The Moon Rock Cafe located in the Apollo/Saturn V space center

For a bite to eat some of my family ate lunch at the Moon Rock Cafe. There are grab and go meals as well as chicken tenders, burgers, fries and sandwiches, refills are free unlike Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

This is a cafe at KSP. It's in the Apollo/Saturn V Center. By the time we took the bus ride over there and checked everything out we were hungry after all that learning. We entered the line and then once a kiosk was open, we orders from the 8 language option kiosk which was super easy to use. Some of the items we ordered were: chicken Caesar, cheeseburger, BLT salad, coffee, sodas, gluten free cookie, and French fries. We got our number and waited patiently for our meals. Everything was delicious! Salad dressings are at the kiosk by the condiment stands.

Better than I expected We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center and caught the bus tour, which took us to the Saturn V Center. There is a HUGE rocket there, and also the Moon Rock Café. I was excited to see both, actually, I was hungry. After we spent time being super impressed with all the space stuff, it was time to eat before catching another bus back to where we started. For me, that meant pizza. They had premade pizzas in boxes. I grabbed one, and a drink. There was no wait to check out and available tables. I liked both the size and the taste of my personal sized pizza, it was definitely better than I expected.

This is a great place to stop while touring the Kennedy Space Center. The prices are reasonable and the food is decent. More importantly, where else would you be able to eat while staring at a rocket. This is a fun experience, but more importantly, a convenient place to stop while touring.

Located inside the Saturn V Center. It's amazing that prices are reasonable and food's good. You can enjoy the breeze outside since they have outdoor dining. But I opted the view of the Saturn V rocket. This is really a cool place! Center parking: $10 per car. Staff: Accommodating and friendly. Restroom: Clean and are plenty.

Slow motion. One guy handing out burgers and five people in the back doing nothing. They don't care.

About as pre made and manufactured as it gets. Probably only slightly better than prison food.

Coffee options include Espresso & Lattes, Specialty Lattes, Craft Brewed Coffee - including French Press, Pour Overs, and Frappes. There are several Tea options as well including matcha, green, chai, Yerba Mate, and Black (to name a few). This is a really cool place with exceptional drinks! The fish was steamy and freshly fried, perfectly golden without being overcooked. The hush puppies were also perfectly executed - not hard or crunchy like they can often be. While I wanted a little more kick to my tartar sauce, I appreciated that there were a variety of hot sauces to use at the condiment station. Next time I'm in Titusville, I can't want to try more of Wild Ocean's offerings!

I ordered the TRIPLETA from ven La ca in Titusville, and let me just say--this is the kind of…read moresandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and appreciate what you're eating. From the first bite, the flavors hit perfectly. The meats were seasoned and cooked just right, layered with fresh toppings that brought balance and texture to every mouthful. There's a richness to it, but it never feels overwhelming--just straight-up satisfying comfort food done right. Now, I'll be honest--the bread was slightly on the soggy side. But here's the thing... it didn't take away from the experience. If anything, it soaked up all that flavor, and once you leaned into it, it worked. Every bite still delivered. Pairing it with a Coco Rico? That was the move. The coconut sweetness cut through the savory flavors of the sandwich perfectly--it's one of those combinations you don't realize you need until you try it. Even though I ordered pickup, the experience still stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and gave off that genuine "you're family here" vibe that you can't fake. 10/10--absolutely recommend. This is the kind of spot you come back too an enjoy great food

Dropped in on an early-Tuesday night to find the place already had a few patrons in it. We were warmly greeted by Carla (who served us very well) and asked if we had ever been here before (no), and then were given the time to review their menu, ask questions, and finally make our selections. My wife had a couple of their Pizza Empanadas, while I chose the Chicken Mofungo (sp?). For an appetizer of sorts we ordered their ham croquetas. The food came out made-to-order and it was hot and fresh. My wife loved their empanadas, and my order was a massive serving of chicken corn meal, and a small side salad of sorts. The mofongo comes with an incredibly delicious garlic sauce that just makes the whole meal work even more than it was already working. We shared two desserts - the Tres Leches along with a guava cake roll I can't recall what it was called. The Tres Leches was just the right size (as this is a traditionally sweet treat) and the cake roll was sizeable - so it made sense to share that. Truly walked away feeling good about this place - from the welcoming decor, the staff, and of course the food - I hope the local (including me) give this place the love it deserves...
