While staying at the hotel, I visited this restaurant twice. The first time, I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. He makes a great drink! I ordered a side of fries and they were good, hot, and served with a house sauce. The second time, I sat with a group at a table, and order a burger. It was fantastic. They make a yummy burger. It was hefty and I couldn't finish. The restaurant was generally not at capacity but this looked dependent on sports events on tv and visiting hotel guests. The servers/kitchen staff did a nice job of keeping the foods available. The coffee was good, another type of juice offering besides orange would have been nice. I had the privilege of eating here twice during my stay at the Holiday Inn this past weekend (Friday & Saturday evening). It wasn't super busy or anything which was great. The Ambiance in there is pretty cool. Kind of dark lit and had a rustic but yet modern vibe going on. The first night I sat at the bar and the bartender/server James was handling all the drink orders like a boss. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I got a beer while I put in a to-go order to take back to the room to eat. We ordered the Yard Bird sandwich and a basic cheeseburger. Both were FANTASTIC (I would add that the Yard Bird could have used a TAD less arugula but it was easy enough to pick off any excess). The burger was cooked to perfect and tasted amazing. A top 10 burger for me. The second night we dined in. We split a cheese pizza and that was very tasty as well. It had a nice blend of cheese and the crust was nice and crunchy. James and his counterpart (only 2 people working) were crushing it as it was a little busier than Friday night and there were a couple larger parties that showed up as well. They were all over the place taking everyone's drink and food orders without skipping a beat. You would have thought for a weekend there might be 3-4 workers but i'm not aware of their staff situation but you couldn't tell only 2 people were taking care of the Bar and Dining area themselves. Although we ordered them medium they came medium-well. Burgers were also thin; for as much as they charge for these burgers I feel they should be much bigger (1/2 lb vs 1/4 lb). Awesome burgers!!! My friends and I were in the area for a hike and decided to stop by for some grub. This restaurant is connected to a nice hotel! The lobby is well maintained and it appears this hotel hosts quite the athletic visitors! It is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. On to the food. There isn't a large selection of food on the menu which is slightly disappointing. However, I was able to settle on the Mac 'n cheese burger because I'm obsessed with Mac 'n cheese. I was a huge fan of this burger. It not only came with a delicious helping of Mac 'n cheese on the burger, the burger itself was drowning in a medium sized pile of this cheesy pasta dish. Yummmm. The crunch of the salt and pepper chips added texture to the burger making it an all around treat. It was perfect post-fuel hike. I also loved the dipping sauce that came with the fries! I could dip so many things in that sauce and it would taste more delicious!!! The beef was cooked to medium-well and I had no complaints. The patty was still nice and juicy! Being a bit of off season, we went and it was actually really busy, and they were a bit short staffed. So if youre a stickler for time / timing of things, please be patient. The food was absolutely amazing. I got a burger, and my mom got the chicken sandwhich / burger. Fries were amazing, chili was amazing. And the bar tender / server was fantastic as well, she was just very busy. But the food was so good we came back multiple times and ordered the same food. Ok, let's start with the fact that there isn't 105 degrees of latitude. I know it, you know it. Moving on. Loved the decor, very warm and Colorado cool. Easy parking situation with a large private lot (for the hotel). I ordered the build your own burger, which was fantastic for my picky eater self. I had a Colorado beef burger with sharp cheddar cheese (only listed on the front of the menu) with tater tots and Latitude 105 sauce. I highly recommend trying the tater tots over the sweet potato fries. Don't think of your typical tater tots...think of mashed potatoes inside with fried hash browns on the outside. I don't know what was in the Latitude 105 sauce but it was amazing. Get it! My mom got a salad (see photo) and was happy until she ate the first layer of lettuce. Everything underneath was rotten! The server immediately comped the salad and apologized. Good recovery, but it just should not have happened. It would also be nice if there were different burger bun options (like a pretzel bun), rather than just gluten free and sesame. Service was a bit slow and our drinks were empty for about 15 minutes before our food was served. Looking around I think the restaurant was just understaffed. Great tables for large groups in the back of the restaurant. We