I'm puzzled by the low reviews for this restaurant. This is a good place for breakfast! Quick tip: the hours indicate they open at 10 but we are here before 9 on a Saturday and they are open. Reading through the reviews, I see that a couple people have complained about the price of the food. This restaurant is not charging too much for their food. That's just complete nonsense. The homemade cinnamon rolls were five dollars! And you get two for that price. If you have a problem with the prices for this restaurant you shouldn't be in Estes Park; this restaurant is one of the better deals in town. We were greeted quickly and in a friendly manner and seated almost immediately at one of their booths. This is a diner with a full bar! I had the delicious granola pancake with an egg and also couldn't resist ordering their homemade cinnamon rolls. Delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. Give this place a try! read more

Hidden gem! We were very appreciative to stumble upon this quaint restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating in Estes. For an early Saturday morning, we weren't too sure on what to eat...but we're sure happy we found Molly B! The family-owned restaurant was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed everything we ordered the sampler was very tasty only complaint would have been nice to have more crackers. The elk burger was great and a 1/3 of pound for $10 was a real good deal, definitely can tell you are not having beef. The Buffalo burger was really good as well. Very over priced ($18+ for very two small pieces of fried fish), incredibly strange atmosphere, food is disappointing, condiments were leaking everywhere and obviously had not been cleaned before (I had to wash my hands after touching a bottle of ketchup), children under 8 years old are serving drinks and overall not a great experience. I went to Molly B Restaurant in Estes Park, Colorado with my daughter and dog. We all loved Molly Bs and that they were a dog friendly restaurant. They had dog treats and meals, and my dog loved sitting on the patio and enjoying a treat as well as a burger with some water. My daughter ordered a burger and fries and I ordered a chicken burger. We both agreed that our meals were delicious and that we liked the restaurant. The inside was not much to impress but their good food and friendly staff made our experience great. Hole in the wall diner in Estes Park. The food is very average and overpriced for the quality. We came here because every other restaurant was full. I had a $10 parfait that was very average and probably should've cost half that. Overall, I just felt like the place was really run down and not very clean. The cups had cracks in them and the mugs were stained and looked like they came straight from the early 90s. The tables felt like they had 10 years of grease caked on. Building is kind of gross. I get that it's old, but that doesn't mean you can't clean/replace the carpet or fix the ceiling. The food was mediocre but after walking around the top of the mountain all morning we just wanted something to eat and this was close. The staff was very nice though! read more

I highly recommend the 1/3 lb Buffalo Burger for just $11 and they also have an elk burger. The Sweet Potato fries were great and my husband loved his regular mushroom Swiss burger. They have alcoholic beverages and homemade ice cream. The Free parking right out front was a plus! read more

Menu was your typical American fare: sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc. We came for lunch and it was not crowded at all. We got the Rueben which husband said was ok. Not bad. Bison burger got a good review. Fish and chips were hot and right out of the fryer, but kinda bland. Again, not bad. Wings and quesadillas got good reviews from the kids. Service was great. They checked on us multiple times and filled our drink glasses. I will say be careful if you have to use the restroom, because they are down a rickety and narrow set of stairs. Yikes! Not good for the elderly. I would say the food was pricey for what you get but that is typical Estes Park no matter where you stop. Overall, fine place but could use some upgrades in the furniture, setting, and decor. Maybe a little upgrade with some modern flavor in some of the dishes, too. read more

This is a simple restaurant off the main drag we close to the Colorado mountain school where I was for the week. Many places to stop. But actually things that attracted me to this place was the simple atmosphere without the bustle and noise of other establishments I stopped by. I walked in and looked at classic American burgers being served. Having had a hamburger with bacon and a side of sweet potato fries I was truly pleased. It was simple fare - no bells or whistles. But my plate was empty when it was taken away. The service, near closing time and still fairly busy, was spot-on continually checking on me. It was easy to be persuaded to have their caramel apple pie. No, this isn't a fancy place, a Happening place, or much with atmosphere. But the appeal was the simplicity, taste, lack of bustle. Walked by here today and saw a big banner Michelob Ultra $3.50 We stopped and had a beer When the check came it was 10.48 I asked about the 3.50 beers? Very disrespectful restaurant ,owner and male staff. The menu was very minimal from our last visit. Not a good place for a family and children if you want to have a humble meal on a budget, As my family and myself were leaving after lunch a family of 11 were walking in, the man asked me how was it. And I was honest i said not very good and very expensive for the small menu they had and o walked across the street to use the restroom. Apparently the family walked away and the male Asian server came out yelling and cursing at me throwing up the middle finger not once many of times. Very disrespectful, not good! They have a decent amount of different variety of foods on her belly. A little limited on some items such as their soup is out of stock as well as their fried green beans. This isn't anything special just ordinary food with hamburgers. did they probably wouldn't eat here again. They do have really great music the Rocky Mountains and the customer service is excellent. Really bad choice to stop in for Chili, a dish I didn't think could be screwed up. Menu said "medium-spicy." It was Hot. Filled with beans, a sprinkling of ground beef & the worst sauce ever. Molly's has a great outdoor area in front of the restaurant great for a sunny lunch or breakfast. The menu offers all the standard breakfast items but I have to say they miss the mark on execution. Eggs were undercooked and the coffee was so over heated our mugs had coffee sludge in the bottom. After 4 creamer cups I was able to get the color to change a bit. Our table wasn't clean and was really sticky, clearly hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. Menus were dirt/sticky. And the weirdest thing was when my wife asked to use the restaurant restrooms she was directed to a public facility on the other side of a busy road across from Molly's. My opinion is if you can't get eggs and coffee right I wouldn't recommend Molly's. read more

You know those sad, hollow restaurants that only stay in business by hoping enough dazed tourists wander in? Even though my wife's family has lived here for generations we still succumbed to the "2 for 1 mimosas", sign. We should have ran when we saw the carpet and giant tourist menus. Nothing was good. One order was messed up because the waiter struggled to understand us, but no big deal. The steak on the steak salad was flavorless and seemed to be boiled, on top of iceberg and oily blue cheese dressing. Everyone else seemed equally depressed about their food. I can't rate this place. The food was horrible. No flavor at all. The service was not even mediocre from the management. And our waiter was a little late for his shift, jumped right into working and when he tried to help clear tables, he was yelled at in front of customers. Meanwhile managements young children were running around crying and wiping their fingers on the walls after having them in their noses. read more

We did a quick day trip to Estes Park last weekend, and had a great time. What a lovely area! We stopped at Molly B's for a bite since they have an outdoor patio, and we had our 2 unruly dogs with us. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and even brought out bones and a bowl of water for our pups. We had the game meat appetizer, the guac bacon burger, the Molly burger, and a pulled pork sammy. We stopped in for dinner last weekend and sat on the patio. We all really enjoyed our meal and the nice, relaxing atmosphere. They are suffering from the same staff shortages as the rest of the service industry so we had to wait a very short while to be sat but once seated we were never in want of beverages and our food game out relatively quickly.
