    Chilli Garlic Noodles

Moneybags Dumplings is *exactly* the type of restaurant we need in Buffalo. Moneybags began as a pop-up during local festivals and events, but they finally opened a brick and mortar location and I couldn't have been more excited to give it a try. Their menu is smaller, but every offering is unique and much different from the standard food you'd find in this area. I ordered the sesame chicken dumplings and chili garlicnoodles and was blown away by both. I got takeout, and everything was still hot when I received it, which is a plus. The noodles were delicious, I've never had wide-cut noodles before and they were so flavorful. Spicy too! The dumplings were fried perfectly and so tasty, the sauce they came with accompanied them perfectly. If you're in the area, I implore you to stop by Moneybags Dumplings. The owner is passionate about what she does and you can taste that passion in every bite of her delicious food. There's nothing like it!

Cute spot, I got a mixture of dumplings to go. They're super adorable aesthetically and I love that they have tons of vegetarian options!

A pleasant surprise at the waterfront. Fresh, homemade dumplings. I tried the cabbage dumplings and thought they were very good.

Who doesn't like dumplings? It's fun food with endless possibilities. Eating delicious Moneybag Dumplings not only satisfies your needs for a crunchy snack, it also has a different, auspicious meaning. "These little pockets of goodness may just be the world's most perfect food... It's pleated all the way around and then you bring it up and pinch it at the top, and it looks like a money bag or purse, symbolic of wealth and abundance". It's a traditional food consumed during Lunar New Year. I tasted three kinds of their dumplings and I think the vegan mushroom had the most unique flavor. I really liked the bold, earthy taste. They use shiitake mushrooms which are extremely beneficial for your health. Sesame chicken and Buffalo chicken were also very good, moist and full of flavor. Moneybag Dumplings provide good information about their actual schedule. Check popular social media to catch up with them to get tasty treats. It's a pop-up kind of business, so you can find them in a few places around the town. They offer not only freshly fried dumplings on the side, but also frozen for your convenience.

I really like dumplings so when we had the opportunity to try the Moneybags Dumplings I was happy. They're a pop up business set up at different events and farm markets. We tried them when they were at the Kenmore Farm Market. They were so good that we ordered a dozen to split for lunch. The 3 samples we received were served in a tiny take out container and the dozen in the same style but larger size. All come with a small chop stick for getting these dumpling delights out of the container. We tried all 3 kinds, sesame chicken, Buffalo chicken and cheese, and vegan mushroom. Both their chicken dumplings look the same so they added a red dot (food coloring?) To the Buffalo style to tell them apart. Brilliant idea! Follow them on Facebook and Instagram to see where they'll be next. I certainly will.

Jali Carroll is such a sweetheart! I was supposed to meet her and try a sample of her dumplings at the Hamburg Farmer's Market yesterday, but due to a family emergency, I met her at the Kenmore Farmer's Market instead. She offers three flavors of dumplings for takeaway (or frozen, to make later): sesame chicken, buffalo chicken & cheese, and vegan mushroom. I tried all 3 flavors and purchased the sesame chicken & vegan mushroom frozen, to have in my air fryer, but the Buffalo Chicken & Cheese dumplings were surprisingly good! I'm really looking forward to the Yelp Elite virtual event tomorrow evening!

" I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay Ain't it sad And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me That's too bad In my dreams I have a plan If I got me a wealthy man I wouldn't have to work at all, I'd fool around and have lots of dumplings....." Moneybag Dumplings recently came up on my radar so I grabbed a fellow Yelper and we tracked them down. Moneybags is a pop up dumpling shop, in order to find out where they will be next be sure to follow them on Facebook and Insta. During my visit, which was later during the farm market they were at they were offering three varieties. One was sesame chicken, one was Buffalo chicken and the last was vegan mushroom. Unfortunately by the time we were there the sesame chicken was sold out however we tried the vegan mushroom and the Buffalo chicken. The dumplings are bite size and served fried, freshly fried on location. The dumpling shell is crisp and the filling is moist and very tasty. I just wish they served a dipping sauce on the side.