attempted to have breakfast there again during our trip but was only greeted with a to-go menu ... definitely not the s'more pancakes shown in their yelp photos! After a bit of holiday pandemic stir crazy in Denver, I decided to get the boys out for some fresh mountain air away from the ski tourists at the resorts. We stayed 3 nights at the Ridgeline Hotel. As the weather was pretty gnarly, we opted to eat at the Latitude 105 each night. We were greeted each night by an angel named Maggie. The food here is actually pretty good. I would recommend the Elk Chili. The atmosphere not great. When we arrived there was no one staffing the place and we almost turned around and left. The online photos make it look much better than it is in reality. It is really just a hotel restaurant with little decorations. We visited in the winter. A nice burger joint with some good options including my Woodrow or build your own. The do have veggie burgers if that is your preference. Brianna was our server and she did a wonderful job. The only negative is the restaurant is an extension. It's separated but you see the bar and lobby from most of the seating. The decor throughout is very chic but didn't quite make up for it. Service is great. The venue is very large, with tables, couches, and TVs everywhere. Honestly my only complaint is we had a group of 10 and we had to pull a rounded table over to fit all of us. Kinda segregated 3 ppl in our party. Other than that our server was fantastic, food was exceptional and the Sous Chef came to check on us which I always enjoy. After a long day of respectfully chasing bobcats with my telephoto lens, my wilting skeleton was in much need of nourishment before my nighttime return to the wild. To face the whipping winds at 2 miles above sea level, one needs an elixir of protein, a positive attitude, and the love of a good waitstaff. Scanning the Latitude 105 menu, I landed on the cheeseburger. Not a daring choice, not one people will remember for years to come, but a respectable selection given my limited options in the sleepy Estes winter night. My waitress, who one could describe as a human pearl of good energy, asked if I'd looked at the back of the menu. The back? She may as well have been an angel for asking. If you know me, which you probably don't, you could only imagine my face as I beheld the option of the MAC AND CHEESY burger. Fast-forward to the arrival of said Mac and Cheesy, wow fam, this thing had me tearing up the plate. While the dish didn't exactly bind that well, I resorted to knife and forking the incredible flavors as my concerned waitress probably watched in horror. It was the cheese. Something about the cheese. It just killed, I loved it, and I didn't hold back my enthusiasm. Before I knew it, Latitudes' Chef Katherine had emerged to pick my brain about the dish. I essentially surmised this entire Yelp review right then, spilling my adoration for her creation. She thanked me, and together with the waitress conspired to have me fall prey to dessert, the FRIED SNICKERS. Apparently credit for this dish, which is paired with a scoop of ice cream, goes to a different Latitude culinary artist, Chef Jacob. Together, Chef Jacob and Katherine grabbed my taste buds by the reins and took me for a frickin joy ride that night. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention a fourth character in this Latitude saga, a man who randomly approached my table and asked, "are you here for Geeks Who Drink?" I was absolutely flabbergasted; I do a weekly pub quiz hosted by Geeks Who Drink back in Brooklyn and had no idea of their scope. I'd soon learn Latitude 105 is a weekly spot for Geeks Who Drink trivia as well, a great feature that would have me always coming back (if I lived in dear Estes). My next trip to Estes Park will surely include another stop at this establishment, but for now may this Yelp review serve as a calling card for all other sojourners on their path to Rocky Mountain nirvana. read more

After having a long day you just want to bury your head in food, no matter what it is. Not having the energy of walking out and searching for another place to eat, I just went with it and ordered the "chefs special creation". The special for that day was a ramen burger with meat of your choice stuffed with Kimchi. This came along with a side of paremesan coated truffle fries and pickles. The whole thing was topped up with an egg. Not the kind of burger you can simply pick up in your hands.... As unconventional as it sounds, this was the most amazing burger I may have eaten ever! Came here after a long day of being in the park and this place was just what I wanted - A chill, but nice place to have a bite to eat and a beer. The bartender was nice, accommodating, and she even told me not to rush through my meal or beer even though they were closing soon. I ended up staying a little after they closed to relax and finish my beer and where most places would kick you out at closing, this bartender wanted me to enjoy my beer.
