Good Paneer momo dumplings. Orders are made once you place an order but worth the wait. Will be back again to try their chowmein.

It was a quesadilla, beautifully crisped and not too spicy. The duck rillettes gave the sandwich a really rich taste. The Cubano was delicious too. Very melty and flavorful. Love the ham they used! The duck fat fries were yummy, super crisp and salty. One order was enough to share. I found the lime coleslaw to be a pleasant surprise. I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, but this was great.

I ordered the chorizo tortilla (basically a quesadilla), while my wife ordered General Tso's chicken sandwich. I'd get the chorizo again in a minute. The sausage, cooked a bit crispy, with the tender shredded duck made a great combination, perfectly complemented by goat cheese. I ordered the lime coleslaw on the side, expecting the strong citrus taste that similar items elsewhere usually have, and which is fine with me, but the lime in TOB's was very mild, blending well with the cream sauce that very lightly dressed the slaw. Good portion of that slaw too. My wife said her chicken sandwich tasted good, though the bottom bun was sopped with juice and stuck to the bottom of the plate. That was really the only off note of our meals. Looking forward to seeing them again and sampling more of the menu.

During the email conversations we discussed the menu, timing and fees. We did feel as though he wasn't really wanting to do it, as we were having a small party and looking to do just the minimums that he has set for catering. He even gave us a catering menu with prices, but when we got his final tally about 12 days prior to our event, the prices were higher and he said he must have sent us the old menu. We adjusted for that, and let him know we were sending a check, as that is one of two ways to put in the deposit per his contract. After following up 4 days later to ensure he got the check and all is good, he did not respond. Four days prior to our event, he emailed us and said he didn't get the check and sorry but they could not do the event. Good luck. That left us scrambling for an alternative. The owner doesn't seem to care about servicing us and after reading reviews, it filters down to his employees. He could have just called and said to hold the spot just give me a CC deposit. Pretty easy, but I speculate that he wanted to book a higher priced event. Follow up phone call and emails went unanswered as of this review.

Went to dinner with some friends and decided to check this place out…read more AMBIANCE: definitely a casual place. place your order at the counter, and there are a dozen or so tables and booths where you can sit with your party. they have a number of pinball machines which adds to the "vibe" of the place. If I were in my teens again, I could see myself hanging out here quite a bit. SERVICE: the people working the counter were very friendly, and very busy as there were a lot of to go orders. Didn't have a lot of questions, though they did make recommendations that we found to be helpful. MENU: tacos, burritos and burgers oh my! You can also build bowls - choose your meat, toppings and away you go. They also have nachos and loaded fries which I am a big fan of. They only have one burger, and it is a smash burger, along with a chicken sandwich (both regular and spicy) FOOD: my wife went with a carne asada taco, while I opted for the smash burger. We also went with the carne asada loaded fries. Drinks are by the bottle, and nothing to outrageous to choose from, so we went with iced tea. the Carne asada on both the tacos and fries almost looked like ground beef, but upon close inspection, realized it was just chopped a bit finer than we were used to. The smash burger had a "big mac" flavor profile to it, and was tasty. The carne asada fries were good, and were more than enough for my wife and I. OVERALL: not a bad spot for casual meal with some friends. If I wanted burgers or a taco specifically, I may go somewhere else, but if you are with people that want both options, check this place out. CELEBRITY RATING: Carlos Mencia

There is also a wall of pinball games. As far as dining room seating goes, there are three booths that seat four, two tables for four, a table for eight, and a long bench that seems to serve no purpose. Upon entry, there's an off-putting musty smell, but the tables, chairs, and floor are clean. The woman who took our order was pleasant and friendly and stayed busy cleaning in between customers. When my husband asked for a cup of water for our dine-in order, she said they only have bottled water. That is tacky in my opinion. Then, when he bit into his grilled chicken burrito, the ingredients were lukewarm at best and did not melt the shredded cheese. The sliders I ordered were charred and dry, and I would not order them again. If this had been our first visit I would have given two stars, but the previous two visits were more favorable. It is my hope that you have a better experience at Ruckus.

But the reality is, this place is busy because the food is really good AND there is a significant amount of prep. Yes, they don't answer their phone sometimes. Yes, it can take a while to get your food. But I suspect this is because they are already so backed up with orders they can't be sure they will even get to you. Quite an accomplishment, but not a good one! I tried some shrimp from my gf's entree and that was a lot better. The noodles were okay. They just used linguine noodles rather than Asian lo mein noodles, but flavor was decent. In my opinion, the chicken fried rice was the best part - it was hibachi style fried rice with butter in it, like you'd get at Benihana. It was flavorful and delicious! I probably would've given this a 4 if I had the shrimp, but I'm glad I know that the beef should be avoided. While I wouldn't be opposed to eating here again, I don't think I'd actively seek it out.
