And the hash browns are coarsely grated fresh potatoes with the perfect crust. Honestly, I was a little sad when the meal was over. I'm sure everything on the menu is great - but do yourself a favor and get the breakfast enchiladas. You will not be disappointed. My orange and apple slices looked good. I did just have a couple orange slices. I have to be careful with produce and I didn't know if the apples were properly cleaned so I didn't want to risk it.
