Got my new tires!
Ernesto C.

Took my r6 to get my tires changed and Ron did a good job. He was very punctual and also sent me pictures of the progress. He actually squeezed me in his busy schedule which I appreciate a lot. Definitely coming back to him for repairs. Very knowledgable and humble guy.

Lookin good!

I gave them a call Saturday morning and spoke to La Lo. He was very helpful, pleasant, and very customer service oriented. I told him about the battery light and he asked if I could bring it in around 1pm since they were pretty booked that day. After bringing in the car, it took about 40 minutes until they were able to come up with a diagnosis for me - the alternator needed replacing. La Lo gave me a quote for the repair, and even did some research to see if he can get better pricing for the part, which he did. He saved me a few hundred dollars, which was much appreciated. He told me I would be able to credit the cost of the diagnosis ($85) towards the repair. I brought the car in for repair the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). My wife's car works great now, thanks to DAS Auto! From the initial call, to the in-person interaction, you could tell they care about their customers. Even hearing how they speak to other customers in their shop, they're very honest about the repair (La Lo even told one customer the cost of his repair and that more than likely they might find other things wrong if they went through with it). I highly recommend them! They'll be our go-to mechanic moving forward!

I hit up Joe asking if he could run diagnostics and he was able to make time for us to come in immediately. We left the car with him to troubleshoot and he called us within the hour to let us know the brake discs and pads needed to be replaced and he found a mistake the previous neighbor "mechanic" made when attempting to fix our brake problem. Joe had parts ordered and was able to fix our car the very same day! No more rattling or scratching metal sounds when we brake. I highly recommend taking your car to DAS for any vehicle trouble you may be experiencing!

This is a great price because if you go anywhere else, a single alignment job is already easily $80 to $100. Since this is a lifetime alignment for $200+ your car, it is great and can save some money by doing it this way. The staff is friendly and just understood what I needed. I know this shop can get busy, especially on the weekends, but they got me in and took care of me within an hour and a half. But why I wouldn't give them a five-star rating was that when I walked up to my car, the steering wheel, armrest, and seat were greasy. I get that it is a u to shop, but no shop I have been to has left my car like that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I chose Wheel Works because it was conveniently close to my…read morehome, but it ended up being a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I brought my car in Monday at 2 PM to replace two front tires. The woman at the front desk was friendly and let me know they were busy, but said my car would likely be ready by the end of the day and that I would receive a call with any updates. They close at 7 PM, and after receiving no call or communication at all, I headed there around 6:45 PM expecting the car to be finished. Instead, I was told they were too busy to get to it and was asked if I wanted to leave it overnight so it could be the first car worked on Tuesday morning. At that point, I was already disappointed because I could have taken my car elsewhere and had the job completed the same day. The next morning, I returned around 9:30 AM since they open at 7 AM. Gabriel was helping another customer, which was completely understandable, so my partner and I waited patiently. However, after finishing with the customer, Gabriel acted as if we weren't even standing there waiting. No acknowledgment, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. He continued working on the computer and answered the phone while we stood there for nearly 20 minutes. I understand phones need to be answered, but basic customer service and acknowledgment go a long way. After all that waiting, Gabriel finally informed us that they never worked on the car because the wrong tire size had been entered into their system by the previous employee. My car is a basic 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe -- nothing rare or complicated -- and instead of correcting the mistake, no effort was made to resolve the issue or communicate with me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. But it got worse. While driving home, I noticed a loud dragging noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered my catch can dragging on the ground. We drove back immediately, and they claimed it may have happened while backing the vehicle out because the car is lowered -- despite the car being on stock suspension. Thankfully, Omar was accommodating and fixed the issue quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, wasted time, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service from Gabriel. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn't uncommon. Gabriel's attitude is not suited for customer service, especially at the front desk where customers are the first priority. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Okay, I found a gem at a this mechanic shop!!!…read more So how many time's have you gone to a shop and wondered whether you were gonna get screwed by the people there. So went to my local dealer to get my oil and trani fluid changed for two cars. I was gonna be charged almost $500 for each car at the local dealers.... even got the same quote at my local oil changer spot. At the recommendation of my neighbor, I checked out this spot, and so glad I did. So I'm kinda lazy when it comes to doing work on my cars as I don't wrench unlike my younger years when you couldn't afford to pay for services, I'm at a point in life where I won't be breaking my bank account to pay for stuff. So anyway'z, here's my review. So remembering watching shows like Gomer Pile, Duke's of Hazards, Andy Griffith, this place brought be back to older days when things were much simpler and life wasn't so complicated. No one argued about politics and you could trust most people and business since most were locally owned and most trusted one another. I called the day before and was greeted by an older gentlemen who proceeded to explain how I could just come in and he or his brother would take care of me. I arrived early that morning as they opened. The building is located next to the fire department and for the most part there is decent parking with little traffic in the area. As I walked in I was met by an older gentlemen who reminded me of Uncle Jesse from Duke's of Hazard. I was really hoping Daisy would have been there but was out of luck... anyway'z, I met one of the brothers, a gentlemen over 80 who took my info, grabbed my keys and said the car would be done in the afternoon. I was only gonna do the Trans fluid since my Oil was changed recently. Expecting to pay over $200, I was pleasantly surprised that I was charged a little over half of that... I mentioned that I had a van and a truck wanted to do both vehicles. He offered to have everything done for both cars on the same day. Unfortunately due to scheduling I wasn't able to so I brought my truck in a week later. When the car was completed, I went back to pay. I met his lovely wife and found that they have been running the business for many years and was family owned. Their son was there working and the husband went out to buy food to feed the local birds who probably hang out with Uncle Jesse.... ironically when I went the first day and came back about 8 hours later, Uncle Jesse was still hanging out at the front. I loved my experience and the friendly atmosphere I got and plan to continue coming back. I'm always down for supporting the locals and being born and raised in the area, I will definitely come back to these youngsters!!!

