My hairdresser was super friendly and I got a great haircut. She was very careful professional and unfortunately I didn't catch her name. I also was able to get an appointment the same day. The only bad thing I would have to say is that my haircut was relatively simple (in my opinion). I don't ask for any layers. I have long hair and just asked for a straight chop off the back. I would hope a simpler haircut wouldn't be pricey. However, they are not much different than other establishments, to be fair. My husband has almost no hair and spends longer in the chair. He pays much less at the barber shop. read more

I love this salon and their service so much. They really go above and beyond with their customer service. I come here for my haircuts usually and I always leave satisfied. Yesterday I decided to do something different with my hair and get a balayage. Rita, who colored my hair, did such an amazing job with the color and was so sweet throughout the process. Hair cuts are very nice but I don't care for their business practices. On a recent visit, 2 things happened that changed my mind about this place. 1) a local boy scout troop came in to sell advertising for a local event. The salon owner didn't even let them finish their pitch before shoo'ing them out. I would imagine most of their customers are local and they don't even support a local BSA non-for-profit. 2) after my hair cut, they rung me up and automatically included a tip on my charge. I usually give the tip in cash and it's what deem, not them. My hair cut was great, but there are a lot of places that can provide this every 6 weeks or so. read more

Been getting my hair cut here for about a year now. All the stylists are great but I usually see Tina, and she's the absolute best. Very particular with my haircuts and have a cowlick and Tina doesn't let me leave until the cut looks perfect. They give great attention to detail and the price is very reasonable for a cut and wash. read more

I have been dying my hair red with box dye for about two years now and wanted a little change and to go platinum blonde. I came to the salon with low expectations because it's hard to get such a warm tone to silvery blonde especially since I've been using box dye. Tanya not only was amazing, she did get my hair to the silvery blonde I wanted and recommended me blue shampoo to keep it silver once the toner washed off. We were able to get in right away to get my teenage sons hair cut. It was very affordable and she listened to what my son wanted. He was happy with it. I wasn't really wowed by the haircut to be honest. My son had really long hair and asked for a shaggy shoulder length cut, and that's more or less what he got, I just think there could be a more layered shagginess throughout to make it look more tussled. But, like I said my son was happy, so I'm happy plus we got in quickly at the last minute. We are probably going to try somewhere different next time though. read more

Read other reviews and thought I would give it a try. I felt I explained throughly how I wanted my hair cut to turn out. Part in the side, leave the natural hair line on the back of my neck use a trimmer on the sides and don't touch the top because I'm trying to grow it out. Well I did not get what I asked for nor did I get a "Modern" hair cut. My wife named it the 49201 cut as looked like a cut I would get in a small town in Michigan. While the quality of the cut is acceptable it is not the cut I asked for. read more

Horrible place. I went there for my boy's haircut today. The hairdresser named Anna, she made him a monk, almost like bald. I cannot help but wonder if she is even a licensed hairdresser. She did not even say sorry for what she's done, kind of laughing at my son's hair. Terrible attitude, just horrible person. When i was horrified and said i would not pay for the cut, guess what she did? She wrote my car's license number and said she would call the police. Obviously i was upset and said go ahead. Haircut was sort of stopped in the middle when we were shocked so his hair was not completely done anyway. Morever, it could not be contined since my son was so distraught by his hair look. Omg! And she thought about getting her money? What kind of hairdresser is this? It is myself who should get paid for the mental stresses that she has caused for me and my son. My 11-year-old son was crying, looking himself in the mirror. I just felt terrible. So sorry for him. And i have to pay for a haircut? 9.99 doallrs? we should get paid more than 99 dollars for emotional pain she caused. If the manager sees this review and understands what we had to go through, she would know what she needs to do, which is to apologize for the horrible customer service done by one's employee. If I were a hairdresser and if i did not do a good enough job that a customer is not satisfied, i would say sorry first and i 'myself' would not dare to charge for a haircut and maybe even give a store coupon for the next visit. Isn't that how business is supposed to run? Omg i just hope this nightmare will be gone soon, that means his hair will grow back soon before the new school year.
