I was really pleased with the service, and the space was very clean and comfortable. My pedicure was so thorough, which was fantastic because I hadn't had one in awhile. I'm really happy with how my manicure turned out as well. Of note, this spot also offers some pretty extensive and impressive nail art. I wasn't getting anything crazy done this week but if I lived locally I'd definitely come here for that kind of service. There was a woman near me doing absolutely gorgeous designs. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new nail salon in the Rochester area.

I always get acrylic nails with gel polish (which these days is hard to find a nice nail salon that still offers this). I always come in with different nail designs from Pinterest and he is always able to do whatever it is I want. Sometimes I cant make up my mind of what I want and then gives me a couple of popular colors and styles to try. The salon is very clean and is up to standard with covid practices. The prices are affordable. My nails stay on for 5 weeks without one nail falling off (and I clean a lot). The owner is a pleasure to talk with while your nails are getting done as well. One tech commented I took a long time - wasn't even 5 minutes. Most importantly - the salon was visibly dirty. Nail dust everywhere, tools looked used and unsanitized, and the sink hadn't been cleaned in a while. One tech even picked something off a cuticle cutter before using it on me. The service felt rushed, with no massage, scrub, nothing. I left feeling uneasy and immediately cleaned my hands and nails at home to avoid infection or fungus. First and last visit. Hygiene matters, do better!
