Indian food is my absolute favorite. I spent a month+ in India years ago and fell in love with the cuisine. I've been to multiple Indian restaurants in the region, and most of them serve up memorable meals and dining experiences. MOMI Indian Kitchen ranks way up at the top tier. The space is relatively unassuming, but the FOOD and service are exceptional. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. It felt like I was back in India again! They were so kind and helpful throughout the process of finding the right food items for us and quoting us. They quoted us a reasonable amount and all our guests were so happy! I went there a random workweek day for an early lunch. It's a small, simple, but clean setup with (guessing) something like 12-15 tables. I ordered a samosa and a curry off their vegetarian menu. It was great! I'm not a "foody", I just like Indian curries and often order vegetarian and their chana masala hit the spot with the right amount of spice at "medium". The staff were super friendly. I got the impression my waitress was either the owner or part of the ownership family. She genuinely cared whether I liked the food and if it was a good experience. My new go to Indian place for our family in Mill Creek, for sure! read more

I followed Momi back when it was a cheeseburger and milk tea spot and ran spectacularly by a one woman show. Once she sold her restuarant, the question on a lot of locals mind was will it taste good and stay the same. My friends, like everything in life it evolved into a 5 star indo-Chinese restaurant. I've had the pleasure of talking with the owners here and there and trying their new recipes and rebranding and I can confirm this place has evolved from its predecessor into a new identity and in a league of it's own. The Milk Tea is better than it was; they kept some old recipes but enhanced others with better ingredients. My go to Milk Tea here is the Rose Milk Tea and I stand by it, boba is always warm and chewy. Treat yourself to any spicy noodle, chicken or rice bowl - it's to die for. First off, it's no longer a burger / cheesesteak place. Apparently people still show up expecting that. It's small inside, maybe 8-10 tables? There was only 1 other couple there on a weekday during lunch, and a couple others came in picking up take-out. The food was excellent. 3 choices of spice: Mild, medium, and spicy. "Spicy" was hot by American standards, but probably not by Indian standards. Both of our meals were great, service was great. Portions are very large, though. Next time I think we'll consider splitting an entree. The menu is pretty extensive, and seemed to have a lot of things that I'd never seen / heard of before. read more

We use to eat here when it was the cheesesteak place like many others. We saw the signs change and the online presence switch to Indian kitchen and it was made very clear, it was a new concept. We weren't very familiar with Indian food so I asked the woman at the counter to help with ordering take out for my family. She was very patient and explained the dishes and recommended a few items. The food was amazing, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. I would have never thought to try her suggestions based on my limited exposure to the cuisine and I'm so glad I did. Easily my favorite place for Indian food around Lynwood. My friend and I come here once or twice a month and have never left disappointed. Their paneer masalas, mango chicken, samosas, and saag dishes are our go-tos and all come in great portions. Service is great and they recently redid the space a bit which looks great! read more

The food was awful. Got take out, and when I opened the container for the veggie pakora, it was obvious it had been cooked hours in advance, and was dry and hard, so we threw it in the garbage. The naan was clearly purchased elsewhere, and was cold and limp, so that got thrown out. The butter chicken had almost no chicken in it, and the veg korma was a squishy mess. The rice was fine. Sad to see how this place has gone down hill after they rebranded a few months ago. Won't be back. read more

We wanted Indian and we got it at MOMI Kitchen! Family-owned, very tasty, affordable, casual lunch vibe on our first visit. The lady owner was super sweet. The butter naan was soft/chewy on the inside with a nice thin toasted crunchy outside. The malai kofta was creamy and nutty and the dumpings in the dish had very good flavor and texture. The portion of rice was just right. The location is great - easy to get to and close to many places I already go. On a summer day, their frozen watermelon juice would be amazing. You might miss this gem if you didn't know it was there. I thought it was still the burger joint that used to inhabit that space until someone recommended it. The samoas were giant and delicious as was the garlic naan. The sauces were spot on. My veg korma was excellent and my husbands lamb curry was perfect. The menu is impressive for such a small restaurant. Very vegetarian friendly. I loved how the the menu was separated "Veg" " Non Veg". The atmosphere was homey and laid back. The owners warm and friendly. The whole experience was a delight. Will be making this a regular dine out option for the foreseeable future. I loved everything about it. Momi's has replaced their burgers with indian food, and while I loved the burgers, I must say the indian food is so much better and very affordable for how big the servings are. If you are new to indian food, the family that owns the restraunt is very good at describing the different dishes and reccomending something that is to your liking. The restraunt still has the same owner and I can tell they are much more passionate about making indian food and sharing their culture, you can get a burger anywhere but food this delicious is hard to find in this area for an affordable price. I highly reccomend the pashwarti naan, I had it for the first time at this restraunt and I will definitley be coming back for more. read more

Coming in wasn't planning to order something that has goat meat, every time I eat at an Indian restaurants and order goat meat, it's always a disappointment, there's not a lot of meat but mostly bones but not here! plenty of meat and good portion too for a reasonable price!
