Instead of handling the situation better and apologizing after her groomers tone with me, she told me NOT TO RETURN. She has awful customer service and shouldn't manage any business. I now take my dogs to PetSmart for their grooving and I buy their dog food at Tractor Supply where the people at both stores are very nice and treat me with respect. I have been buying my dog treats at Krogers. I have two dogs and I use to my dogs to vital care since 2021. I even told my brother about vital care. After this altercation with Petco I use vital care and I canceled their services. I now take my dogs to my vet for their shots. In addition to their food, there is BROAD selection of dog treats. You can also find shampoos, supplements (e.g., joint preparations, calming aids), flea & tick products, toys, and much more.
