My insurance company sent them several letters but I continue to receive monthly statements. I then receive a threat to send me to collections. I am mortified. I called and no one will send me a link to pay for my outstanding balance. My husband advised me just to pay the $100 bill as this is causing me a tremendous amount of stress. I did not want to do so based on principle but I guess they win. I have heart issues is why I am a patient and this is definitely NOT helping. Seriously sad.

I scheduled an appoint to see Dr. Gerber on Wednesday June 20-18 (unfortunately this was his soonest opening). About 20 minutes after arriving I was told that Dr. Gerber was 1 to 1-1/2 hours behind. I had another appointment which could not be canceled. His PA, Tyler didn't know my history, which did not instill a sense of credibility. When I saw Dr. Gerber in the hall upon leaving I expressed my frustration to him and he said, "you are lucky you saw the PA". What arrogance, audacity and lack of care as a doctor ! I have lost all confidence in Dr. Gerber and those associated with his practice. I waited three months post surgery and was treated very unprofessionally. When I asked to see Dr. Gerber in the next couple of weeks I was told it would be another three months before he had an opening. This is unacceptable, and very inconsiderate. It is obvious that Dr. Gerber is not invested in his patients and their care.

I later learned that I had NEVER suffered a heart attack and subsequent tests proved it. Despite knowing that I had experienced no symptoms, was leading an extremely active life (riding a bike 100 miles a week, including up some 12% grades) and I expressed to them that the diagnosis did not make sense, they told me that there was no need to try to figure out when it occurred and that I needed to move forward. I learned that large shadows on their Echocardiogram were misinterpreted as massive heart damage. The second look by another cardiologist was what enabled me to really move forward. Please, get a second opinion.

Dr. Grogan put in a pacemaker in my husband and he is having problems with the pacemaker not working properly and we cannot get an appointment with the doctor for four months. He keeps sending us to a nurse and telling us that if we have problems we can go to the hospital. The hospital did not put in the pacemaker he did, and we would like to talk to him and ask him questions about why things are going wrong. This doesn't seem like something that should wait four months until we get into see him. I gave him zero stars also also.

I should have believed the other bad reviews on this website. Just a terrible doctor. I went in…read morelast minute because I needed an appointment with a primary care doctor and she had a last minute opening (no wonder). There was absolutely no other patients in her office the whole time I was there. Just her nurse. Dr. Park is judgmental and confrontational. She's anti-alcohol (even moderate wine consumption) and anti caffeine. She has a holier than thou attitude. She's also very old-school, traditional. Doesn't sound like she stays up to date on the latest medical research. You couldn't pay me to keep seeing this doctor. She was overbearing and so I told her at the end of the visit that I did not want her as a doctor and that I didn't want her communicating with my other doctors. The next day my other doctor contacted me and let me know she contacted him after I told her not to. He agrees we need a different doctor too. I don't think Dr. Park understands patient privacy rights.
