It was so tasty and savory; the prosciutto and smoked salmon were fresh and we both had enough to save for later The service was great and a man who happened to be one of the owners, tended to us. The cherry on top was learning that it's partially black owned. This fact made me so happy because to me thats what community looks like - a neighborhood gem.

We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. At least I was able to get the sunny side up eggs over medium. The avocado toast was piled quite high and very difficult to eat, but it was tasty. The steak was ice cold when it was served! Honestly, I think Egor forgot about the order and it sat in the back for a while, because I waited a long time for the food. Egor did not check on me after delivering the food. I felt like I had to keep hunting him down for more drinks and a dessert menu. It wasn't very busy in there. He also forgot to bring out the dessert all together. I had to ask him and when he brought it out, it was clearly already made sitting in the back. He just needed to get it. The ambiance is nice and the bar is cute. I probably won't return because the service was subpar, the food can't be changed to my liking, and the food was cold. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like this place.

This is a place that my husband and I keep going back to. It's been always for lunch and we never left disappointed or with an empty stomach. We've tried quite a few items of their menu ( different wraps, hot sandwich, burgers) and were satisfied every single time. Their fries are delicious as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient, which means a lot especially at lunch time when a lot of people are trying to make it back to work on time. Saturday August 23rd,2025 I went there with my daughter, because she wanted to go. I told her I haven't been there since 2000. I've heard a complaint about how the employees treat us Melinan beings. We experienced what I heard and we walked out. It wasn't busy, customers that came in after we ordered got their food before us. Waited over 40mins before I said fuc it let's go. We arrived early for our hotel before our cruise and the room was not ready. We decided to find someplace nearby to go eat breakfast. The diner itself was very unique And the Decour inside was very retro. We were greeted as we enter the door and take Our booth. Our waitress Amy was very friendly and offered suggestions with the menu. The menu was quite extensive and I tried the corn beef hash while my wife did the hungry man breakfast. This is my first restaurant review and unfortunately I cannot write a positive one. The food is ok-ish but the attitude of the staff was totally unpleasant. I felt ignored and I heard other customers feeling the same. This could be a nice diner but it's managed in an unprofessional manner . There was a guy with short hair and blue eyes who seemed to be manager who cared more about his cell phone conversations than attending to customers needs. No wonder the waiters are careless. We know Joseph & Vanessa and based upon the time and day we mostly eat there - Becky whom all have been friendly, courteous and made a special point to check up on us to make sure our food came out right and that we are happy. When it comes to Diners, I am a pretty picky person. I like my diners to be old school. I want to be able to smell the grill as soon as I enter the place. I want my servers to be friendly, and at the same time have some personality. I want a traditional diner setting. And I want perfect diner style (and flavor) food. Stopped in for brunch during a visit to South Florida. The atmosphere, food and service were all disappointing. For starters, the floors were grimy with black streaks. Our waitress was not attentive at all. My pancakes were not cooked. I literally saw batter as I cut into them. How a diner messes up pancakes is beyond me.
