Great little spot to stop for lunch! We came here while in town on our first visit to Pinetop-Lakeside and picked Moose's based on the great reviews. Samantha greeted us the second we walked in the door and was an outstanding server! She gave great food recommendations and checked back often. I had the chicken Philly quesadilla with a Caesar salad as my side and the quesadilla had a ton of flavor! It was so big I took half home to enjoy later. Being with our family on this visit I appreciated the spacious dining room to grab a table, but the bar side looked fun too! Would definitely come back if we're in town again!

Solid food and always excellent service. They treat you like you're a regular every time. Clean and over 20 beers on draft. Great for watching games and even though it is smaller they can seat about 10 - 4 tops, 8 - 2 tops and roughly 9 bar seats. Worth stopping in, absolutely.

Only been here once so far. Definitely the best burger I've had in a long while. I got the California burger, no onion, no tomato. The hashbrowns were a little crispy for my liking, but that is a personal opinion, and they were otherwise delicious. Highly recommend.

We ate here our first night in Pine-top. Cute place, service was great, food was good, except the nachos... idk- I think it was the cold clumpy cheese. We'll try the place again next time we visit.

We've lived in the area for 2.5 years & finally stopped by to try this local joint out. The original dinner plan for us was pizza, glad we changed our mind. We entered & was unsure if we had to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. We found a table ourselves & was greeted with menus & the long list of beers & the daily specials. We checked out the menu & opted for the special Fish Tacos & the Flaming Hot burger, both with a side salad. Flaming Hot came with a bunch of jalapeños on it & it was better than pizza. (LOLOL) Three Fish tacos had grilled fish and they had jalapeño cranberry slaw on them. Nice sized "street tacos." We arrived at the restaurant around 4:30 & by the time we left, the place was packed. The only problem I think we experienced was service, there was only one server. She was swamped. Other than that, we'll be back. Another option to eat in the White Mountains which is a desert for food choices.

The servers at Moose Henri's are so kind and make sure everyone has a positive experience. The food is served fresh and has lots of flavor. If you love cheese and peppers every meal will be satisfying. The portion sizes are very large and filling.

Walked in, server ignored us and it smelled like stale smoke. Turned around and walked out.

At dinner, each of us had one espresso martini. No one was intoxicated, slurring words, or behaving badly. We arrived together in a lifted pickup truck Uber. As we stepped out, one friend--wearing stiletto heels--briefly slipped on the gravel parking lot (because let's face it, gravel and stilettos gravel don't go together) She immediately caught herself and was completely fine. The moment we walked inside, we were met with the craziest hostility. The brunette behind the counter aggressively interrogated me and another friend about how many drinks we'd had and where we'd been. I fully understand that staff have a responsibility to monitor their guests for safety, but the condescending tone and confrontational delivery were entirely unprofessional. This rbf brunette was literally yelling at us for no reason at all. So as I'm trying to calmly answer all her questions, (even though her tone was rude as hell) she actually turned her chair away from me and began vaping mid-conversation. Yes--vaping. I'm like, are u really just going to turn around, treat me like a dog and start Vaping?! So I asked her to please turn around and at least look at me while I was speaking. But at this point, now I feel incredibly disrespected and ask to speak to a manager. So she rolls her eyes and yells for the "manager" to come in. I started laughing at this point because whoever came in was clearly not the manager... It was a blonde girl who appeared to be just barely 21 and had glowing neon paint drawn all over her nose, eyebrows and jaw, and was wearing booty shorts and some other raver attire. This chick looked like she was on her way to Coachella over actually managing an establishment. I wish I was making this up!! In all of the years that I have worked the service industry in my 20's (serving, bartending, cocktailing, in Scottsdale) I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and hostility. At this point, my friends and I didn't even want to go in and spend $$$ there. From that point on, we were dismissed and treated like a liability rather than paying customers--all because someone briefly slipped on their own gravel lot. No one was drunk. No one was disruptive. We were simply asking for basic respect and professionalism. We won't be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming here--especially if you value being treated like a human being. I rarely leave negative reviews; most of mine are positive. But this experience earned every word of mine if not more. Final thought: If a place is this eager to judge, dismiss, and humiliate guests before they even make it past the entry, imagine how they handle things when something actually goes wrong. (Which I'm sure is a nightly event) And know they're going to somehow turn this around on us like it was our fault, so I'm grabbing my popcorn and will be ready for a good laugh bc this place was a JOKE!

Our visit was on a Sunday evening so it wasn't too busy. Good thing considering how slow they were. 2 hours! Yeah, two hours! The place was filthy! The floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop since they first opened and our table was almost as bad! I ordered Top Sirloin & Shrimp, with a baked potato. Other than being cold and a "child's plate", the food was OK. Not great, just OK. 4 shrimp, a six ounce steak, and medium baked potato shouldn't cost $38.00! I can easily afford to take my family out anywhere, but this was really pathetic. I'd be embarrassed to serve that! Oh, my "salad" was iceberg lettuce that was already limp and turning brown with two bitter cherry tomatoes. I didn't know tomatoes could be bitter! We saw our waitress a total of three times. Once to begin taking our order, then to leave in the middle for some emergency elsewhere. About 30 minutes later, she returned with our drinks and had the nerve to ask... "Now, where were we?" No less than an hour later someone else showed up with our cold food. After about two hours I was able to flag down our "waitress" for the bill. That part was actually pretty quick. It's extremely rare when I leave a bad review. Especially at a restaurant. We go out quite often and see the abuse that service staff endure. I couldn't do their jobs so I have much respect for those who can. Having said that, I see this place in a death spiral. The current staff is killing it. It's too bad too. It has the potential to be great. Considering how long it has been there, it must have been good at some point. Unfortunately it seems those days are past. If you plan on visiting, make sure that your Tetnis shot is current and bring some hand sanitizer.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff genuinely enjoyed working there and cared about our experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. The menu offers a wide variety of creative dishes. My wife ordered the Fried Pickle Burger, which came with a unique tomatillo ranch sauce--it was both inventive and delicious. I had the Nashville Hot BBQ Chicken Sandwich special, and it lived up to the name: full of flavor with just the right kick. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Since it was Mother's Day weekend, they were offering a complimentary dessert with a meal for all mothers. My wife chose the peach cobbler, and it was not only generously portioned but also absolutely delicious. A sign inside proudly proclaims they've been voted Best of the White Mountains for the past four years. Based on our visit, I have no doubt that streak will continue. The only (minor) disappointment was that they don't yet serve beer or wine, though the staff mentioned they're looking into adding it in the future. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Snowflake or local to the area--you won't be disappointed.
