What a cute and quirky coffee shop! The place really isn't that small, but somehow the set up makes it feel a little cramped. But in a cozy way! Can't believe I'm saying this...but come here for the latte art. It's so different and adorable! The coffee is excellent, but the cuteness of this place sets it apart from the many other outstanding coffee options in Seattle. I had the nutella mocha, sooo good! Delicious but not too sweet. The nutella did not overpower the coffee flavors. This place takes coffee to an art form! And there's ample seating to just relax, sip on your drink, and people watch. And there's food, although I didn't try any. It also wasn't very crowded. ALSO there was an outlet near my seat! For some reason, I've noticed many coffee shops in Seattle lacking outlets for customers to use, which I found strange and annoying. Recommended! read more

I visited this place 3 years ago when I first came to Seattle. I remember thinking the food and coffee was so good. I never reviewed it, but as soon as I arrived to Seattle again, I knew this was the first place I had to come to for brunch. The food was just as good as I remembered. The avocado toast was huge, bigger than my hand. I almost had to force myself to finish it because I didn't want to be carrying around leftovers. I would have liked a little more everything seasoning (I put a lot when I make this at home), but I was too lazy to ask. Although it's only 1 slice of toast, it's definitely much larger than a regular slice of bread, so it's pretty filling. My boyfriend got the quesadilla and he really liked it. It did look a little greasy to me, but chorizo is always greasy so. And the coffee was amazing. As someone who drinks coffee daily, I have a pretty decent gauge as to what is good coffee, and what isn't. I thought this cup tasted fresh and strong. They have a cute little station for all your necessary condiments. Overall, I really loved this place. I paid $19 for coffee, avocado toast and quesadilla, so it's really affordable too. Decorations are super cute too. The place is pretty small though! read more

We went to this adorable little coffee house at first only because it was a close walk from the hotel we were staying in but what luck we went there! Not only great customer service, delicious breakfast and amazing lattes! The latte was SO cute I could hardly stand to drink it but it was also so delicious! Such a cute little cafe. It is a but smaller in size compared to your conventional coffee shop, but gives a quaint and antiquated feel. I had heard quite a lot about the latte art here, so came to this cafe just for this. I loved the ones I had on my drinks - it looked so pretty that I didn't feel like pouring sugar in my coffee :) The service was quite fast and it was very calm and quiet inside ( atleast the two times I went) definitely a good place to sit and talk to friends or read a book on a rainy day. read more

So cute ! My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of state and I was so excited to find this cute little coffee shop not too far from our hotel. This place is ADORABLE. Service was very fast and friendly even during peak busy hours. The coffee shop itself is definitely a bit tight, but the quality of service and coffee is worth it. Decided to keep it simple and ordered a chai tea latte and was so glad I chose that! The food looks worthwhile, will definitely give it a try on my next visit! read more

Now this was a great coffee shop. I got the iced Nutella mocha drink and it was sooo good. I could've drank at least two more. The drinks weren't the only amazing thing about this place. I got the arugula sandwich with goat cheese, red pepper, and onions as well and it was delicious. No wonder why this place was so packed. We luckily found seating and enjoyed our meal inside. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the area. read more

I found this place via Yelp and just had to visit during my trip to Seattle. We first stumbled across the smaller to go shop around the corner and felt it couldn't be correct and kept looking. Luckily they are only a block apart so we were able to find the larger sit down location easily. We lucked out with no line and ordered our drinks right away. They have 3 sizes however were out of the middle when we got there so we opted to go with the small size which was plenty. I got the Horchata Latte that had a nice balance of cinnamon. I also got the apple and turkey waffle. I think it would be better served as a waffle sandwich instead of just laying on top of the waffle in an awkward way to eat. It did taste good though. We were lucky enough to grab a seat and the tables are comfortable. As we ate the place became packed and a line grew. It's hard to say when this occurs or if it's just in waves but be prepared it might take some time to get your picture perfect coffee. read more

This was a cute little coffee shop we stopped at while wandering around the city. Love the Latin favors infused into the menu. But I do think you should stick to the horchata latte and avoid the chai. The chai was sadly really diluted and bland. read more

This coffee shop is located right next to Moore Theatre and all the hustle and bussle! I went here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and we found a seat immediately (quite surprisingly for such a popular coffee shop). We ordered at the counter a Taro Latte and Horchata Latte, to find adorable latte art! I was instantly in love with the place! We also ordered their strawberry shortcake waffle, the waffle wasn't too dough-y and it had a fluffy Belgian waffle taste to it! Definitely recommend. It's a small coffee shop to study, do homework, or catch up with a buddy. Their menu isn't very extensive as far as small bites goes, but a great place to explore while you're in Seattle. read more

The coffee here is good, the waffles are very meh. I came here for breakfast with two friends while visiting Seattle. We were lucky to snag a booth because the cafe is very small, but cozy. I ordered the Cafe Madrid, which was a very creamy and lightly sweetened latte. I really liked the Cafe Madrid and highly recommend it if you don't like super sweet or heavily flavored lattes. I also ordered a Chorizo Waffle. The Waffle (at $8 each) was a letdown. It was nothing special, just a regular waffle with a slice of cheese and a heap of chorizo on top. My friend who ordered the Monte Cristo Waffle got pretty much the same thing but ham and turkey on top instead. It didn't look really appetizing and tasted very average. I think the sweet waffles here are probably a better choice over the savory ones. I would recommend the coffee here (they come with cute latte art!) but not the Savory Waffles. read more

