My favorite game is the boxing game, Thrill of the Fight, which is super realistic - and there's a training gym before you pick your opponent. The training gym has all the equipment you could want - a dummy with weak points indicated, a big, heavy bag, and a bag for agility that's hanging on the ceiling.
