    Moo Moo's Milk Tea
    Albert T.

Located in a plaza with a large grocery store, we decided to stop by for a treat after braving the pre-Easter crowds at Vince & Joe's. The shop was empty save for two other customers, a well-received respite. The interior is bright and inviting, with cow spots painted on the walls and plenty of seating. There's a shelf full of games for those who want to hang out in the shop a bit. Moo Moo is more of a Western-style boba shop, where mainly syrups and powders are used to flavor the drinks. In addition to drinks, the store sells food, including Korean-style corn dogs, bubble waffles, chicken and rice, and other treats. I'm not sure how common it is for people to get food here, but there's always the option. As with a first visit to any boba shop, we got the store's signature milk tea. Moo Moo's Milk Tea, 50% Sugar w/ Boba ($6.50) - The menu claims this is a green tea mixed with flavored powder and milk. I have to say that this tasted more like a black tea than green, but the tea taste is a bit covered by other flavors. The drink has a milky creaminess to it and the taste is quite interesting. It's almost like a spiced tea, not quite the flavors of a Chai, but somewhat resembling it with some subtle warming notes. If there is any tea or flavoring powder used, I couldn't tell since it was mixed quite thoroughly and the drink didn't have any grainy or foamy bits. The drink is cooled down with standard cubed ice. The boba at Moo Moo is pretty good with a decent consistency and kind of a unique texture. The exterior is a bit sticky and sloughs off a little as you run them past your teeth. Some of the boba sticks together, creating clusters, which is a bit unfortunate. The entire bubble other than the thin exterior layer is uniformly chewy instead of the standard chewier exterior and firmer interior. Overall the taste of the drink and the feel of the boba heavily resembles ViVi Bubble Tea. In fact, I'm wondering if they share the same owner, or perhaps a barista that worked there opened up Moo Moo. The drinks at Moo Moo come in very wide rimmed 24oz cups that don't fit in a standard vehicle cupholder - just be aware of that if you purchase a drink. This is only the 3rd or 4th time I've seen this type of cup used at a boba shop. Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for men, one for women in a pretty long and twisty hallway in the back. I was expecting the boba at Moo Moo Bubble Tea House to be much worse, but was pleasantly surprised in the end. I consider it one of the better boba options in the area.

This place is super cute with the cow design! I happened to stumble upon this place and really enjoyed the mango milk tea I ordered. It was super tasty and a great balance of ice and tea

I've been here a couple of times the staff is always fast and friendly. The drinks and food are so good. The whole atmosphere is nice. Definitely should give a try!

How much are the Large bubble teas?

Thank you for asking a question! One of our drinks cost around $5.50 for most of our drinks, but some cost a little more depending on the drink specifically. If you are just looking for a milk tea with boba added additionally then it would be around…

The display of yummy pastries immediately caught my eye yet the lack of listed prices threw me off. I can attest the mango cheesecake was delicious. As for drinks, we tried the strawberry matcha and the new Dubai chocolate latte! Both drinks were sweet, rich, and delicious! Mezaj Coffee is a wonderful place to catch up with a friend, work, or just enjoy a beautiful drink in a relaxing environment. I'm already looking forward to going back to try more.

In all fairness, I'm probably not the target market here - they have a huge drink menu with lots of different syrups and flavorings but I'm more of a no frills coffee person. The first time I got a plain latte and it was just ok, so this time I tried one of their specialties - the Mont Cloud. I assumed it would be mostly coffee and some cream but I guess it was a cloudy day because it was mostly cream (and ice) for $7. I also decided to try the basbusa because I've never had it before, but again ended not being up my alley since it's syrup-soaked. Oh well. The inside is decorated really cute and there's lots of different kinds of seating. They also have an outdoor patio area. Free parking since this coffee shop is located in a little strip mall. 3.5 stars overall.
