The Club doesn't look like much from the Outside, but once you come in it is Totally State of the Art. The VIP Service is Superb. Aris and His Staff are extremely Professional. This will be Our new Hang out. Charlie G. H Greg Auto

I got in-- so judging by the reviews, I guess that's a good sign? Place looked great on the outside-- inside was kinda small. I didn't have to pay a cover charge and I went straight to the VIP, again, didn't spend one penny. Some guy just kept handing me drinks while I was in the VIP. Music was oldish (90s-2009) hip hop and R&B. I was literally the only black woman in there and all of the black men looked like they wanted me thrown out immediately so shoutout to the Asian guy who invited me into VIP and the white guys responsible for getting me hammered ;-) Overall, the place has potential but the vibe is just very stuck up-- like, more stuck up than LIV. I won't be trying my luck twice.

$18 for one corona?! Bouncers are rude, pushing us at one point in the club. A bunch of underage kids in there as well. Yuck

There's an intense dynamic of action throughout this joint- upstairs and downstairs. There's professional performers on the center bar top. Walk to the back and there's another live performance complete with more dancers and singing with a dance floor at the stage. What's upstairs? There is DJ dancing - popular high energy music. The drinks are definitely expensive, but that is to be expected in South Beach. The only complaint is the bartenders I visited on the bottom floor to the left bar in the back and upstairs in the DJ room looked like they did not want to be there. Perhaps, this place is too wild for a continuous eight hour shift? Who knows. The jovial atmosphere in this place makes you forget quickly though. I think I stayed here until 2am dancing my ass off. I had a colorful evening and would definitely return! - maybe the dinner and show experience?

Then, when I received my bill, there was an additional $0.25 'health insurance' charge. The amount isn't the issue--it's the principle. Costs like employee health insurance should be built into prices, not added as surprise fees. To make matters worse, when I asked about the charge, the server couldn't explain what it was or why it was being added, so I left with more questions than answers. Between the cover charge, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency, the whole experience felt like a tourist trap. Customers deserve clear pricing and straightforward explanations of any charges before they're added to the bill.

It was…read morewell-organized with reserved tables in a separate upstairs lounge w/ our placards on table, and it was nice to know we don't have to keep eye out or keep looking for tables like regular clubs since we don't really drink. Alex our instructor was fun, engaging, and an intelligent instructor that broke the dances down for even beginners to follow easily. We first had bachata lesson at 8pm, followed by complimentary mojito and Cuban bites, then wrapped up with salsa lesson at 9:20pm. I wished salsa lesson was a full hour, followed by more fun salsa dancing with instructor dancing alongside (you know, cuz regular student folks won't keep dancing salsa on their own without pros' boosting presence) because afterwards everyone pretty much stopped dancing salsa after the last song after lesson ended. Then it was regular club time. Good vibe and we had fun. The wristband we got allowed free entry to the club downstairs so we could enjoy the cabaret performance and backstage live music band a bit too. Overall I would recommend Alex and Salsa Mia without any reservation for anyone with an open mind looking to have a good dancing time! Try it - don't be scared as there's no need to be! Gracias Alex!

I loved the setting - Mango Cafe is a vibrant and fun place - the class takes place in a side room on the second floor. We had 15-20 people, and the space was starting to get tight, but bearable. Appetizers were tasty, and enough for a couple of helpings. For the free drink, they accommodated the request for a virgin mojito. Includes a wristband for Mango Cafe entry after 10:00p (they close at 5:00a). Highly recommend the class, it's a great value.
