I was afraid I was going to have to play the "helpless woman" card and ask them to change the battery for me, but he tested it first to verify the battery needed to be replaced, showed me my options without pushing me toward one or the other and then just went right out to change it. Took about 15 minutes total from when I got there, including a little extra thing he said he has to do anytime he changes a battery. And, unlike everything else these days, they don't ask for a tip when you check out, although you would think they could/would since they do actually perform a service for you.
