You can mix and match the topping and seasoning to your taste. All the pickles at the topping bars were good. They even have some side dishes at the bar like cucumber salad and seaweed salad. Restaurant is super clean compared to other Guilin noodles places. Service is pretty much self serve. You ordered through a QR code at your table then they will call your number when your food is ready. There might be a language barrier, the waitress doesn't seem like they speak English.
