    Elk nachos

My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner after traveling all day. We really enjoyed it! The decor is modern, fresh and relaxing. The menu is limited so just be sure to check it. Burgers, pizza and appetizers. Full bar with a decent wine selection and quite a few beers on tap - many of them local. Our server, Edward, could not have been more accommodating! Very personable and happy to make recommendations. He took great care of us. We would stop in again.

Good pizza, good beer. We were staying next door and didn't wonna go far for dinner. This was fast and convenient.

Nice place attached to a hotel. Have outside firepits and chairs. This is mainly a burgers and fries restaurant. I had the Elk burger and my wife had the beef burger. Although we ordered them medium they came medium-well. Burgers were also thin; for as much as they charge for these burgers I feel they should be much bigger (1/2 lb vs 1/4 lb). Fries were good and the Latitude sauce was tasty. Had a full bar and several local draft offerings. Busta did a fantastic job serving us.

Awesome burgers!!! My friends and I were in the area for a hike and decided to stop by for some grub. This restaurant is connected to a nice hotel! The lobby is well maintained and it appears this hotel hosts quite the athletic visitors! It is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. On to the food. There isn't a large selection of food on the menu which is slightly disappointing. However, I was able to settle on the Mac 'n cheese burger because I'm obsessed with Mac 'n cheese. I was a huge fan of this burger. It not only came with a delicious helping of Mac 'n cheese on the burger, the burger itself was drowning in a medium sized pile of this cheesy pasta dish. Yummmm. The crunch of the salt and pepper chips added texture to the burger making it an all around treat. It was perfect post-fuel hike. I also loved the dipping sauce that came with the fries! I could dip so many things in that sauce and it would taste more delicious!!! The beef was cooked to medium-well and I had no complaints. The patty was still nice and juicy! My friends ordered customized burgers which they both enjoyed. Sweet potato fries with their curry ketchup was also delicious!!! Service was decent, the server was very sweet and gave good feedback when asked about certain options on the menu! If you're looking for a good burger, this is your spot!

Excited to try this restaurant. Ordered the elk nachos. This was a pretty big portion! While the elk was fine the disappointment was the gooey American cheese. Awful! 1/3 of the chips had nothing on them. Note to chef: real cheddar cheese....layered.

Pleasantly surprised!! Great beer selection and my husband and I had a hard time deciding. The appetizers were tempting but we settled on two entrees. Lobster Mac n cheese and the elk stew. The elk was very tender almost like beef stew. Both were phenomenal and very filling. Would go back!

Colorado beef with sharp cheddar cheese, 105 sauce and tater tots

Ok, let's start with the fact that there isn't 105 degrees of latitude. I know it, you know it. Moving on. Loved the decor, very warm and Colorado cool. Easy parking situation with a large private lot (for the hotel). I ordered the build your own burger, which was fantastic for my picky eater self. I had a Colorado beef burger with sharp cheddar cheese (only listed on the front of the menu) with tater tots and Latitude 105 sauce. I highly recommend trying the tater tots over the sweet potato fries. Don't think of your typical tater tots...think of mashed potatoes inside with fried hash browns on the outside. I don't know what was in the Latitude 105 sauce but it was amazing. Get it! My mom got a salad (see photo) and was happy until she ate the first layer of lettuce. Everything underneath was rotten! The server immediately comped the salad and apologized. Good recovery, but it just should not have happened. It would also be nice if there were different burger bun options (like a pretzel bun), rather than just gluten free and sesame. Service was a bit slow and our drinks were empty for about 15 minutes before our food was served. Looking around I think the restaurant was just understaffed. Great tables for large groups in the back of the restaurant. We attempted to have breakfast there again during our trip but was only greeted with a to-go menu ... definitely not the s'more pancakes shown in their yelp photos! The only items listed seemed to disappoint so we went elsewhere. Would I return? Yes, but probably for lunch only When: Saturday September 2 Why: Good Yelp reviews, local restaurant

After a bit of holiday pandemic stir crazy in Denver, I decided to get the boys out for some fresh mountain air away from the ski tourists at the resorts. We stayed 3 nights at the Ridgeline Hotel. As the weather was pretty gnarly, we opted to eat at the Latitude 105 each night. We were greeted each night by an angel named Maggie. She made my kids and me feel welcome and served us some hot, delicious food (quickly). The beer selection was great, but they could work on their tequila offerings. We'll be back.

This is NOT true beer cheese, more like milk soup.

I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!
