I went here in person for the first time during round up with two of my friends and the staff was incredibly nice and the Boba was so good. I really loved the atmosphere of the interior and the decorations were so cute. I haven't tried the food yet but it looks really good so maybe I'll have to try it sometime. The service was good, the atmosphere is quite nice, and the food was delicious and came out in five minutes after we ordered. The staff seemed a little stressed out that our group of 12 was too big even the though the restaurant was empty. They seemed confused whether they could serve us and wanted to add a service charge. We were fine with it since their is limited options in the area. I think the staff had hoped to close early and we came in 40 minutes before closing. I traveled from Portland to try Moe's Phó and I can definitely say it was worth the drive. The serving sizes were huge and the appetizers were so good that I wanted to order more.... but because I know I had to make room for the beef pho I contained myself. However, I did happen to order some more appetizers to go for later :) our waters were always topped and we were asked many times if we needed anything else. The service and food was absolutely amaze. I keep repeating how I wish there was one located near my house or at least in our town. Love their food! read more

How to lose a customer forever. 1) serve someone who eats at your restaurant at least once a week rotten chicken: 2) don't remake the meal because the kitchen's closing in 20 minutes; 3) apologize and say you'll take the meal off since you can't remake it; 4) take $3.00 off a $15.00 fried rice dish "for the chicken"; 5) when customer says oh hell no, say you'll have to "call the owner" to see if you cannot charge for the rotten meal which was sent back; 6) have a snot from the kitchen come tell the customer that $3.00 credit for the meal you threw in the trash is the "best you can do" and then have the unmitigated gall to tell the customer "you could be nice." I was nice when I mentioned the chicken was rotten. I was nice when you said you'd take it off the bill, so sorry you couldn't bother to actually remake it. I got less nice when I got a bill for the meal with a $3.00 credit for the chicken. I was a lot less nice when the kitchen snot decided to get involved. Will never be back. This is a new restaurant for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We stopped there for lunch and I had the purple asparagus stir fry. It was very good, the veggies crisp and tasty, and there was a generous helping of sticky rice. My sister got chicken chow mein which she said was some of the best she'd ever had. My wife and I were on a 16-day camping trip through eastern Oregon, and when on the road midday, looked for pho or Thai. Happy to find Moe Pho opening just as we entered Pendleton. (Great little city). I ordered wonton and Leslie vegetable pho. Unfortunately, the broth lacked depth, possibly because we were early, and the portion rather stingy including the noodles. Wife had her vegetables in beef broth which was richer than my maybe chicken. If could do it over, would try the beef. Wontons were tasty. read more

Honestly, we got to the restaurant about 20 minutes before they closed, within the first minute, server/waitress came out and asked for our order, without having a chance to look at the menu. We were told to order within 2 minutes because the kitchen is closing. Was told we can leave. We drove 45 minutes to have dinner, but rushed out. This was just what my wife was looking for in her constant search for Cambodia Fried Rice outside of Siem Reap (we vacationed there a few years ago and loved it). I am new to the Pendleton area and was excited to see a Pho restaurant in town. I am from Seattle and Las Vegas so I have had some amazing Pho in other locations. My friend and I walked in, sat down and reviewed the menu. A few less Pho options then I am accustomed to but we decided to try a Large beef focused Pho and a Spicy Fried rice with a variety of proteins in it. We both really enjoy spicy food and they offered 1-5 stars so we went with 5 stars on both dishes. I have to say the food was outstanding. The spice in the fried rice was amazing, so much flavor and great cook on the rice and proteins. The Pho was also outstanding, great broth flavor. They are able to give helpful suggestions for newcomers that haven't experienced the delicious foods of Asian cultures. A great selection of Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Thai dishes. My favorite at Moe Pho is the beef pho! The pho is seriously the best pho I have ever tried in the pacific NW. Other favorites are the pad thai and lemongrass chicken, which are packed with yummy flavors. If you have not tried this restaurant, I highly recommend you do. I don't know what all the bad revues are for, cause I have gone there 4 times and it has been great every time. I mean on average eating at a place 4 times usually one time is bad and it hasn't been. Some people just like to complain I think. Now for people who actually looking to go to this place, the prices are just like any restaurant (about 10.00 and up per person) that's very average. I have gone to a so called high end restaurant here in town and paid $60.00 for I quote (the best prime rib) and it was the worst meal I have ever had. As for the food it tastes great, very fresh, very quick and the soup will cure all that ails you. Last time I was there I think I waited like 5mins for my food. The staff is on the ball, I'm asked on average how I'm doing 4 or 5 times during the meal. What my favorite thing about this place is that we have something like this in town now, before they came into town you had to go to Tri-cities for something like this. But now its right here. I don't know if you guys read the reviews or not but keep doing what you are doing cause its fantastic!!!! read more

My favorite thing about Moe's is the customer service. They are so accommodating and always willing to do whatever it takes to please customers. I think the cucumber salad is so good and fresh and I love the bubble tea options. I cannot decide if my favorite main dish is the Cambodian rice, the street noodles or the teriyaki beef but really everything is tasty. The only thing I do not care for is the parking situation.