The most amazing dumplings ever I would call Moneybags a real no frills type of dumpling spot. Very simple at their core, but sooooo amazing. The owner is the sweetest person ever and somehow it feels like your visit to moneybags is very much personalized. There are a lot of vegan options on the menu for classic dumpling flavors as well as some new school style flavors (taco, buffalo chicken flavor).

I've been waiting to try these dumplings! Caught them at the Kenmore farmers market today.. they were super friendly and let me mix & match the different kinds. The dumplings were crispy and yummy, will definitely be back for more.

I bought these dumplings from their food truck at a craft fair in Larkin square and they did not disappoint. I got a variety of 6 that they were offering for the day and each one was packed with flavor and the chili sauce was ESSENTIAL. I can't speak to their physical restaurant but the people working the truck were very nice and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Omg love these dumplings they are my son's favorite when we go to the farmers market in Hamburg. We are so happy they came back all the flavors are delicious but my son's favorite flavor is the sesame chicken. I love the buffalo chicken but we always get some to eat while we are walking around and some frozen to make later in the week before we can get more the next week lol they never disappoint plus the people who work at the booth are amazing seriously the best, so overall we live them!!!

We got a bunch of stuff and everything was delicious. Literally the best beef lo mein I've had since I moved here six years ago. I've been just settling with it at other places so this was an exciting discovery! We also ordered sesame shrimp. It wasn't like other sesame dishes we've gotten. It was a pink sauce that was similar to sweet and sour, but it was very good and the shrimp were large and plump and cooked perfectly. We tried their fried dough just on a whim and it's like nothing I've had before... it's a nice little add on for $3.50. They have American Chinese and also authentic dishes, which is fun. Prices are in line with other Chinese food restaurants and portions are pretty generous. We'll definitely be back...like, hopefully very soon!

I highly recommend Crystal Asian for great Chinese food!

I'd been wanting to eat there for quite a while, but I don't get out that way very often. I was rewarded for choosing the Tonawanda DMV over downtown. The food I had was very good, beautifully presented. The manager was friendly and helpful. I will most definitely eat here again. There were two other tables occupied during my visit, but several people came in and ordered take out, and some were picking up online orders. One of the booths had a young couple, unseen until my way out. The sides of the booths are quite high, affording privacy, yet open on top for an airy atmosphere. In addition to central tables, there are tables opposite the booths. And a single large table with chairs near the counter, where people who come in and order to-go can wait. The wait is not long. From my ordering to being served was maybe 12 to 15 minutes. The menu is varied and extensive enough, which struck me as a pleasant relief from the often overwhelming pages and pages of Chinese restaurant menus. I think C Bao and Dumplings has all of what anyone might be craving, including Pad Thai. Clean, bright, airy, relaxing place to dine for lunch or supper. Enjoy!

First impression, it's an older restaurant, the interior is nothing fancy, but older, which might give the wrong impression but I'm not one to quickly judge until I get my food. So after we sat down, we were given the menu. All Chinese restaurants have a big menu with countless options to choose from, but Gin Gin has by far the largest menu I've ever seen, adding onto the dishes not on the actual menu but posted on the walls. The cool thing is that they serve not just your typical American Chinese food but also some authentic Chinese dishes. So it took me quite some time to decide what to order. I even had to ask the boss for recommendations. She recommended me the Curry Chicken (Chop). Which was unlike the Curry Chicken my family's restaurant used to make or any other restaurant I've been to. The use bone in chicken wing pieces instead of the typical chicken breast/thigh meat. While I do prefer it the typical way, I was down to try something new. The Egg Drop Soup was also great, and it came with a side of Crispy Noodles, which you can add into the soup. But I like dipping it in duck sauce like chips and salsa. The Egg Drop Soup was very flavorful and I believe they use chicken broth/stock instead of just water, which means higher quality! The Beef w Garlic Sauce is something I always love to get when I go to Chinese restaurants, and they made it beautifully. It was full of flavor and better than most Beef w Garlic Sauce I've had. The portions were also great! We left all full and satisfied. Will definitely be back to try other stuff next time!
