My Mom and I had already eaten our quick lunch. We couldn't help, but noticed people one after another buying from Mojie Noodle. Inquirier Us wants to know. What's so special about their noodles? Let me tell you, they are very special. Simple soup bowls with rice noodles that don't stick together, topped with good portions of protein choice primarily beef flank, braised pork, pork intestine, pork trotter (aka pig's feet), crispy pork, or chicken gizzard, plus roasted peanuts and your condiments of choice. I chose #3 Braised Pork Rice Noodle and #9 Crispy Pork Rice Noodles Signature to-go. OMG, I was super surprised by the soup savoriness and flavorfulness. SO GOOD! The noodles were a generous amount and you can slurp them very easily. Pork portion and size were more than adequate. VERY TASTY! The roasted peanuts were great tasting... it brought back some nostalgia... nice addition to the bowl! They have a condiment station (red hot chili, hot chili oil, spicy pickled daikon, spicy pickled cabbage, spicy green onions, green onions, cilantro) where you can get as much as you would like for your bowl. Do you see a trend? Lots of spicy condiments! Staff ladies were really friendly and nice. They didn't speak much English. I just pointed to the items I wanted. Prices were very reasonable... $11 - $15 per bowl. Payment options are cash or Zelle only. Funny, I didn't have enough cash on me so I left to go to the bank to get cash. They didn't start making my order until I returned. It wasn't an issue because it literally took them a few minutes to make the bowls. Wait time was nothing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant front was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shared seating is available inside the President Square Food Court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Free parking at the President Square in Arcadia. Highly recommend Mojie Noodle! #1 Guilin Style Rice Noodles is their top seller. Too bad I don't eat beef anymore otherwise I would get it. I hope they add fish to their bowls in the future. I'll be back to dine-in for more tasty rice noodle bowls even if I stick with pork or I might even try their chicken gizzards.

When you are craving for rice noodles or soup noodles in general, you can't go wrong with Mojie Noodle. Their food quality always steady. I've tried all the things on their menu. To be honest, I cannot pick one that is the best, they're all really good. The broth is always flavorful, the noodles always cooked at perfect texture. The service always fast too, which I like. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is not a fancy place but a mom and pop for comfort food![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Spicy pork intestine noodle soup (with sauces, pickled veggies and garnishes added on)

Mojie Noodle is located in the President Square Food Court with Sunright Tea Studio, Omma Tofu House and more. The store offers a variety of dishes to choose from, along with a small selection of sauces, pickled vegetables and garnishes to personalize your meal. We chose the spicy pork intestine noodle soup, and it was perfection. Whenever I know that a restaurant is serving an intestine noodle soup, I know it's a must try. Highly recommend. Note: The store accepts cash or Zelle payments, and plenty of parking is available in the plaza.

Not quite authentic from GUI LIN rice noodle, but the taste is good. It's just next door to 99 ranch Arcadia.

I've been thinking about this noodle spot nonstop -- I honestly crave it at least once a week. Their #1 Guilin-style rice noodles are incredible. The fried pork is so flavorful, and once you mix everything together, the bowl becomes this perfect, comforting combination of textures and taste. The chili oil is no joke -- super spicy even for someone like me who usually handles heat really well. They also give you a side of what I believe is chicken soup, and it reminds me so much of my dad's cooking, which makes the whole meal feel extra nostalgic and homey. It looks like the place is run by a mom-and-pop team, which makes me love it even more. It's tucked inside the little food hall in Arcadia, which makes it convenient and easy to stop by. Plus, it's right next to Sunright Tea Studio -- perfect because my husband always grabs a boba for the ride home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious food, cozy vibes, and family-run -- this spot is definitely a new favorite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The price of the noodles here is very reasonable. Probably because it's in a food court. Our orders were $11 and $12. There are lots of noodles in it, the meat portions are reasonable too. Overall, a very good deal. The unlimited toppings they provide is nice. It's fun to add toppings on the noodles. I think this place is such a great deal while inflations are insane. The only con is I felt very thirsty afterwards. I didn't even drink the soup. So I think it might have some msg or something to make the soup more flavorful. I usually don't feel as thirsty when I had other Guilin noodles from other restaurants. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is inside of a food court so it's super casual and simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Located in the food court next to 99 ranch market. Very casual environment and typical vibes and service of a small traditional chinese restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Got the guilin noodles and they were pretty good for the price, although the portion of meat was on the smaller side. Flavor and taste were solid. Also appreciated how they had a little condiment bar in the front to add toppings and sauces so you can customize your noodles. Noodles also came with a side of soup. For $11, this is a quality meal and i would come again. Parking wasn't difficult as there was a big parking lot for the plaza

