Tonight I ordered only an hour before they closed. I order and pay online because they are only doing curbside like pickup. I got General Tso chicken combo which comes with fried rice and a shrimp egg roll. It wasn't too spicy tonight and not as much sauce but it tasted good. I had also requested vegetable fried rice because their special has pork which I don't like in fried rice. They gave me the special. They seldom make mistakes like that so I figured it was due to the late hour. The food is always ready fast too. Only took 15 minutes or so. They also give the fortune cookies and soy sauce I wanted. It's always a good meal but tonight just less spicy and the rice mistake which is why they didn't get a 5. Since Covid you park and call them. It the order is ready they come and sit it on the table they have outside their locked door. Then we go and pick up our order. No contact! They have it all worked out. read more

Very disappointed. I had high hopes especially since there are not that many Asian restaurants around. The location is convenient right in the village of Victor. Small parking area. The food did not meet up to expectations. The sesame chicken pieces were very small with a heavy coating, and were also tough to chew. It reminded me of when you microwave chicken. One meal had very little sauce, bland, and lots of fillers like celery. The other meal was swimming in sauce, very sweet, and high in sodium. We only live 5 minutes away, the meals were not warm when we got home. I will try one more time and hope I can write a better review. read more

Solid Asian restaurant quick lunch. I ordered my go to chicken with garlic sauce. The portions were generous and the meat and veggies were fresh and tasty. The garlic sauce was a little mild for my taste but I am more partial to spicy food than most so that's probably just me. Good egg roll too. My only suggestion for dine in (and this is very nitpicky) would be to upgrade the plastic utensils to steel... Or at least less flimsy plastic. The chunks of meat and vegetables were pretty big and cutting them down with a tiny, flexible fork and knife was challenging... Hardly a real problem but definitely a little chance to make lunch just a little easier on the patrons.... But that would just encourage me to get take out instead and provide my own silverware. Their food was delicious! The chicken was so yummy and the sticky rice so delicious! Their service was amazing! She was so attentive and gave us plenty of time to order and i didn't feel rushed at all! We dined in when we ate and she was so sweet, brought the food to our table and gave us forks and napkins even though they were easily accessible to us to grab. When we were done eating there wasn't a trashcan anywhere but she offered to take our trash for us and she was so delightful! 10/10 do recommend. The only possible negative was the 10 dollar minimum for cards, i was thirsty mid sesame chicken but didn't want to buy 10 dollars worth of something, otherwise amazing !! read more

This was our first time trying Panda here in Victor. We ordered 3 things: Crab Rangoon Hot & Sour Soup Two Taste Chicken & Shrimp The crab rangoon was far chewier than cripsy or tender so that wasn't a hit. Tasted fine was just tough. I'm kind of a Hot & Sour soup nut and this was one of the best I've ever had. Very spicy, full of chunks of veggies and meat and just the right slightly thickened consistency. The Two Taste was great. A cornucopia of broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts and both large shrimp and perfect bite sized cuts of chicken breast all in a moderately spicy sauce. And the to-go container was completely full, a lot of food. I imagine the crab rangoon was luck of the draw (these were either fried a few minutes before we got them or maybe the oil temp wasn't ideal) but overall the flavor and quality of everything exceeded my expectations and the high spice level was an unexpected delight. read more

WOW, what a disappointment! We had two dishes and we asked that both be extra spicy, however, both dishes tasted exactly the same and both were just really really bland. Hardly any pork in a large pork fried rice and the beef on a stick is half the size of an order from someplace else earlier... and panda Asian is extremely!!! salty. Panda was unwilling to give additional customer service, remake food or issue a credit and for that reason I highly suggest not ordering these 2 items. All I can say is YUM! We ordered the sesame chicken combo plate (small) which came with some type of fried rice and pork egg roll. We also ordered the chicken and broccoli (small) with a shrimp egg roll and crab rangoons. The whole meal was made to order with fresh vegetables that were crunchy and done just right. The place was very clean and tidy. It was a very casual atmosphere and still pleasant. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I could even say under priced. If we lived anywhere nearby, we'd be regulars. read more

Family and I just moved in Victor area . Had high expectations of having good Chinese food nearby. Reading some of the reviews we decided to give it a shot. Read good reviews on their garlic sauce. Every new Chinese place in my theory is if their garlic sauce is good , everything is probably good. Ordered chicken with garlic sauce. Lacking flavor , tasted bland. Sauce looked more clear and " watery ". Good garlic sauce would be darker and thick imo. Noodles in shrimp lo mein seemed water down and a little salty. I understand you have to soak the noodles usually but once again lacked any sort of flavor except salt. B-B-Q spare ribs over sauced and too sweet. Mediocre food at best. Did I really get beat by Orochimaru? I was hoping to be the first to review this place, but I guess i will just enjoy being the first loser. This place is definitely decent. We ordered chicken lo mein, chicken curry, dragon and phoenix, and the crab rangoon. All of the dishes were excellent. The curry sauce was done to perfection. I was kind of taken back from the tricycle in the sink. I must admit I was questioning the meat at first......what happened to the kid that was riding that tricycle? Pleasantly surprised is all I can say! As a back story, my husband and I are originally from California and he's Chinese. So we know good Chinese cuisine to say the least. While in California, I always preferred cooking Asian food over anything else since it's fast, easy and healthy. Since living here, I've been sticking to my roots in American food since the Asian stores here are horrible and I can't find good ingredients. I do all the cooking in the house and today I was working on my business more than usual. So my husband asked me why don't I just order some delivery since I'm working so hard. I agreed but dreaded the bland-tasting "Italian" food that's offered here. People don't Yelp much here so I went to Google. I somehow came onto Foodler and found myself at this restaurant. My husband said "Eww no way, can you imagine how bad the Asian food is here if the pizza is this bad?" But I was already looking at the menu and said tough luck, I am so sick of Italian-American food. lol So we chose $30 worth so we could get the free soda and eggroll. The food arrived earlier than expected, stuffed full. Pulling out all the stuff, I was surprised because I didn't recall ordering that much. Then I saw it came with white rice and regretted making my own in the rice cooker. :P You also receive free fried chip-looking things. I'm not sure what they're called, it's not something I've seen before. And of course fortune cookies. The food was surprisingly good and authentic-tasting. Sweet & sour pork- I compared it to like a pork chicken nugget. lol Comes with the sweet & sour sauce in a separate holder and you can dip it as you please. Pork chow mein- So we ordered pork chow mein but they gave us pork chop suey instead, so we were pretty bummed but it tasted good. Hot & sour soup- I'm biased towards Viet style of this soup and don't enjoy the Chinese as much. but my husband liked it just fine too. Eggroll- Can't go wrong with an eggroll. Fried rice on the side- Great, had that smokey flavor that good fried rice has. My husband said "they know how to work a wok!" DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this Chinese take out place simply b/c it's on my way home. I ordered fried rice w/o onion and a soup for a quick lunch. Guess what, the very first thing I saw when I open my fried rice is ONION and the fried rice has no flavor what so ever. I think someone forgot to put salt or soysauce.
