They were able to fix our heater problem when our prior HVAC guy could not. And they fixed the problem with less costs than what we paid our other/prior HVAC guy. Further, because our prior HVAC technician could not fix our heater problem after 3 visits, we were recommended to replace the whole HVAC unit and the ducks. However, when Lindsey's came, they told us that we would not need to replace our HVAC system or the ducks because, after much investigation, they found that it was just a roller switch that needed to be replace and all they needed to do was to try and find that brand of switch then we should be ok. And they did it! Not only are they very experienced with the various types of heaters and AC systems, most importantly of all, this is a vey honest company! Because we had to wait for the switch and while waiting the temperature got cold, Christine made sure that we got a discount for their visits. Also, when our heater had another problem again, they were very patient and they came back right away to check what was wrong. This is a honest and professional company. They are very experienced and most importantly, they won't over-charge you! Their prices for the quality work they do are very reasonable and fair.
