Came here for my post work gathering we have every so often. The "pizza party" that your job gives at certain points of the year. I've had MOD a few times before and it's just alright, as a chain. They deliver on their "superfast" promise and usually the pizza is just as I expect it. This was the case in my latest visit. I got the 'Caspian' pie - Sweet BBQ Sauce, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Grilled Chicken, Sliced Red Onions, Sweet BBQ Finish. I got some additional Pesto which gave the pie a little more zest. I do like that you can continue to customize the premade recommendations. The Pizza came out as expected, thin and not too done. I also had a Strawberry lemonade which was good, a tad on the "too sweet" side though. Special shout out to Mod who employs and accommodates our clients! Went for lunch on a rainy Friday. Food was good as usual and so was the service. So, why only 3 stars? Well, while there are 4 beer taps by the register, none are live and they haven't been for awhile. Which is why I usually get a bottle or can of something but...they have reduced their offerings to Bud Lite, Corona, and Michelob Ultra. A far cry from what they used to have. Also, no more MOD stickers - they've peeled all of them off of the wall by the bathroom. And no more separated trash. There are still 3 cans but they are all the same. So, good pizza but it seems to have shed some of its MODness. read more

One of the reasons we choose Mod Pizza is all the friendly service we usually get - but not at this location . A young pizza maker there with long red hair named Ellie/ Elliot was being so short/rude to me, I finally said "look, you don't need to talk to me like that" and then he argued and got more rude . When I reminded him that he was in customer service , and that all he needed to do was say he was sorry , he said " I'm not apologizing to YOU!" Maybe he was having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone, but I spent almost 100.00, so I won't come back to that location , as they clearly need training on how to treat their customers . Love me a Mad Dog personal sized pizza. I can devour the entire thing in one sitting. Maybe it's because of the pizza being a thinner crust, it doesn't feel as filling as the thicker crust Detroit style, or an old fashioned Pizza Hut pan pizza. The pizzas have great flavor and cooking them in a higher temp flame oven gives it that artisan crisp which I appreciate in a pizza. They have salads and other vegetable type of things here, but I ignore that and always go with a whole pizza. read more

Awesome food and service. First timers, ordered the meat lovers and buffalo chicken. Plus, a pitcher of beer. Employees were helpful and offer help. You can order a pizza anyway you want. Delicious! I had been craving something spicy and I love MOD's pizza. Definitely worth it if you like to add on the toppings. I created my own pizza with pepperoni, salami, sausage, hot peppers, ranch and sirancha sauce. It was the perfect amount of spice and flavor. My mouth is watering thinking about it! Our favorite thing about MOD pizza is you can add any thing to your pizza and all additions are included in the price - no nickel and diming for this and that (all this saying should do dollaring, nowadays). Today my teen wanted croutons on his pizza ... so they did it! MOD offers pizza in 3 sizes - mini, MOD, and mega (mega is just thicker dough but is MOD sized). MOD offers a GF cauliflower crust through their locations aren't GF, this gives options to those with food sensitivity. MOD also offers salads in mini or MOD size. All options allow you to pick and choose what you want to eat. My kids (and kids at heart) also enjoy their "No Name Cakes" which are like Hostess Ding Dongs - chocolate cakes with a cream filling coated in a hard chocolate shell. They use to offer shakes and we miss those as they're no longer on the menu, but they offer bottomless fountain drinks, bottles sodas or beers or wines or White Claw, and tap beers too. read more

Food was ok, service was horrible they don't take walking orders before online, which any good restaurant would take walk in orders first. Was waiting for about 30 minutes for them to be finished with online orders. And once I got to order they were bratty and overall not great. read more

We've ordered from here several times for curbside pickup. The pizzas are consistently good and just about the right size for a single person--which makes ordering for a group easier because everyone can get just what they want. Curbside pickup is easy and the pizzas are ready quickly. The only downsides are that there aren't a tremendous variety of pizzas on the menu, nor is there a huge selection of ingredients. But, if you want quick, consistently decent quality, reasonably priced pizza--this is a good option. Protips: It's worth downloading their app for ordering and curbside pickup. Experience: I ordered my pizza online and picked it up in store 16 minutes later. I was greeted by the staff as I walked in the door, and it was a great experience. Food: I am honestly so surprised that this pizza tasted the way it did for like $12. It didn't taste oily or unhealthy like Dominos/Pizza Hut does. It was fresh, with just the right thickness in the crust. I love that you can customize your pizza without added a ton of extra fees! The biggest thing I could have done without were the cinnamon "sticks"/flatbread. It was SO thin which made it have a weird texture in my mouth. I would recommend making it thicker so I actually feel like I'm eating something, rather than just using a thin crust as a means to transport cinnamon and sugar to my mouth. Just waltz in, get all the veggie fixin's your heart desires in that moment on whatever crust you're feelin' in said moment, throw it in the flamez and then wait for it come out. Staff were pretty standard and pleasant. I do appreciate one of the gals asking if I'd like some more fresh spring mix greens added on top after the oven. You definitely don't get asked that often it seems (fresh toppings after baking in ze oven). She was a newer employee so kudos to her, as well. Feedback: this was one of the more messy food spreads I've seen. There was cheese shrapnel in the garlic (argh! carrrrrre-ful! -NO. Drop it; get that bit, yes) and a bit other tainted goods. One of the best Mod Pizzas I have been to. First off the customer was great and they were very helpful with answering my menu.l questions. This was my first time getting the MEGA DOUGH it's worth the extra money. I got Half pepperoni, half chorizo and half bacon/ham. Half was Olive oil and the other half was marinara. My favorite part was the marinara and police oil TRY IT. My pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients. I left very satisfied. The pizza is good, but the people at this MOD are what keeps me coming back. They are so friendly, kind, and really feel like they are building more than just a restaurant - they're building a community. One person I wanted to mention is Garrick - he was so accommodating and friendly, and checked to make sure I knew pesto had Parmesan in it because I selected dairy free cheese. This location is really great - not the quickest while it's busy, but the food quality is excellent. Have been on a few occasions now, and each time the food is super consistent. I usually end up customizing my own pizza, and the staff are patient, and quick (again, depending on their level of busy-ness!). Restaurant is kept clean and is actually pretty huge inside, and plenty parking available too. I'm kind of a pizza snob, so honestly I didn't have great expectations for my first visit to MOD. I've been to "quickie build-your-own" style places before, and they have just been ok. I was genuinely pleased with my entire experience at this MOD. The service was friendly and helpful. The pizza was really good. The toppings were good. I like that you can even finish the pizza at the end with a drizzle of this or dollops of that. It's been close to a year since we moved to Greater Seattle area from South Florida. We have been meaning to try this place but something or the other always comes in our way. But not this weekend, we were shopping next door and were crazy hungry when we were done shopping. There was atleast 15 people ahead of us in the order queue. But the queue moved fast and we were able to order in 10 minutes or so. We went with the regular make your own pizza with a split base of BBQ and pesto sauce. Next time I may not use pesto as my base. Lots of chicken, sausage and bacon with veggies. My pizza was out in 5 minutes or so. And tables were readily available.
