At no point did they send an email saying that my items could have Ben damaged or flooded. I arrived at the unit to check on my items to notice a fan facing my storage unit when I opened it everything was drenched, smelly, mold with mosquitoes everywhere. Also when I went to get the rest of my items the garage was surprisingly no longer working and they used a car to block off the car entrance for the garage. These people are criminals and I have filed a claim. I am prepared to take them to court. Make sure to check on your things and take extensive pictures and videos of the damages! They don't care about your property.

She said there normal schedule was two days for delivery but she would see what she could do. Amy called back, said they could drop the bins off by 4pm. At 3:30pm, received text that the guys were on their way. They came in, dropped off the bins and were off. Amy checked in via text multiple times to ensure all was well. And I have two weeks before they have to be returned. I'll be done by end of day on Tuesday so I'll be calling to have them picked up but I had to write a review about a great experience. When signing up we had a quote for the amount of items and $60 for any pick up or drop off appointments. At some point during the time we stored with them they changed their policy so the appointment fee to drop off our things back to us after storage is $800! Its highly inconsiderate and unimaginable to have customers sign up for $60 fees and change that to $800 after the agreement was already made, and they have the customer's items. I cannot understand a change like that, and will be reaching out to their billing department to dispute this charge. Makespace is an efficient moving and storage combo company. The process of preparing made sense; we told the company what items we needed stored and they sent us bags so we can pack ahead of time. We were able to work with Rick and Travis who did great jobs moving us out of one place and in to our next place. Rick is a friendly, outspoken personable character; he has a lot of moving knowledge that was helpful for breaking down furniture and placement of furniture. The customer service was helpful when we called to make appointments or discuss billing. We were able to go to the storage facility to drop off additional storage items. We used the storage for around 6/7 months.

First of all, the staff was friendly as heck but then it went downhill when all of my personal items went missing from my storage space. I tacked on the extra fee in insurance and look what happens... I learned that my items were missing, I immediately want to leave the space because, I don't trust it any longer. Although I had more days left on my leasing agreement to remove my things, my code to access my belongings by the garage entrance was locked. I was with a brother who had cerebral palsy and wheelchair bound, they locked us out sooner then usual and I had expressed to the associate manager that I was moving out. The manager immediately deactivates my code and the next month I am still being charged a storage fee! We see across from my unit the storage door snd floor had roaches outside the door. Also the Storage company should have gave us the customers a courtesy notification that they were repairing/replacing the ceiling. Whoever fixed it broke some of our items and they knocked our stuff up against the door from the inside. It took us 30mins to get in the unit . And then had the nerve to $14 out my account. The customer service was good.
