Absolutely terrible experience, after 3x of refusing the wedding dress that had not been touch (red tape marking spots from shop 1 still intact all 3 times), I visited with an employee from the alterations business and we talked to the owner- I think his name was Ben, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Said, "this is why I don't work with brides..." even though they advertise dress restoration in their shop. He spoke over me and the woman with aforementioned place while trying to explain what was going on and that we'd both previously called and spoken with Carla and that we'd had issues trying to get this rectified speaking with her. While explaining that my frustration was also due to the fact someone from out of state was trying to purchase my dress and that these spots not being treated were holding me up, his response was, "I think someone coming from out of state to purchase this dress is a mistake". Don't bother with these people, if they screw up no one will take accountability or even apologize. I did finally pick up my dress (after the 4th time), the spots were mostly done, and so was the red tape, proving they didn't touch it the first 3. They didn't say a word, hung my dress on the hanger and left the room. Dude seems like just another boomer complaining about how younger folks don't have any respect for anyone, he was so disrespectful toward their ampoules that the alterations shop is looking for a new vendor Phots aren't really of the stain but you can see a small portion of the red tape- this was after the 3rd time. The washing machines also has some option for credit card payment, not just using coins. Many tables for folding clothes...and the restroom is clean and smell good too! In their email, they stated there was a local laundromat about 5 minutes away in the Kroger lot. So off I went. They have 3 different size machines (Large-$5.50/load, Medium-$4.50/load, Small-$2.50/load) I didn't realize they had the small load washers because they are cleverly put on the back side of the rows facing away from the door, so I used a medium when a small machine would definitely have been enough. I get it though; business 101. Dryers are .25c/10minutes I think. The place itself seemed pretty clean and I was there on a Monday around 7-7:30 (they open at 7A) and only a couple people were there.

Acted like we did something wrong. Paying customers and all. The owner keeps paying for fake reviews to negate my bad ones. He's literally paying customers with free washes. He should probably just speak to the person that's giving the bad review and apologize for his employees bad behavior instead. It's really sick the treatment we got. Especially being the only folks there that didn't look like washed out crack heads. I go every week and they've never lost or damaged anything (ok, maybe one or two ankle socks). For the price and servce, it's outatanding. They have everything folded and ready for pickup within 24 hours. Keep in mind, items are washed in hot H2O and dryers. I seperate loads at home for them. I'm sure they appreciate that. Really, this place is great!

This place has new owners, the previous owners were wonderful and welcoming, the staff remained the…read moresame and are still great employees with great customer service and care, except for one lady who's Venezuelan and always being rude to customers, the new owners and management are not kind, they are rude and make you feel unwanted, the last wash is at 9:30pm and they close at 11:00pm and if you come 10 minutes before or right on the dot at 9:30pm, the owner talks crap to you asking to not come at 9:30, my family and I always finish before 11:00pm and now with this new owner and angel the manager, we are not satisfied anymore with our visits here, we've been coming here for years and will find a new place to wash and do laundry. If the owner doesn't want to close at 11pm, he should simply change his bussiness hours and close early and quit complaining about closing at 11pm or people coming at 9:30pm, when the business sign says, last wash is at 9:30pm. My mom works late and so do the rest of us, and I think it's rude for a business to tell the customers things when they simply are just trying to wash and are following the business hours policies.
