What a very disappointing past two orders from here. We were tired and didn't feel like cooking so I looked up Moes on 124 in Dacula. We used to go to that Moes after church on Sundays. We loved it back then. I ordered through Uber eats. The first order ( approx 2 weeks ago was missing an item) I assumed was the fault of the delivery service . The delivery service gave us a $5.00 credit for the inconvenience. Last night we tried it again. We were so disappointed in the order. My two grandchildren were here so we ordered the kids meals which includes drinks. Neither of the drinks were included. We ordered Queso. We received no Queso. My burrito bowl was very specific including sauce on the side. My bowl had a few incorrect items and the sauce was floating around in my bowl. There was no salsa either. Yes, I was credited $5.00 and then another $2.50. So the whole meal was disappointing . Yes I was monetarily compensated for the missing items but the meal collectively was disappointing . The overall meal was ruined. Kids had no drink, my meal was not good and the extra items ordered and expected made the meal "less then" I just read recent reviews and I should be more careful when choosing our meals!! This Moe's is located in Hamilton Creek, Dacula. This is the closest Moe's to me after the one in Buford, so I decided to come here for lunch. Since I had a promo code in my phone I decided to order online and avoid the line inside. Once I got there, there were two hispanic ladies behind the food bar, and I asked one of them if my online order was ready and she did not realize there was one at all. She said they were "working on it" but really they were about to start my order. Isn't this the point of ordering ahead?Avoiding all this? Smh. Anyways, once I got my food we decided to eat there before, and apparently they didn't like this idea... they kept looking at us and talking to themselves. My mom and me felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Not to mention they were very loud, and disrespectful. Once we finished eating I couldn't find a trash can bc the one outside was full till the top and I couldn't squeeze anything else inside it. I asked one of them, and instead of taking it, she told me I needed to open the trash can myself and put it inside. Really? I did because I didn't want to leave all my trash there but honestly I shouldn't have. This is your job, not mine. I'm never coming back to this location, and it sucks because we love Moe's and this is the closest one to us, but I rather go somewhere else from now on. Ok, I understand it's chain food, so my expectations were minimal. Stopped in and found it to be exceptionally dirty, but also the most unfriendly staff we've encountered anywhere. I'm not sure how to explain it. Perhaps the owner of this location is mean to them, or they are just a bad group of employees. Not one of them seemed friendly. Comparing to the locations around this one has the freshest food, I see the reviews about the staff yeah sometimes they're not super personable but Idc as long as the food is good, I suggest you to try it rather than be put off by the many bad reviews they seem like Karen's ngl bc every time I've been here the food has been really fresh. My wife and I went into the one day. My wife ordered something from the kids menu because it's all she really wanted. The person behind the register wanted to know if it was for a kid because she didn't see one. And was really rude about it. We paid for the order and ate it. This is the worst Moe's location for many reasons. Management needs to consider hiring new staff. The place looks dirty, staff members are not friendly and are not punctual for mobile orders. This is not the only bad experience I've had here. I've gave them about three chances and each time there has been an issue. I use the online mobile ordering so by the time I arrive my food will be ready. It saves me time while on my lunch break. I pay extra for queso and they forget it. No problem, I went back again for a burrito and I asked for green sauce and sour cream. Inside my burrito there was no sour cream and there was a red sauce in my bag instead so I had to ask for green sauce and the employee acted very annoyed. If only they would actually read the receipt. I went back again, I ordered fresh jalapeños and received the pickled jalapeños instead. I try not to be a "Karen" but when the mess ups are frequently occurring it's very hard to not. I paid for my food and ordered specifically what I wanted, NOT to receive whatever you want to make for me. This location is very cheap. Very low meat in the quesadillas and burritos. I always order chicken but it seems like I'm eating a rice and beans burrito instead. I swear there was only like four pieces of chicken in my burrito today Nov 5, 2020. The food tastes old and the staff do not care. They barely speak English so maybe they have issues reading the online orders, not sure. I will not be coming back to this location. This location is under new management now and they are doing their best to make this a great place to eat. The store was recently renovated and is nice and clean. The employees are friendly and the food is always delicious. We have had a couple of items left out of our orders, but the management has addressed the concerns and really seems to want to deliver a great experience. read more

Ate here rarely over the years and there has been a noticeable decline in overall quality of everything. Current day food seems stale, its never clean in there, staff seems unprofessional as well. Over an hour before closing and I place an online order only to be called a minute before I walk in the building that they are out of rice and chicken so they can't put any on my meal... ok make some more then? This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, then they closed to remodel and they've been horrible ever since. They just left off a burrito, kids apple juice and brownie from our pickup order. The order was simply 3 tacos, 2 burritos, kids quesadilla meal and a side of guac. That means out of 9 total items in the order, 3 were missing. When you do get all the food, the burritos are the size of a taco now with dry meat and rice, and just mediocre at best. The Moe's on 2111 Hamilton Creek Pkwy. Dacula , GA 30019 is disgusting, unfriendly, very dull bored employees. They didn't even say welcome to Moe's with that enthusiasm you get at other Moe's. They didn't want to talk to you at all or engage into friendly conversations. Once you were away from the counter they went and sat down and played on their phone until another customer came they would get back up (sometimes). The place was very dirty, floors were disgusting, the their drink machine was almost out of everything, everywhere you looked it was very dirty with black stuff growing on the walls. They intentionally locked their customers inside due to them closing around 1:30pm today and didn't bother telling any of us. All we saw was one of the employees locking the door. As far as I know, they can't lock the door with customers inside because if an emergency happens the customers can't escape and that's a violation of OSHA. We had to unlock the door when we left because no one cared to let us out and another family came in behind us and they were told they were closed. This place is a horrible representation of what Moe's use to be like. I say use to because it has been a year since I visited a Moe's. Unfortunately, we ended up here and their food was tasteless. So, we won't be going back to this place ever and won't be surprised if it closes down. Moe's really needs to check into this location. read more

Came here to get a couple of taco kits for a small kids party and didn't have high expectations, but this place was far worse than I expected. I placed my order online and arrived to pick up at the time I was told my food would be ready only to be told I'd have to wait 20 more mins. Moe's is mine and my husband's favorite place to eat. We stopped in this location on our way home out of town. The place looks closed, but we went in and it was so dark in there. The staff was not friendly and none of them were wearing a uniform. The guy who made our food had his fingers in his mouth and just put gloves on over it. Got takeout last night, actually right before they were closing (I hate to do that) The best Moe's food I've ever eaten. I've eaten at this location a few times & MOG a few times. I was very happy with their food. we used the fajita bar, and the steak and chicken was seriously tasty, veggies were fresh and the quest and guac was much appreciated. Thank you to the young cashier for tossing my bag at me after I asked if the portions where smaller then the norm. The Moes near my house portions everything out by scoop but they are normal size scoops. This moes gave me 7 pieces of steak on a large bowl. The portion was really small over all. I was shocked. My daughter got a kids meal and our plates where almost the same size. I asked if the portion was normal and the cashier stared at me like I had a third eye. Then I repeated myself and she quickly said "yea". The guy behind me (customer) said this locations awful but near his work that's why he comes back once in a while. If I could give "0" stars, I would. Before deciding to write this review I tried to contact Moe's so they could make good on an inedible meal that ended up in the trash. I called several times and the person answering said she couldn't talk to me as she was the only one there. I then filled out a corporate survey and received an email from the manager asking me to call. No one answered the phone the several times I tried to call. I finally responded with an email asking them to call me. Its been a week and still no response. Items we ordered and paid for in our to go order were not in our bag.
