There were several green salads and summer rolls with various protein options in the refrigerated section, but what drew my eye was the $13 Crab Cake Sando already packaged in a box and looking like something I would've grabbed at a Family Mart in Tokyo. They offer hot food made to order in five minutes: imperial rolls, banh mis, chicken wings, garlic noodles, and even desserts, coconut pandan waffles and fried banana. The sando was pretty tasty. Cut in thirds, the crab cake was nicely breaded to a satisfying crisp. The milk bread could've been softer, but the garlic aioli and light slaw provided the right contrast (Photo 10). The Club Med salad had everything in it. I am biased because I eat Mediterranean. The Med salad had green olives and gigante beans in it. The beans were still warm. There were so many flavors in this salad. The sheep feta is so fresh in it. High quality. I also loved the roasted cauliflower which is a pain to make at home.
