I was very disappointed on my second visit. there were no chopped onions at all and the cilantro was mostly stems. the person behind the counter did not listen to my order and he put the guacamole on my husband's bowl instead of mine, so they had to dump his and start again. they didn't ask if it was to stay or go. and aren't they supposed to greet people with welcome to Moe's? that never happened when I was there. next time, chipotle. read more

Service has slipped. All the tortilla chips where crushed when I opened my lunch. The area where all the sides are held looked dirty. The staff isn't as nice at the as they used to be. Overall becoming just another chain restaurant. Sad. read more

This establishment is by far the most unprofessional, disgusting excuse for a restaurant chain. Upon walking in I heard employee "wasim" (atleast that was on the name tag) speaking in such profound language, I myself was actually disgusted, also, to watch him hack a loogie in the garbage can was what put me over the edge, when I asked if that was professional quote on quote I was told to "shut the f up and mind my buisness"... and then began to tell my husband that he can take it outside when my husband confronted him. If this is what you enjoy hearing being shouted in a whiny, shrieky voice by tween employees every time a costumer walks in the door, then look no further, this is your place. Food is a step up from Taco Bell and a step down from Chipotle. The chicken is very dry so I usually soak it in the southwest vinaigrette dressing. They also don't give you very much and I'm not one like likes a lot of meat but geez you would think that the chickens are going extinct. All in all, it's okay for what it is. I ordered my food and they put it on the grill and forgot about it and tried to serve me burnt food so I asked if they could remake it for me and I got an attitude and once again they forgot about it so I asked someone else if they can get my food off the grill and they gave me an attitude and threw the spatula on the grill this isn't the first time I've had a problem when coming here the workers are rude and I will never be coming here again read more

I go to Moe's pretty frequently and the manager Stephanie is always so helpful and always has a smile on her face. The store was packed last night when I arrived to order and I ended up using their app to place my order, when I arrived to pick it up Stephanie had told me that the computers crashed and she was unable to retrieve my order and had to make it. She was extremely apologetic and was eager to help me even with a packed store at dinner time she never once made me feel bad and did everything she could for it to be made quickly. She even told me that she upgraded our queso due to me having to wait longer. When I got my order the burrito I had bought wasn't that good and there was no upgraded queso aside from the one I purchased. I called the store today and spoke directly to Stephanie and I had told her about my food, she again apologized and said that she will put my name in their book for a free burrito and a free bowl of queso due to my issues and that she will also call the app directly and have them refund my purchases. That is great business and she is such an asset to this company and I hope that they acknowledge her hard work and dedication. read more

This Moe's location is not good. I've been to Centereach, Hauppauge, and Commack locations and now I work right next to the Patchogue one. The Patchogue location has time after time neglected to serve fresh hot chips. I've kept quiet the first several times and then recently on Monday evening I bulked up the courage to ask the manger why the chips are so cold and stale. I was given an attitude back, no apology or urgency to heat them up. I had to sit there and say I've been to many other locations on the island and this is the only one where the chips lack salt, are stale and cold. He said to me it would take twenty Minutes to warm them up. I replied, "no problem" so instead of receiving an entire new fresh batch, I received hot STALE chips. I gave up and threw them away. Nonetheless the quesadilla I received was ice cold which is mind blowing due to the fact it sat on the flat top grill with the press for about five mins... and the entire amount of cheese and chicken were ice cold as I ate within seconds of paying for it... I am not one to complain but being there is still no resolution to the service and food in this location something must be done. I work right in between this location and chipotle in Patchogue and always receive fresh chips and warm food upon ordering. What is the point of paying $15 a head for lunch if it will be cold, stale, and worthless of the money spent? This location is terrible and this review has had a long time coming, (talking over six months) I've been giving chance after chance to notice some change and there has been none. read more

The manager (girl with red hair) was super sweet!! Very accommodating on an extremely busy line of crazy people out the door. The staff was wonderful and the food is good for the price. This isn't a 5 star restaurant lol. Their chips blow chipotle out of the water. It was a little crowded, not their fault, kinks are still being worked out im sure. I think so far so good! Typically I love this moes, decided that today I wanted to go. I was absolutely disgusted the female whom I believed to be the manager was cleaning the surroundings of the tins with a dirty wet rag all while hovering the rag and her arm over my food part of the dirty rag dipped into the beans and she disregarded it. I work around the corner from this moes and i love this location!!! It is always clean. Everyone is always smiling and so nice. Hardly anyone screams when you walk into the moes by my house but this one each person greets you and i love it! Stephanie is the cashier and she is such a great employee. She really goes above and beyond for each customer and it shows! She is always happy and smiling. She is very informative and quick with what she does. She has personally walked me out to my car because i couldnt carry all the drinks and bags i bought. She also has went out of her way to make me a box one time for my drinks and bags because they happened to run out of cup holders. She told me about the rewards and always informs me of the promotions. She really has great customer service and i love this location!! read more

It was horrible , bad corn chips with no sauce or dip . Line that makes it impossible to see the options . Menu is printed but doesn't explain how you suppose to assemble your food and staff is not helpful . They look tired , talk to themselves and rush you through the line . Result : one burrito with whatever , no cheese no spice and forget about sour cream . This place is great. The food and the people are good. I have had a few hiccups with my phone in order but I must say that Stephanie is amazing. She helps us every time to fix it and make up for our inconvenience. I would recommend even with the problems with order. It's worth it. Any problems ask for Stephanie. Kudos to her!!! read more
