The place didn't feel welcoming and the prices were pretty high which they might have to do because of lack of business in this small town. This is my favourite place for noodles and pho, the cook uses an amazing blend of all natural spices and there is always the option to order more meat in your dish if needed. Both the chicken and beef were extremely flavorful, with more than enough noodles. The coffee from Vietnam was flavorful, and the Honeydew Bubble Tea was great. The service was quick. The waitress Sophea was very sweet. She did a wonderful job from seating my family at a table as soon as we stepped through the door. Stopped here on our way from Houston to Seattle. I love that they don't have a mile long menu- that usually means they do what they do well. We were not disappointed. The pho has a rich, distinctly aromatic flavor. The beef was tender and delicious. We also had spring rolls, which were good and fried spring rolls, which were not remarkable but I am not too picky about them. Friendly, attentive staff, and Cafe Su Dah to go! Every time I come to Pendleton from Seattle, my bf and I always get food here and it's usually great! I'm all about supporting the local business! Today was a serious disappointment and horrible dinner experience. Started with when I called to let them know I was there for curbside pickup, the girl said it would be another 5-8 minutes. My bf goes in to get our food and says the two girls were just standing there talking- no one else inside the restaurant. The sauce that came with our meals did not taste like it usually does- it was salty and terrible. It didn't look like it usually does but I didn't think anything of it - and I take responsibility for not pre-tasting before I dumped the whole thing into my dinner - and turned out so salty and bitter I couldn't eat my food. My egg rolls were on the burnt side. Then my boba drink was not what I ordered. Super disappointed that I spent $45+ and now making dinner. We went during opening week. They were very busy and tables were filled. Food came out hot and in pretty good time. Wait staff was attentive for how busy they were. Pho could use more meat and Pad Thai was pretty good. We are glad to have a place that serves Pho here! read more

I recently relocated to the area and decided to try this place due to its surface similarity to certain restaurants in my old town. The prices were ridiculous (I guess this is to squeeze money from tourists?), and the service left much to be desired: the staff asked if I wanted my food in a to-go container right as I was sitting down to eat it inside and later dropped it off on the wrong side of the table without even looking at me. I LOVE Mo Pho!!! The Pho here is delicious and so are all the other dishes I have tried but the pho is my favorite. The staff are polite and friendly and always welcoming when I come in to eat either there or whether I take it to go.. I probably eat at Mo Pho an average of three times a week.. it's feels healthy as well as flavorful And satisfying.. you can ask them for any special request such as omitting any veggies you don't like or adding another you do like.. they are very accommodating.. If you haven't given them a try or did when they first opened please try them again. They have a nice menu, generous portions and yummy boba teas and few beers on tap. * Also a great place for lunch if you are on a tight lunch schedule as they will have your food to your table within a few minutes. read more

The server Whitney was so rude glared at us the whole time acted like it was a big deal to wait our table mind you we were the only people in there. It's happened multiple times with this server he's rude and very impatient, he's walked away from our table while I was asking a question about one of the dishes very unimpressed. Was here months ago. Gave it a try even though everyone else we spoke to said they were disappointed and waiting for them to get the kinks worked out. Got the beef pho and there were 3 small pieces of meat in it. No I was not having a bad day like the owner insinuated on my review. Just wanted to let people know it had no meat in it and was way over priced. We are soooo happy we made the drive down to Pendleton to try Moe Pho. It's surprisingly good. Small menu of fried or fresh spring rolls, several types of Pho, phad thai, cambodian fried rice, and a few other dishes. Bubble teas, and we had an excellent iced Vietnamese coffee. Phad Thai was the best we've had in a long time. Bright and fresh, perfectly cooked with a nice little table of sauces and spices to add. Pho was heavy on the noodles, but delicious broth. This is a casual little Pho and Thai restaurant. The menu is simple but with good choices. The food is fine, nothing spectacular. I had the beef Pho, my husband had the pad Thai and we shared some veggie spring rolls. Everything was fresh and the place was clean. After adding a little hoisin and Sriracha to the Pho it was tasty. I would definitely go again. Glad to have this in Pendleton. They also have some Thai teas which are tasty. Was so excited to check this place out during its opening weekend, and was not disappointed! It was busy because of how excited everyone in Pendleton was to have a new place in town, but food still came out fairly quickly and tasted fantastic. The restaurant's vibe is pretty chill and employees are friendly and accommodating. Would love to see a veggie pho option for my vegetarian friends, but the food we did order was lovely.
