Met some friends here for dinner and a drink or two. Great waitress! Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the side room was so hot it was hard to enjoy the food. It was a warmer day but why seat people in 80 degree heat to eat? Food was bar food. Nothing special. I would not make the trip back.

Wonderful service! Great food with Large portions! We ordered a piece of Bday cake for my Mother in law and she was so tickled at the size!

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon durning happy hour. The restaurant is actually quite large and deceiving from the exterior. It seemed clean and in good order, with a few patrons at tables and the bar a little over half full with what seemed to be regulars. The bartender greeted me immediately but by no means seemed excited to help me or his job or his life but that's fine, I appreciate prompt service. After ordering my drink I was offered a menu. Many items actually sounded really good and it was somewhat of a hard decision it in the end went with the Moe's Burger. Burger was solid. Nothing to write home about but definitely memorable enough to A) get again; and B) draw me into coming back and trying more on the menu. The reviews seem to be a mixed bag but overall I wasn't disappointed, food was good, prices were decent, decor was well themed (up north sports bar).

We met our family here for breakfast today. We do a monthly breakfast. Moes serves breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. They have a good menu along with a chefs special that changes. I got the Moe's breakfast, 2eggs, toast, hash brown and meat. I got bacon. My food was good. It came out quick and the service was good. I'm sure we'll add this location in our monthly breakfast meeting.

Stopped in for dinner the other night and was pleasantly surprised by everything! Didn't have super high expectations... I ordered and only tried the chicken parmesan. It was creamier and the sauce was slightly different from what I'm used to, but I would almost say I prefer it to the typical sauce used. Definitely recommend this dish, it's also filling enough for probably about 1.5 meals Also ordered a glass of wine, which, is actually about 3 normal glasses of wine... So definitely a good deal! The restaurant itself is pretty large with both a bar area and booths/tables. Nice but somewhat dated. Overall, recommend for a casual but tasty night out!

Met up with a gf in Mounds View, MN yesterday. Figured we try Moe's since it was the closest to us. 4pm was quite busy on a Wednesday afternoon. It was HH and half of wings day from 4pm to 10pm. YUM! I luv wings. We got mango habenero and a korean BBQ style for my gf. Devils egg was on the saltier side, but it was also delicious. Check out their menu online. Full bar. My gf usually dont drink but had 2 of their specialty cocktail. Clean, friendly staff, and spacious. Oh..I forgot... the carrot cake was heavenly and huge. We each had our own ;) Must stop by to see them if you're in the area.

    Birthday ice cream sundae!

Very good food, but most notably, excellent service. We brought our disabled adult daughter to celebrate her birthday. Staff quickly accommodated her wheelchair, was patient with our order taking more time due to her being deaf, and surprised her with a complementary ice cream treat complete with a sparkler candle! It was a perfect celebration!

Went to celebrate my birthday with friends. All the food we ordered was great and ample. For my birthday they offered a sundae. I expected one scoop of ice cream. What I got was a sundae big enough to feed our group of 4, and fireworks

Turkey melt with natural cut fries

A great Bar & restaurant that's family friendly. They don't have just your typical bar food offerings. They go above and beyond your typical burgers and fries. You can find a variety of dishes anywhere from their appealing appetizers to their home style dishes that you would find in your grandmother's kitchen! The cuisine I sampled this evening was their turkey melt that consisted of an oven roasted turkey breast, Swiss cheese with some bacon drizzled with a cranberry aïoli sauce amid a delectable grilled cranberry wild rice bread and natural cut fries. The venue was not too busy this evening and the food did take a while to arrive at our table but overall the service was very friendly and helpful. Though overall I find this to be satisfactory establishment to fill ones stomach and have your beverage of choice.

Just looks like they are trying to do quick fix but it's coming off very tacky. Our server was a delight! She was quick, to the point but still very friendly! The food: The giant blueberry pancake was delicious! I do feel it was a tad dense but my boyfriend said he preferred it that way. The biscuits and gravy were definitely a stand out! Full of flavor!! The hash browns were very good! We added cheese sauce on the recommendations from Yelp, but didn't find it really added anything. I would skip that in the future. The hash browns were perfectly crispy and soft- just how they should be! The portions are large and we were very pleased with the bacon!! Overall, this was a solid breakfast place. In the future I would possibly get breakfast to go as the seating wasn't that comfortable