I ordered the Nutella Waffle and the waffle was perfect. It was both internally fluffy while the edges had that crisp but was not burned. The waffle came out before the coffee. I ordered the Horchata Latte which I've always thought Horchata would be great as a latte and they pulled it off. They had just the right of espresso horchata ratio. The barista must have seen my boyfriend playing Pokémon-go while we were in like and made his latte a jigglypuff, while mine was a cat. I appreciate the Barista's attention to detail and made sure to tip her well. read more

A small cute coffee shop in a little calmer side of downtown Seattle. It only has 3 tables and a few chairs. This is not a traditional American coffee shop, but it's more like an Asian/Latin infused coffee shop. Pricing is about $4-5 for a cup of latte, but what sets this place different is their latte art work - Instagrammable, everyone! You can see how much care the barista puts into each cup of coffee and how she draws the art with passion. My husband and I like to order something different that we don't normally get at home or don't normally see at other places, so we got one taro latte and one horchata latte. Each cup is served with a piece of Biscoff cookies which is a plus. Taro latte - I believe it's just steamed milk and taro, no coffee in it, but it was delicious. It's not overly sweet which is perfect. Horchata latte - So perfect!!! It's a perfect balance of the smoothness of coffee, cinnamon, and steamed milk. Came for latte art, stayed for the latte art and interior vibes. A very small space located inside the Moore Hotel, and arriving around 2:30pm on a weekday and was surprised how the space is used with a room of seating that has both chairs and bench style, then two seats by the corners. I can see the line and crowds coming in during the rushes or weekends. The waffle station seemed to be closed which was confusing as the menu for food said open until 3pm. We got honey cinnamon latte which was the special and a mexican mocha with one shot of espresso instead of the usual two shots (both drinks were almost 5 with tax). The latte art was cute and stayed intact while drinking our lattes, drinks come with a small graham cracker (a little dry). We noticed the drinks were creamy as maybe more milk as the latte arm foam was thicker as whole milk was poured into our cups first, instead the coffee. The bottom of our cups were grainy too as we finished them Overall, it seems like a cute place with a Mexican flair as there are baked goods, tamales and a Frida Kahlo painting too. We felt a little rushed to leave because it wasn't busy and there was constant cleaning and the bins to bus our table were empty as the owner told us to bring our cups to the front- it was a little confusing. I have bookmarked this place for the longest time but I'm also never in this area for anything else so it has taken me awhile to finally get here. Let's be honest - the only reason I came here was for the cute latte art (oh and the taro flavored lattes). After I ordered I was anxiously waiting to see if every drink and especially mine would be topped with cute latte art. However, I was met with disappointment as I only got a leaf, a really pretty one at least... My friend got lucky and had her drink topped with a cute pig and yes, I was very jealous. I wish they were more consistent on that, seeing as our drinks took about the same amount of time to make. As silly as it sounds, it did make me a teensy bit sad that I wasn't surprised with one. An extra tidbit of the cafe that really took me by surprise is that they have a light box where you can photograph your drink, for all you foodies/influencers out there. I took my picture that is attached to this review in the box but I don't think I've quite mastered the art of food photography yet. read more

Such a cute little shop next to the Moore Hotel! I ordered a matcha and taro latte, plus the prosciutto waffle! My order came out very quick, and was really delicious! The only down side is that the shop is a little small, so you might have to wait for a table to open. read more

Coffee/drinks were top-notch notch, but I ordered the quesadilla and that was another story. The most predominant flavor was the raw red onion. It was supposed to come with sour cream and salsa, came with a brown acidic sauce that maybe was the salsa? No sour cream. Also a side of macaroni salad that just tasted like Mayo. But none of what was said justifies a 3-star rating really. Delicious little coffee shop! It has such a homey, family feel when you walk in. The coffee is sooo yummy & the service is great. Parking is really difficult in the area so I do recommend going with someone. That way one person can hop out and grab the drinks if needed. Found this place on yelp. It's kind of a Mexican coffee shop but it's part or connected to a hotel. There's pretty good coffee selections. I'm not sure if it's a good price since I am from the Bay Area so any other city has better prices. The art coffee is the most amazing and by far the best in Seattle. It's a small shop so it's more of a grab and go. Service is pretty good. Bathrooms were clean and the coffee was good. read more

Thought this place was just ok. The waffle itself was tasty and the coffee was good but over all it was a bit disappointing. I felt the waffles could have been better. We got a PBJ Waffle and they didn't put anything on the waffle really. Literally they sprinkled store bought almonds, scrapped the tiniest bit of JIF peanut butter (yes I watched him) into a small plastic container and smuckers jelly in the plastic container on the side. My apple cinnamon waffle had half raw apples and half delicious stewed apples. The whole thing should have been stewed and I didn't taste any caramel. Overall just disappointed, seemed like a little lazy preparation and for an almost $9 waffle I expected more. The space is also very small, the line got long and we could barely get our food to our table read more

Loved this place!! It's a nice cozy place with latte art for every cup of coffee you order! It's so cute! Everyone get a different animal! And each up of coffee comes with a piece of cookie! I loved everything about Moore Coffee Shop! They were swamped on the morning I visited telling me they are well-liked in the neighborhood, too. My lemon cake was fresh and moist. They had a small table with add-ins for the coffee. I was able to make my cup of coffee exactly the way I liked it. I was pleased that they do not use Starbucks coffee. read more

We didn't try cocktails this time but they all looked good. They have a variety of seating options (bar seats, short tops, booths). I got mine with the fried thigh and shoestring fries and it was so good. Fries were nice and crispy and not greasy! Also shared a side of catfish and so much flavor and not greasy at all! How do yall do that?! lol When you leave a spot like this, typically you feel weighed down by the fried foods but this place left us so satisfied without that weighed down feeling. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs.
