Recently I was introduced to ramen, I know I know what have I been doing with myself. My boyfriend surprised me recently although he isn't a big eater of ramen. He got me vegan dumpling and regular soup dumpling along with ramen, . The dumpling were to die for and the ramen just help the pork egg soup and dumpling flavors all come together . The broth was exactly what I needed after having a few drinks to warm me up on cold winter day. Definitely recommend this spot. Honestly the best ramen I've had in the area. The spicy kotatsu was great! Prices are more then fair and there was nothing wrong with my order. The place isn't that nice looking (maybe not a first date locale), but if you want a solid ramen I highly recommend it. Much much worse than the other ramen place near it. You know what it is. Broth is not from real material. Can only fool me once.

i came here for lunch on a monday. not very busy at noon, its a small place with just a few tables but not uncomfortably so. i had what i assume was the house ramen (momo ramen, $14) and my friend had the tonkatsu ramen ($13). they were both listed as spicy, and both came with chili paste but really the spiciness was just mild, even moreso in the tonkatsu ramen. food came quickly and in good portions. the broth in both bowls wasnt as flavorful as ive had at other ramen places, the tonkatsu broth was super mild and the miso broth in the momo ramen was only marginally better. ive also had much better seasoned eggs at other places. overall, okay experience, not great though. read more

My bf and I came on a Sunday night and it was empty at first but it wasn't long until most of the tables were filled. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. It was not noisy at all. We ordered wonton with spicy oil, it taste good but it was a bit on the salty side. I ordered the momo ramen and my boyfriend ordered D5. The soup base was very flavorful and the portion size is worth $13. The only thing I didn't like was the soup dumplings that cake with the momo ramen. I've been to momo several times now and they don't hit it out of the park every time but they don't really disappointed either. My first experience was great because it was new and offered a lot of options including non Japanese broths or flavors for a ramen shop. I believe it's Tibetan run so they have a good source of vegetarian options as well. Their broths are flavorful but not as bold as a bowl of Tokyo's finest. What they lack in umami they make up for in portions and freshness. I want to say their soup dumplings are made in house cause they are larger than your store bought frozen options. Full of hot soup and good portions of meats within so a bit of chili oil to go with it made it very enjoyable. Their special items rotate I believe and their Tibetan items are definitely unique. A different palette of flavors I appreciated but may be an acquired taste. I still highly recommend for a good meal especially on a cold day or with a group of good peoples. The ambience is great with only 10 tables give or take and low volume music that anyone can appreciate. Great for dates too. Will go back for sure. Enjoy! read more

Normally food is decent but today I had a bad experience. They were out of soup dumplings and out of wonton soup. They substituted my wonton soup for pork buns and plain broth, but charged me $3 extra for the broth. I should've just cancelled my ordered instead of agreeing to the substitute. The beef Momo were very dry and gross tasting. The only thing really edible was the crab rangoon. Won't be ordering again. read more