I took a seat on the patio while I waited for my friend to arrive...and I waited a good 10 minutes for the server to bring menus and eventually water. When my friend arrived it was probably another 5 minutes before they came around again. My friend ordered an iced Chai and I stuck with water because they didn't offer brewed iced tea. (Note to restaurants: Stop getting the fake tea from the fountain pop machine! It tastes horribly.) There was only one server and a manager (or the owner). There weren't that many tables but it was noticeable their staff was stretched very thin. One we placed our order, it would be another 20 minutes before we'd see our food. Only after I stopped the manager when our food would come, he popped in and came right out with our dishes. The food failed. My friend ordered the Ropa Vieja Benedict and I had the steak scrambled. My friend stated the eggs and meat was cooked perfectly but the basil hollandaise sauce was made with mustard (powder) and he could barely take two bites before stopping. My steak scrambled was cold along the edges, the eggs, were cooked well, but the steak wasn't seasoned and even the salsa was bland. We had to flag down our server (again) because she failed to check on us, to ask for the checks. Thats when my friend said he wasn't going to take the food home nor did he think he should pay for it. Keep in mind this was just breakfast so I can't speak for all the other offerings but given this experience, we won't be back.

Finally went and had an awesome lunch that I'll definitely need to go back for again. Everything we ordered was really really good. I love me a savory and sweet situation so I went with the following and fell in love with my choices and my Auntie's sandwich too....sorry, not sorry. The Breakfast Sandwich (so much flavor going on in this sandwich and when I ordered the response was ooo good choice, which is a deal maker for me) Kid's Pancake on the side (Uffdah this was yummy) Crispy Chicken Sandwich (not my order today but tried a bite and my goodness was it good. For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but she was delightful. Blonde with an easy smile, super attentive to our table, even when we were disappointed. 2) Patio seating. It was nice to have the option to choose sitting inside or outside during the summer months. The patio looked clean and well-maintained. Now...the critiques. 1) The lack of menu modifications. This is a big one for me. To me, this is a sign of a very insecure and lazy chef. The only way I can figure justifying no customer menu modifications is if you were eating somewhere with a Michelin star. This place does not (and food criticism to follow below). What frustrated me is that -- as someone with anxiety -- I checked the menu online. The fine print at the bottom of their physical menu did not make it onto their website at all. I checked again after leaving and still did not see any disclaimer upon further review. I think that's really telling about how unpopular this particular kitchen policy would be if it was made more public. It should not be one chef's option to decide what the appropriate "flavor profile" for a dish is if customers can see aspects from other dishes that they would enhance their experience with a meal. Having a variety rich menu should allow for wonderful offerings from other dishes to brought in for customer-specific tastes. Swapping out different kinds of aioli was one feature that my father mentioned that would not be permitted by this chef's ego trip. 2) The Cheese curds were greasy. And yes, fried food naturally has some grease. Unfortunately the cloth napkins are not a conducive way to remove excess grease. Further, these cheese curds were greasier than other comparable restaurants in the area. It was so bad I had some very fun intestinal distress after leaving the restaurant. So. The first thing I put in my mouth from this restaurant left me feeling ill. Overall, this experience and this menu knowledge was an incredibly unsatisfying endeavor. I cannot, however, bring myself to give one star though, no matter how upset bad food makes me. The service was honestly good and the facilities were nice. The mission of this restaurant -- to serve gluten-free/vegetarian meals in a location that doesn't have a whole lot of other options -- is admirable. I, however, will not be choosing to return.

The menus appear to be the same, the spaces are large enough to accommodate big crowds, the service is efficient and friendly, and the food is consistent. The open layout is appealing and fits the "classic diner" vibe perfectly. The other thing they share is HUGE portions. For example, my wife ordered the "short stack with bacon." It sounds innocent enough, but the pancakes are the size of hubcaps and stuffed with what feels like a bushel of blueberries. That's not a bad thing, but my wife ended up taking home about 3/4 of it--which turned into several more breakfasts! By the way, the pancakes were incredibly fluffy and flavorful. I had the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Again, it was a massive portion, but I heroically finished it all. The mashed potatoes seemed scratch-made and the gravy was plentiful. I liked the turkey, though I'm not entirely sure it was roasted in-house. The menu says "real turkey," and while I'm sure that's true, as a bit of a turkey fanatic, the flavor was just slightly different than what I'm used to. Regardless, I really enjoyed it. Fat Nat's clearly has their act together; all three locations are remarkably consistent. For a hearty breakfast or lunch, this place is highly recommended. Pro Tip: Be careful with what children or grandchildren order. Guide them toward the kid's menu or make sure they order conservatively from the main menu--unless you're looking to bring home a week's worth of leftovers!
