Food was excellent, super quick service since it was only open for another half hours. Biscuits and graves were yummy

Great Chico breakfast spot! I have never had a bad dish here. The food is fresh and tasty. Very open and clean dining room, with seating available also. Our server was quick with our coffee and made sure our cups stayed hot. I had the Bacon Benedict w/ bacon Hollandaise which was delicious! My wife had the Bacon & Eggs, and the eggs were perfect! Excellent place for families and large breakfast, lunch or brunch.

Service, location and ambiance all great! Food is what you would expect from a diner.

    Corned Beef Hash

The food here is SO good. We've been twice now. The first time we got the Corned Beef Hash and the Farmers Breakfast. Both were delicious and I made two meals out of the Hash. The second time we had the pancakes and the Green Eggs and Ham Benedict. We made two meals out of each of them, and the Benedict was one of the best I've ever had. The only problem we had was, that our waiter never came back to check on us either time. We ran out of our beverages and really had a hard time getting his attention to have him come back to the table both times. Be aware that it's downtown, and you must pay for parking.

There was a little bit of a wait due to graduation but it was worth it. The interior is adorable and the staff is helpful and friendly. We all ordered the corned beef with the breakfast potatoes and eggs. It was delicious! We are happy we gave Mom's a try.

Finally got into this very busy restaurant on a weekend no less. The places is pretty big, nice decor and they have an amazingly large and friendly staff on hand. We really like how the menu is incorporated into the table, convenient and clean. This is a breakfast and lunch only place, in case you didn't know. I ordered a Bloody Mary, wife had a peach cocktail. Excellent mixologist. Wife had the Eggs Ranchero's sans the cheese and I had the Chicken and Waffle plate. A nice spin on the Ranchero with a winner sauce. I don't think I've had better fried chicken. Fall off the bone goodness. A light and tasty waffle made this a perfect meal. The college crowd, large groups, young people made it a pleasant and interesting dine. Certainly worth a try but I think the secrets out. Guy walking out the door, rubbing his belly, shouts out,"order the chicken fried steak ", Ha.

This was our first time here! We read about Mom's but we were never able to make it out. We were pleased to be able to come to this establishment for the first time with my parents and we were not disappointed. The check-in was easy, and everyone was friendly from there on out. Stepping into the restaurant was amazing! It felt like we were in someone's preserved hall of memories, but for moms! We were seated fairly quickly with a wonderful view of the whole restaurant. The service was quick, helpful and worked with our dietary restrictions. While we waited on our order, we took a moment to walk around and take everything in. Our drinks were amazing - hot, flavorful, and deserved more sips to savor the flavor. The food was off the chain. I had the healthy nut omelet and that was the BEST use of garlic in an omelet I have ever had anywhere. The potatoes tasted great although a little salty for my own taste, and the french toast was fluffy, and tasty. We were happy to be able to come in, and we may have a new favorite spot for us to bring our family and friends to. Kudos to the chefs, the waiters, and the whole staff. We will be back!

Look around and feel the love.

Pros: great menu, great options and has alternatives to milk. Great coffee and the food was delicious. I feel for the pumpkin spice filled pancakes and they SLAPPED! The fill was a cream cheese pumpkin mixture. Big portions! Fun ambiance across from the Bear. Cons: parking can suck. Be sure to pay whatever parking meter you use just in case. Service is sometimes slow. Bottom line: Will definitely return.

Don't understand the popularity of this place. Food was ok but spent $70 on breakfast for 3 people. That's insane.

Our server was prompt, polite, and friendly, which we appreciated. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated with lots of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd describe it as "Chico nice" -- casual and trendy, but not fine dining or especially refined service. The food was okay to good, but nothing memorable. We ordered the avocado toast, chicken sandwich, a beer, and a sweet drink, and the total came to about $72. Everything was perfectly fine, just not the kind of food or experience that would make me want to return, especially for a birthday celebration. Overall, it's a decent spot for a casual lunch, but it didn't feel particularly special for the price.

So what I did the next game I told myself I'm definitely stopping there. Once inside it's super nice and very spacious. They have a beautiful restroom it's all pink with a huge wall art you could tell they payed attention to detail. Even the bathroom ceilings have wall art on the ceilings. There's a little section on the way to the bathroom that has this beautiful tree with lights when I looked close enough there was a little monkey hanging on one of the tree branch . Then they have the other area once you first come in that it's near the bar overlooking the outside with the big windows . I scoured the menu and was excited to find so many hash choices. I was moved by the Irish Burrito, but ordered Linda's omelette; while my daughter went with the eggs Benedict. In a town that takes its breakfast seriously, and where I've probably worked my way through more menus and reviews than I should admit, this one quietly climbed right to the top of my list. My omelette was exactly what you want when you order one. Fluffy without being dry, full of flavor without trying too hard, and cooked like someone in the kitchen actually cares about eggs. The ingredients were balanced and fresh, not just thrown together as filler. The hollandaise sauce was original, I couldn't find a lemon, cheese or any other overwhelming base, it stood out. The hash was perfect. My daughter's eggs Benedict looked like a postcard version of what that dish should be. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise that didn't feel heavy, and ham that actually tasted like ham instead of just salt delivery. One of those plates where you steal a bite "just to try it" and immediately understand the decision. The real surprise for me was the potato pancake I picked instead of the usual hashbrowns. Light, airy inside, crispy outside, and seasoned just right. Honestly one of the better breakfast potatoes I've had anywhere. If potatoes had a hall of fame, this one would at least get a nomination. The place itself has a warm, comfortable feel. Wood tones, rooster themes everywhere, a relaxed local energy where people look like regulars and first-timers feel welcome anyway. Service was friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. In a city full of strong breakfast spots, this might actually be my current favorite. That's not something I say lightly.