Mojie Noodle is located in the President Square Food Court, which is in the same plaza as 99 Ranch. Mojie Noodle is right next door to Omma Tofu House. My mother and I decided to grab a late lunch for New Year's at this food court. She decided to have Full House BBQ To Go (which funny enough, I just had them a few days ago) and so I opted for Mojie Noodle because I have been wanting to try them for a while now. I walked over and I was helped by the woman behind the counter right away. I told her that I wanted to order number 1, in which she understood but spoke Mandarin. Honestly my Mandarin is horrible and can only understand if you speak it really slow (lol). But she basically was trying to tell me to either pay via Zelle or cash since they don't take credit card. I only waited about 6 minutes after I ordered and paid, in which I got: #1 Guilin Style Rice Noodle, $11- The portion size of this bowl is more than plenty for one person. I shared with my mom (and my little girl dog got a few bites of the noodle). We both really liked the thinly sliced/ crispy pieces of the pork and skin. We also really loved the noodles and the flavor of the sauce at the bottom. I liked the added peanuts for a little crunch and flavor. I also liked the flavor of the soup that was placed on the side. There is a small condiment bar available right by the register. I only added scallions to my bowl but there are pickled vegetables, etc that you can help yourself to. Overall, service was quick and easy. I would definitely come back and try some of the other entrees. Just remember that this place is CASH only (or can pay via Zelle).

Pretty good noodle place! The bowls here are reasonably priced and the portions are fairly large. They give you a lot of noodles but I wish they added a bit more meat and veggies. There's a little bar at the counter for you to add certain toppings like chili, cilantro, onions, etc into your bowl. Food was prepared very quickly. Noodles were tasty and very comforting. Service was quick and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is located in the food court in the 99 Ranch plaza.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, for those with little kids, the food court did not have any high chairs when we were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Justine H.

Mojie is located in the food court next to 99 ranch market, which is awesome as there's a Sunright for boba and a variety of other tasty options in the food court as well. I wanted something soupy so I ordered #5 - Spicy Pork Intestine Rice Noodle, and it was delicious! The rice noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth is so flavorful. The dish had the perfect amount of heat and I love the intestines and crunchy peanuts. Make sure to clarify if you want a dish that is dry or with soup prior to ordering as the menu is a bit vague. They have other toppings available for you to add such as cilantro, green onion, and pickled spicy radish. Portion size is huge for the price ($12). Do note that if you need a takeout container, they will charge you $1. A bit annoying but given the price of the dish I didn't mind. I paid with cash but they take Zelle as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The food court is clean and had a friendly worker who cleaned up our table right when we were finished eating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

In the President Square food court, next to 99, Mojie serves up tasty bowls of Guilin-style soup noodles. Guilin Noodles: The primary bowl has thick and slippery rice noodles. There's a nice arrangement of sliced tender beef and roast pork slices with crackling skin. Peanuts and pickled long beans also add crunch and tang. A secondary bowl contains a really flavorful broth from two meats. When you pick up your noodles, visit the toppings bar and customize it further. Add heaping spoons of flavorful chili crisp and floral sambal sauce. Top it with pickled radish, cilantro, and scallions. Ordering: Place your order at the counter. Pick up your food when they tell you it's ready. Dining Area: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The food court has plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking: President Square has a large crowded parking lot.

    Jessica Y.

The restaurant is located in the food court of the 99Ranch plaza. Plenty of parking. I tried the guilian style rice noodle, ordered for takeout. Very good flavor. The noodkes were the perfect chewy texture. Comes with soup. I just wish there were vegetables.

The lady at the cashier was so sweet and friendly. She patiently introduced me to their menu and food, made recommendations. I'm very pleased by her customer service. It is a small to medium restaurant, nice and clean throughout. Very welcoming like a family restaurant. It was a to-go order and they packed the food pretty well so the noodles don't get soggy. The flavor is so rich with layers, beef is braised so tender and the portion is super generous. My family and I enjoyed everything very much. I can't wait to go back and try more.

Solid spot for Taiwanese beef noodle soup & other Taiwanese noodle dishes!…read more Got the half tendon half meat beef noodle, and the broth is a solid soy based brasied broth with the tendon was cooked down to a soft gelatinous texture! The beef pieces were tender as well, no tough pieces at all, which is always nice. The cold noodle was a surprise for us. It's hard to find good sesame cold noodles and Xiang Ji has one of the better ones we've tried. Also got the Braised Combo Plate, which came with egg, seaweed, bean curd, and peanuts. Everything was good but still not a fan of soft peanuts! A lot of people had a bowl of beef noodle along with dumplings, but we were too full to try the dumplings. Definitely want to try next time!
