, Chuck Box). I would eat here again but bring a flashlight to inspect the produce and lower my expectations. It was good, not great. It smelled kind of off in here also. The AC and vents probably need to be cleaned.

If you browse the Raising Cane's website, you will find that they serve "the most craveable chicken…read morefinger meals" and that it's their "one love." It turns out they are right as every time I go to Raising Cane's, their chicken fingers and sauce are indeed the most craveable chicken fingers I can recall over the years. This is the Raising Cane's location closest to where I work, and I have enjoyed meals many times at this location. The service is also great and the food comes out very quickly and is very tasty. This location often sponsors and does business with Arizona State University as ASU is right around the corner. They have five combo options. My regular pick of combo meals is the 3 Finger Combo, consisting of three chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane's sauce, Texas toast, and a regular fountain drink or tea. If I was even more hungry or prepared to share, I may have chosen the larger combos like the Box Combo (an extra chicken finger and coleslaw) or the Caniac Combo (six total chicken fingers, two sauces, coleslaw, fries, Texas toast, and a drink). They also have the Sandwich Combo and the Kids Combo. They also have tailgate options and extras (add-ons). I absolutely adore their lemonade with their small crushed ice, too. You should also check out the Caniac Club at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club. By signing up, you will get insider information on what's going on at Raising Cane's and receive benefits and surprises including birthday and member anniversary treats or occasional free fingers or BOGO deals during certain holidays. Raising Cane's also does so much for the community and has fun giveaways every now and then. I once entered and won a behind the scenes experience at the Arizona Diamondbacks put on by Raising Cane's. I also once grabbed Raising Cane's at the March Madness tournament and won a national sweepstakes that included a wonderful gift basket and a gift card that kept me going for quite some time. While I try not to get it too often any more, going to Raising Cane's is always a treat and something special every now and then. I strongly recommend it for craveworthy chicken fingers and sauce!

I am not going to reach out, but again, the effort speaks volumes. Bravo! Look, at this point, it must be me.... I'm not quite sure. I specifically went with a box combo because I didn't want to deal with a swap on the 3 finger combo... I also decided not to give a $20+$2+$.96 just because I wanted a $10 back... you know? Math. I decided on the $20+$.96 for the even $8. Ok... get my drink, so far so good. Then I get my meal and inquiry as to whether I got my drink. Yes, but not my change. No dispute just a few extra minutes added, my bad for paying cash.... I get home and while I am stoked about 5 chicken pieces in my 4 piece combom, I am devastated about 2 toasts. My least enjoyable part of the meal.... it HAS to be me right? I mean, I made no substitutions, I tried to avoid all possibility of issue... and so, 2 toasts... guess I'll sandwich up my extra strip.

The staff has always been friendly, but service can slow down when it gets busy since the bartender is often also taking orders at the front counter.
