Moochee is an exclusive mochi donut shop that took over Ambrosia. The owner was kind and welcoming and gave us his recommendations. They have 6 flavors of donuts to choose from. The milky orange and blueberry cheesecake is a must try. You get a slightly better deal for buying a dozen. Prices are reasonable and the donuts have a balance of the mochi texture with a bit of crunch to it. They also serve corn dogs and a small selection of milk teas.

Fantastic korean style hot dogs/corn dogs in south seattle. Exterior is mochi freshly made and deep fried to order. Donuts are also mochi, with unique Asian inspired flavors. Service is quick and friendly. Ambiance is low key, to go establishment with a few stools. Prices are reasonable. Happy Hour 5-6pm every day, bogo. What a deal. 100% recommend as your go to Korean style corn dog. This is not your average corn dog nor donut.

No complaints about this place! The family who owns and works here are always so friendly. The prices here are awesome given and they even have a buy 1 get 1 deal from 5-6PM! You can literally get half a dozen for just under $10, what a deal. They rotate their menu so you'll always get to try something different when you come in. My favorite has been their espresso donut so far. Their boba drinks are great and the hot dogs come out fast.

The options of different donuts!! All look delicious but what got me is the Chocolate churro!! ^^

Very helpful and patient with you :3 I would recommend the chocolate churro!! It's delicious ^^!!

This is a small spot that took over the old Ambrosia. When you come in you're greeted by a nice young man (the owner?) at the register. He is very helpful and professional. Their menu at the moment is pretty small, but given it's not a huge spot I can't imagine they could do a ton of things at once. They serve some drinks (milk teas and Vietnamese coffee), Korean corn dogs, and mochi donuts. No seating other than for waiting for your order. I think the place can benefit from 1-2 small tables that could seat 1-3 people. I really liked the potato corn dog with honey mustard. I thought it was delicious with a thick batter well coated in potato chunks. My boyfriend got the flaming hot corn dog with half cheese which was equally as good with a really nice cheese pull. He said he didn't like the texture of the hotdog inside but I thought it was ok, though it is sort of skinny (the hotdog I mean). I think it's best to consume immediately for optimum crunch. I live 5 minutes away and when we took it home it wasn't as crunchy as the time I ate it walking out the door. The first sauce you get (and sugar) is free and the man at the register will suggest sauces if you're unsure. My roommate went once and get the Thai milk tea drink and she thought it was average. If you go from 5-6PM it's buy 1 get 1 free for the donuts

Just tried this new Mochi spot in Othello. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. There is a lot of windows and a cute backdrop for pics. There's not a lot of seating, but there are stools along the windows so you can sit and eat, or sit while you wait. The music was very vibey and chill. I loved everything inside. The menu is easy to read and there's plenty of options. Now to the food. I ordered the hot Cheeto dog and crisp potato (no sugar), a strawberry lemonade, cinnamon crunch, and the chocolate funnel cake Mochi Donut. And lastly, the classic viet coffee and strawberry sparkling w/ lychee drink. The dochi was so good. My favorite was the strawberry lemonade. They tasted fresh, the designs were cute, and the flavors really hit. The corn dogs were super good too. Made to order, so they were hot when I got them. I loved that the hot Cheeto wasn't too thick or overpowering. I did half and half for these, and the cheese half was sooooo cheesy! The classic viet coffee was a 6/10. The coffee was good, but it didn't give me that caffeine punch that usual Vietnamese ice coffee gives me. More sweet than coffee. Lastly, the strawberry sparkling w/ lychee. OMG! This is my new favorite drink. They used real strawberries and the lychee chunks were so good! This will be my new summer drink. Overall, I liked this spot. It's small but cute, the food is good, and the staff was very kind.

A Seattle dog is a quintessential food item while visiting Seattle. I am happy to say the Dog In The Park Seattle Dog lived up to my expectations. A crispy grilled dog, cream cheese, and plenty of grilled veggies. There are loads of toppings to choose from, too, but the young man serving up the dogs recommended just plain for the first time to really get the classic experience. I think some light mustard and maybe some saurkraut would have been a great addition. Friendly service and good recommendations for a first-timer, though. Time without number I've found myself here, be that first dates, my birthday, or New Year's Eve, and it always feels like home. If home were a clown/carnival themed acid trip of a pinball arcade bar, that is. And what's not to love about that? The bar tenders here are cool and friendly people who pour drinks with a heavy hand, and understand the mission: get the patrons who want to be drunk, drunk. The first few times I visited, I felt a leeriness about ordering food. But once I got over myself, I kinda fell in love with the menu, and I've probably eaten everything on it (including the clam chowder). Their hot dogs are wonders to behold, utter symphonies for the senses, and I refuse to visit Shorty's without getting one. Best dog in Seattle? Why yes. I think so. To paraphrase one reviewer: "Take your date here. If she doesn't like it, she's lame and you shouldn't waste your time with her anyways." Shorty's is the bomb.

That's not something paying customers want to hear. I ended up ordering a drink for myself while the guys were looking at the menu because they were doing a food hop, and us girls were doing a bar hop. During that time, the bartender came back to our table at least four times within about five minutes. Instead of being attentive, it felt pushy and aggressive, especially since they were still deciding what they wanted. I've been here a few times before, but after this experience, this will definitely be my last visit.

The lady running the store was extremely nice, especially to my daughter (which always wins extra points from me!). I of course ordered the Seattle dog. They had various condiments and toppings available on the side including ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, pickles and pickled carrots. It was just the perfect amount of food with lots of flavors. After we were done eating, we came by the stand to grab some napkins and the lady asked us how the food was. I thought it was a nice gesture. She really didn't have to say anything and she had quite a few customers in line. She was able to multitask and provide excellent service to every customer. This is a hotdog stand. There are no tables. Condiments and napkins are all self-service. Each hot dog was $12 (this already includes sales tax and tipping is optional). I highly recommend if you are here for concerts or kraken games and want some good food that won't cost you an arm and a leg inside the arena.
