My friend reserved the Intro Party Package which came with 30 minutes of the sauna, massage or facial, and hot tub each with finger foods and the garden room. The garden room was really nice and cozy. It felt safe to leave all our stuff there since the whole back room was reserved for us. Our group of 4 were separated in twos, 2 people did massages while the other two were in the sauna. It was my first time getting a massage, so I think it was pretty good for a first timer! The person massaging me was nice and knew the areas to focus on. After the massage, my friend and I switched with the others and went into the sauna. They provided ice with a towel + iced water with lemon to prevent us from overheating. The whole hour of massaging and sauna went by so quickly! After the sessions were done, we were given organic veggies with ranch and parfaits to refresh ourselves. There were also crackers and spinach dip to snack on. This was surprisingly filling and refreshing. We were then moved over to the hot tub area and lost track of time, but it was nice since we didn't feel rushed or time restricted. The scalp treatment is authentic hydra facial by Keravive. Some salons say they have hydra facial but it is not authentic. You can check by going to the hydra facial website and typing in the salon name. Amy is awesome! She's very good to me. Gives you the full pampering you deserve and my skin is glowing. So I do the hydra facial and collagen facial. I like to switch off each month. The scalp treatment is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It is recommended to do that treatment every month the first 4-6 months then every other month after. I have my 4th scalp treatment at the end of January.

Personally that is my ideal relaxation process. The massage was so nice and calming and my scalp feels so so so good. The design of the spa is beautiful and they use brand name products like Oaui and olaplex. I have waist long bleached blonde hair so you could imagine it can be tough to deal with sometimes and needs extra gentle care. Judy was able to provide that all on her own no need for me to step in. Her time management was a total disaster. My appointment time was 10am, I arrived 15mins earlier, i waited until 10:10am and no one showed up. I called her and she apologized and she stated will be arrived in 20 mins. I told her i have to pick up my son at noon. Will you be able to make it? She said yes. the service ended at 12:10pm, and i had to call the school. ( they had to find a babysitter to watch my son, he's only 4. Im glad they hasnt charged me.) 2). The service room was a mess there. 2-3 beds jammed into 1 room. And things were everywhere. 3). No changing room (no privacy) ( she even came into the service room while i was changing). The massage therapist herself was wonderful--kind, gentle, and very good at what she does. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to how the scheduling and customer service were handled. A friend of mine made a reservation for four people. When we arrived, we were first told that only three of us could be taken, which caused some confusion and back-and-forth in our group. We adjusted our plans and were ready to leave, but then we were told they could accommodate all four of us after all, and that another massage therapist would arrive shortly. Three of us were taken in on time, but I was left waiting. I was told the therapist would arrive in about five minutes, but I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes while the others had already started their sessions. This put me behind schedule since we had other plans afterward. When I brought it up afterward, the staff did offer a small compensation for a future visit, but I was in a rush and couldn't really resolve it fully at the time. Overall, while the massage experience itself was good, the coordination and communication around our booking made the visit stressful and not as enjoyable as expected. I would recommend confirming reservations clearly ahead of time and making sure staffing is fully ready before scheduling groups. I'm still unsure if I would return, as my first experience left me disappointed despite the good quality of the massage itself.

So now that spas are open again and I am more confident for an office visit, I booked an appointment with Minh. SO. GLAD. I. DID. The spa itself is in Blossom Valley near, Branham area an upstairs unit, located in a business complex with a Dentist and other Salons too. Easy find no sweat find the stair case seems kinda hidden on the right side of the complex. I got a pretty good skin assessment for my type and I choose the Anti aging facial for my skin type to soak in all the extras. I like most people that work play and also go to school as an adult have stressors in life. No biggie. By management stress levels are high with me because I take risks, adapt to change and keep my head up and moving forward in life. Spa visits like 4 times a year including massages at locals spas I don't take Minh Ha care for granted. After my skin care analysis Minh got to her craft and did her work and face was cleansed and moisturized and had some extractions that were surprisingly less painful than most I have had at most salon spa service. This is top of the line work so expect to pay about $50 - $60 more than the average spa and or salon out their for a guy. The effects of the anti aging facial last I assume 2 - 3 months or 2-3 more times than the average facial, sans head and shoulder massage. I take pride in my skin I had one pretty significant accident tanning In Vegas in my younger days that left some damage to my face and cant afford lower if barely less self esteem if that makes some sense. Minh did a careful assessment of my skin, she followed up on the q and a, took pictures and asked some easy to answer health questions. I recommend Mihn Ha if you have the patience and time to work with her expertise and she is licensed for those that want to know. Be mindful of time and answer all questions to help with insight. My husband and I came to Yvette Spa By Jackie to celebrate our first wedding anniversary to treat ourselves. We came for the Couple's Massage (regular massage). I had made an appointment but we arrived 15 ish minutes early and were still seen immediately. As a fan of Thai Massage, this regular massage was a lot more enjoyable from a pain perspective. Actually relaxing rather than energizing but still effective after you walk out the door. Everyone was very nice, and we received services for the full hour. Given the cash price, this was a very good experience for the value, and I would definitely consider coming back the next time I'm looking for a more relaxing massage rather than an energizing one.
