I am so glad that I came here. I called ahead but they were able to take three of us. Their spa pedicure is awesome and the ladies are very friendly. $40 for a spa pedicure is an amazing price to me. I like the mini drill they use on the rough callous parts of your feet. I know it says they close at 5 but they took us at 4:30 and someone came about 30 minutes after us and they took them too. You do get quality service they actually took their time and made sure my nails were how I wanted them and they are about the same price as other places, but they actually seem to care about what they're doing. Edit: my thumbnail the edge of gel was a little bit soft and peeled up after two days, but I went back in and they had no problem fixing it for me. Located in a strip mall across from Gem's Auto Wash between Boba Cafe and Lilly's. I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure ($20). Everyone there was very nice, offered me reading material and one of those little 8oz. bottles of water. It was all very mild. The pedicure chair wasn't a vigorous kind of massage that had me moving around in my seat. My tech didn't skimp on the massage but it was light. I don't know how else to word it other than this experience was.. mild. And, the paint job looks good. read more

Not the best but not the worst either. I came in for a fill and I had 1 nail shorter than the rest due to breaking it. I wanted to have them all the same length as the break, but she filed much shorter than requested. No worries as they'll grow back. I asked for a totally different design and was told it was no problem, but when it came time to do it, the nail tech couldn't and it looked pretty bad. We decided on some stickers, but they just aren't what I was hoping for, so I was a little disappointed. Lastly, their website has a 10% off coupon on Tuesdays. I showed it when I went to pay and she told me they "no longer accept this" but it shows valid until 12/31/2023. She did honor it, but didn't want to and clearly spoke to her coworkers negative after I presented it. Spent $55 for something I just wasn't really envisioning, had gunk still left on my hands from the acrylics when I left, have cuts all around my cuticles and them being very swollen from how rough she was around my nail beds. This review is for the SPA Pedicure, done by "Tammy" ... Seriously, spend the extra $10 and upgrade from the Basic Pedi. This is the most relaxing, spa-quality pedi I've ever received, and I'm picky about them. Basic is $18 and spa is $28. You DO seem to get what you pay for. (Leg sugar scrub, lotion, hot towel, paraffin soak for feet... Sooo good.) The massage chairs have a tray for phone/drink holder/magazines. The polish was applied excellently. Large selection on the wall though I brought my own color. She used a delicate brush to remove excess. I'm thrilled I stopped in here, which I did because it was the closest to home, open on a Sunday. I called 30 minutes before I came in, and was greeted with a couple magazines, feet soaking in the foot bath, massage chair on while I waited... Yep good stuff -- I will definitely be back. read more

The lady didn't even prep her natural nails for the acrylic nail service....rushed thru leaving every nail sloppy and uneven with bubbles dried into the gel nail polish. Edges rough and already 3 nail extensions have fallen off ....barely 3 days later. Im not sure who the manicurist was but just because my daughter is 15 not a regular and it may be towards the end of the day or your shift ... you don't get to do a poor lazy job....if you aren't up to performing your job at that time.... Just say so so she can go to some else... YOU still got paid with my daughter's money that she worked for and was excited about having her nails done and now she doesn't have her nails done . I have been a customer for years here now. But the last few months have been horrible! My manicure is always rushed! And paint jobs is bad an the gel chips within days. My eyebrows are decent but at times she misses hair and I show her she says she can't get them. Very disappointed. I try to avoid this place as much as I can, if you're desperate to get your nails done by all means come here but don't expect your acylic set to last longer than a week and a half. The only time I come here is when I can't get an appointment at one of my resident salons. When this place gets packed the staff will do anything and everything including doing a spotty job to get your money and get you out of there. Let me begin by saying that the ladies who work at Model Nails are so sweet. It was my first time at this salon and each employee made me feel like a long time regular. There are many nail polish colors to choose from in all my favorite brands like OPI, Orley and Essie. The massage chairs and foot spas are clean, in good condition, and even have a built in spot for your beverage. At $19 for a basic spa pedicure I'd have to say the price is almost unbeatable. Now for the disappointing part. The sweet ladies who work here are not exactly masters of their craft. My toenails have no shape. They kind of look like boy toenails cut all crooked with different lengths. The nail polish was applied in a thick mess and looks like my nail polish work from when I was a young girl. The final disappointment was that no one in Model Nails paints fun art on your nails as a signature, finishing touch. My pedicure experience was so disappointing that I skipped the manicure. I'd like to think other employees in the salon are able to cut and shape nails better than what I experienced. But as I looked around everyone seemed to have the same novice pedicure with gloppy polish application. I guess you really do get what you pay for. read more
