We had a 2 o'clock appt, they said they were running 20 mins late. At 2:45 I asked how much longer. At 3 they sat us in the back, only to continue to sit until 3:15. They started on my daughter and then me at about 3:30. If a business is running late they should at least notify their customers instead of making them sit and wait! They charged us $78 to do my daughter's nails, saying everything was an 'extra charge' and they left acrylic stuff all around her fingers. This place is a joke! Went in this morning for a pedicure. I asked about getting the color powder on my toes, the person I asked went to ask the "guy in charge" and he shakes his head no, wouldn't allow it ... said my only options were regular polish or gel. So the woman starts my pedicure, mind you I already have gel on my toes, after soaking my feet for a couple minutes, she starts to pry the gel off using cuticle cutters. She went back and forth between my feet, prying a little off of each while the other soaked ... I sat there in disbelief wondering if they'd ever heard of polish remover?? After 45 minutes she finally gave up and wrapped my toes in foil with the remover ... I look through the "basket" of gel colors and select a chrome color ... the guy in charge comes over to tell me that for that color it would be an extra $15. He explains that they have to apply black first then the chrome color over. I told him I'm very aware of the process as I've had it done before but I'd never been overcharged for it like that ... he proceeded to tell me to go back to where I had it done before then. Stunned by the comment, I selected a different color to be done and leave ... Extremely rude individual, I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it! read more

I've been coming here for months, the service has never been exceptional, but it was okay, until yesterday. The only male worker there, who I suppose is the owner, made fun of me repeatedly for the color I chose, he also slapped my hand MULTIPLE times so I would position it the way he wanted, instead of simply asking. As if it wasn't enough, he pressed my hand against the table so I wouldn't "mess" my nails up when putting them inside the LED dryer, hurting one of my fingers. He also did not think the treatment he was giving me was bad enough, and decided to mock me and proceeded to make fun of me right on my face. Ann listened to what I wanted (bling and snowflakes) and knew exactly the look I was going for with the shape. What started "ok" on my first visit and continued with same nail tech for a few months but when it came to a design she would have me move to another nail techs table because she did not know how to do designs so at the end of my services I tipped her and design tech eventually after many conversations in her language and awkward looks when I would show her a design I got uncomfortable I than made my next appointment with a different gal which was good but than again the awkward convos started up when I would show a photo of my design . So I decided on my last appointment to use language translator on my phone while these conversations were taking place and of course what do you know to my surprise (sarcasm) Negative and rude comments were being said. It was very disappointing. Its taken me a while to make this post but I think this situation should be addressed to management so they can just be honest with their clients and not rude. I am a paying customer and willing to pay extra for designs along with tips and extra for using a debit/ credit card. Customers shouldn't be treated as if their an inconvenience. NOT very professional at all. I'm ok with we don't like to do design or design is difficult instead of the group discussions and awkward looks amongst staff. read more

Extremely unprofessiona! Went here to get a wax and pedicure and when I showed up they told me to walk back to wax room, well there was a whole man sleeping in there. They were all laughing with no apology given with how awkward that was. Then she proceeds to not clean the bed that this man was laying on. As a licensed cosmetologist this is incredibly disappointing. she starts doing my eyebrows and doesn't brush to shape nor preps. Just slaps the wax on and rips it off. My second and last appointment, The staff had me pay to book an appointment. I was about 5 mins early. After 35 mins after when appointed was I was no closer to getting into get my service. I had to track down the receptionist to get my deposit back so I could leave. Their auto response to a negative review on their own systems inquiry was a preprogrammed "we were probably busy." My first appointment the quality was only ok, the lady kept pushing and pushing for the up-sale. As expensive as it was, I was hoping for great quality and service. I just didn't get it. I'm leaving a review because the price I paid didn't feel fair or appropriate for the service I received. I came in a few weeks ago and got a pink French tip gel full set which came out to $54 which I thought was an okay price since they charge about $6 extra for French tip and $6 extra for shaping. I called on Friday to make an appt for Saturday (yesterday) for a fill and booked at 5pm. When I arrived they asked me to come back at 6pm because they were behind and I would have had to wait longer so I agreed and came back at 6. I didn't get seated until 6:25 which was upsetting since I had already been rescheduled after I had arrived to the salon. I asked for a French tip again but this time it was a fill. My total came up to $56. Which feels absurd for a fill! I asked why it was so high and i was told there was a price increase and gel fills were now $39 but i don't understand how it came close to $60 if it should have only been $6 extra for french. I had already received my service so i had no option but to pay. It is unfortunate because they do a good job but the time management was very poor and they take advantage of you by charging unfairly. I have been coming here for close to a year every time there's an issue (I know I know but it's convenient) the last straw was when I went in for a fill (the younger girl who sits all the way in the back to the right) did my fill. instead of removing the lifted acrylic she used the nail glue to glue them closed???? then proceeded to fill the grown out nail. They completely popped back up within 8 days which was bullshit because they wouldn't fix it due to the 7 day window they give. I also took my 4 year old in just to get a little pedi which they charged me $40 for. I really hate to do this.. I have been coming here since the new owners and have never had any issues. Until today. I never make an appointment however, i typically always see, Anne, Vincent, or Nancy who are amazing. Anne and Nancy always do my eye brows and my underarms. Well, today I came in right when they opened. Everyone had appointments made and I was there for an underarm wax. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she had done my gel removal before so I trusted her. My underarms are completely irritated. During the wax, she was rushed and it hurt so BAD. I've been doing this for awhile and this was completely painful. She didn't even show me an end result, or get the remaining wax off... but I STILL tipped her because I genuinely like this place. I followed Anne to this place from another salon and I'm very impressed with this nail spa. The decor is very nice the spa chairs are super comfortable and the massage the chair gives is perfect. Just enough pressure. I've had a free pedicures done here and have been happy each time. I usually have anyone do my pedicures so everyone that's done mine has done a good job. Anne is the only person I trust with my eyebrows that's why I followed her here. She does amazing brows. Keep my shape and always listens if I want to change something. I recently saw another lady get her brows done by someone else and she came out with some good looking brows so I do think both of them would do a good job. This nail salon has been very difficult to work with, Don't bother doing walk in's because they'll tell you it's appointments only. If you call to make an appointment they require a $10 deposit..the manager specifically told me if I can't make it she'll release my money back. She never said anything about having to reschedule. The receptionist Lisa is a bitch and rude. She likes to argue and has no personality! She was rude when I went in and has the same energy over the phone! Don't recommend this nail salon at all. I usually get acrylics & the gel polish is always great as well as the nail shape. I've gone to other salons where my nails would pop off but I've never had this problem here. I was looking forward to giving them another try, didn't have the best last couple experiences but all based on my preference. Today I went in for sale of time and it being closer to my home. I was greeted, asked what I wanted and told to sign in. Every person was working on someone but I decided to wait, 15-20 minutes go by and 2 people leaving, freeing up two people. One lady goes and sits down on her phone, the other just acted like he was doing things. I sat there for another 20 minutes with no acknowledgement or saying it was going to be a bit longer... so after 45 mins, not one person talked to me or acknowledged me. I set my color down and left. While their work is good, I refuse to pay a $10 deposit when booking a res. We don't pay a deposit when booking a table at a restaurant nor when setting a hair appointment. I find this practice completely unreasonable. In the event customers who set appointments are no shows (and ethical people will call to advise of a cancellation), then a policy of refusing to accept a new appointment based on a history of X number of no shows is reasonable. Even booking appointments with this nail salon typically results in a lengthy wait. I find their practice not only insulting but tis not within industry norms. In that nail salons are a dime a dozen, they won't be getting my business. read more