When I called, a very kind and polite lady named Linda helped me out and I later found out she's one of the owners. She was so friendly and professional, which gave me a great first impression. I dropped off my car and ran a few errands while they worked on it. They were quick, honest, and very reasonably priced with no upselling or unnecessary recommendations like many other shops try to do. When I picked up my car, Robert went over everything with me and made sure my concerns were addressed. It's clear that this is a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I'll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend Daly City Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and friendly auto shop in the area!

A trusted friend referred me to Heavenly Auto Care years ago, but because of my past experiences, I still hesitated to take my car there. Ironically, I even referred my high school counselor before ever going myself. Last week, I finally stopped by for a quick quote, and unbeknownst to me, Hermes completely changed my perspective on what an honest mechanic experience could look like. From the moment I arrived, he took an incredible amount of time answering my questions, explaining things thoroughly, and giving me more information than I even knew to ask for. He was honest about what work was actually necessary versus what could wait, which immediately built trust. The next day, I went back and waited while Hermes and Morgan diagnosed my car. Again, I was genuinely surprised by the level of care and patience they showed. Hermes walked me through the issues step by step, showed me exactly what was happening with my vehicle, listened carefully to my concerns about the noises I was hearing, and gave me a realistic and detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and what it would cost. Unfortunately, I learned I need suspension work done again only a year after having previous repairs elsewhere, and Hermes clearly explained why. What stands out most is the amount of care, integrity, and time he gives every customer. Even when I called back on a busy Monday feeling overwhelmed and anxious about my car, he remained honest, direct, patient, and transparent about scheduling and pricing. I'm genuinely grateful to have finally found a mechanic who treats customers equitably, takes pride in his work, and deeply values his reputation. It's no surprise Heavenly Auto Care and the entire team have such glowing reviews across Google and Yelp.
