This place is so good!!! I can't recommend it enough. To start, my drink always comes out very quickly. I personally believe that Moon Tea is one of the only boba places worth going to. Another note, I was reading the reviews and most people that left lower reviews all complained about the customer service. I have a boba addiction and come sometimes more than once a week and the customer service has always been great. The staff are very nice, even if they aren't all super talkative. The drinks we got were really good and the bobas are soft and chewy. We got our drinks during soft opening so the staff were still training but our experience was overall smooth. Wish the menu have descriptions and pictures of the drinks - this will make deciding a lot easier and it will make it faster too coz the staff wont have to keep explaining what it is. Kids would come every day if they could. Love the drink.taro is their fav. I love the Vietnamese coffee. Wish they had two sizes. They should offer two sizes instead of charging two $2 for two cups for splitting one large drink which I understand the cost. The kids like it which is their main clientele so work around them especially because it's almost $10+ per person. If you want them to return . Service is good for the most part. I would have given it a 3.5 because of the quality of their milk tea. They have really interesting new flavors and unique stuff that they implement into their special drinks. The menu is aesthetically pleasing as well. I work 10 minutes away from this location and I visited right when they opened and later on after several months. The service is what I guess is not quite up to par with other milk tea places because their cashiers do not seem to smile much and are not very approachable when someone has questions. I know what I want before I order so I never really ask much but for a place with unique things I guess they could work on being more open to questions from customers and things like that. read more

The interior is very pleasing and esthetic. They often decorate which I think is very nice when you are hanging inside. They give a buzzer (small device that buzzes when your order is ready). I think the buzzer is nice so that the employees don't have to shout a number or name or the entire order to tell a customer it's ready. I got mango smoothie which was really good and not too sweet. But they were out of mango bobas unfortunately. But it's ok, next time. Just moved to the area and was craving boba. Thankfully they stay open late which is what made us check this spot out. Just walking into this place you're taken back by the ambiance. There is this exclusive vibe like you've just stepped into the VIP line. Love all of the details from the floor to the walls. It doesn't stop with the ambiance. The menu isn't overwhelming like most tea spots. It's been carefully curated using unique fresh ingredients cultivating tasteful beverages in the most elegant cup I've ever had boba in! The iridescent color that switches up with the different beverage colors is so chic. I just wanted to sip it slow just to enjoy looking at the cup glistening in my hand. Loved it! So disappointed with the service . If you are going to advertise expect a big turnout. I came here during lunch around 12 or so placing order for my wife and I. She wanted the fish balls and I had the popcorn chicken. She also had order the Oreo with boba and I had the avocado with no Boba. There were 2 ppl up front. I believe one is on training. It was busy and there's a lot of ppl. That's understandable. But what I don't understand is the help the front need to get when it's busy. Both ladies probably are trying their best but I can see the stress level and when it came my turn, the quality of service was shot. Christy was at the register and I believe her name (I asked her) is Wala... for give me I miss heard. Im assuming Wala is on training and all she needs to do is matched the drinks and food. That didn't happen. After 35 minutes I finally got my order (takeout) I totally forgot what my wife had and brought the order home. She immediately told me that the drinks is wrong . It's strawberry flavor and she ordered Oreo. I tried to call but the number on the ticket doesn't accept calls. Anyway I ended driving back to return the wrong drink and have them replace it. The trainee was a little abrupt and rude. If you're going to run a boba place , I think you should make a good impressions. I live nearby and this probably will be the last time I come. PLEASE PUT DESCRIPTIONS OF DRINKS ON YOUR MENU!!! Visited for the first time today, the cashier was a little apprehensive and slightly awkward to talk to, as I didn't know what ANY of the drink names meant, and had to ask about 7 drinks, before I ordered 3. I wanted to ask more, but it was getting awkward even though no one else was in the store. I suggested that she tell the owners to put descriptions on the menu, but she replied that the font would be too small so she can just describe it by mouth instead. Uh.... ok, but what happens when there's more than 1 customer? Weird. She failed to tell me that my kuro dirty milk tea(??) had cheese foam. I hate cheese foam! Waited about 7 minutes for drinks. My kids' favorite drinks are the fruity drinks (watermelon, strawberry, lychee, etc.) with strawberry popping boba. I've been to this place a couple of times and recommended it to some friends who've also liked it. My first visit, I had their avocado boba , which is one of their popular drinks. That was not for me. But, hey, I'd never know otherwise. Second time, I went for Thai tea, which was bomb. Next time I'll try something else, but, great experience, fast service, and a nice, relaxing lounge, while you wait for the drink. Love the Matcha Oreo Tornado, Mushy Milo, Mango Jungle, and Tropical Fruit! The drinks aren't too sweet and are so refreshing, especially the fruit teas. I've been waiting for a boba spot like this to open since I love matcha tornado drinks and the place I used to get my usual matcha tornado fix is all the way at Elk Grove. The place has great ambiance and is always clean. The staffs are nice. It might be a bit of a wait when they're busy. Like maybe 20-30 minutes, but quite underatandable since some of their drinks aren't that simple and food takes time to prepare. I've been to Moon Tea when they're not busy and it's a lot more of a decent and faster wait time. I got the popcorn chicken during the soft opening and didn't like it at all, but I gave it a try again and it has improved! I wish there was spicy mayo though. read more

First, let me start by saying- this is a very new establishment so I'm not surprised by anything. I would definitely come back in the future to try it again, in hopes that they would have it all figured out by then. Customer service is great, the guy taking orders and passing out orders was polite and apologetic about wait times. (I didn't mind, again this place is new and they're still ironing out the kinks) Things that need improvement: - Use of beepers to keep track of orders, I didn't see a point when the barista just kept going around to drop off drinks. Perhaps the traditional receipt # and calling out the #'s may be more efficient? - Ice level in the drinks, I got a signature milk tea less sweet, regular ice. Ice seemed more like "less" than regular. Sweetness was just fine. - Fishballs smelled and tasted burnt, like they were cooked in burnt oil. The place also smelled like it and I came out smelling like it, haha. - Popcorn Chicken was ok, lacked flavor, and wasn't crunchy! Needs some crunch in it. - Also want to add.. maybe adding a short description to the drinks on the menu would be nice. Ex: black milk tea or peach fruit tea with fruit bits. Other than that, I have high hopes for this place! I'm sure there will be a lot of improvement in the future! read more
