She missed the fact that the oven didn't work, and her report said the house had 3 bedrooms when it had 4. If you want confirmation I have everything documented and I'm happy to share. I have now read Lisa's response, and as you guys probably know, it's silly. Yes, she told me about various issues with the house BUT DID NOT BOTHER TELLING ME THAT 2 ROOMS HAD NO ELECTRICITY!! And she fails to acknowledge that I TOOK HER TO SMALL CLAIMS AND WON!! (By the way, this is a GREAT house. I bought it for $750k and it was appraised at $920k just a year later.) And now she's not paying the Judgment that was duly issued against her.
