So, there is a new burger place in town. Mooyah is a chain mainly in Texas that is part of the new simple burger menu trend. They have 3 choices of burgers (regular, turkey, and veggie), white or wheat bun, and a many condiment and sauce possibilities. I ended up getting a burger with cheese ($5.70), a small fri ($2) and a regular drink ($2) The burger was average, a little on the greasy side and blander than I would expect from this kind of place, but not bad. If you are craving 5 guys, smashburger, or in-n-out, I think you will be a little disappointed. Fries are fresh and good, they could be a little crisper and less salty. I tried the sweet tea, but it had an off flavor to it so I switched to soda. Be careful of the lunch crowds at this place. By the time I left there was a line out the door. I don't think this is a bad offering for the price, especially for the west end. read more

We pre-ordered our food online, and when my husband went to get it, it still wasn't ready. He waited an additional 20 minutes supposedly for fries (really?), and they were still burnt and gross. For supposedly great burgers and fries, this place stinks. I will say when I contacted Mooyah Corporate, they offered me a free burger coupon (of course, only if I purchased something else), but they did forward my email onto the local franchise owner and he offered coupons for free burgers as well (without having to purchase anything else). That's a nice gesture, but honestly don't know that I'll use them. Best part about the experience was the shakes. read more

I'm surprised this location only has 3 stars. Traveling in Montana I think this is one of the best places for burgers. Very similar to in n out if you're familiar with the So Cal famous burgers. Had a damn good burger. Great griddle crust on the smashed burger. Greasey good flavor with a garlic salt they add to the beef. Bun is fresh but good not great taste. Lettuce and all toppings crisp and fresh. Fries are fresh and damn good. Milkshake was good but impossible to drink. read more

Loud, incredibly dirty. Poor management. The place was so dirty, tables piled with trays, one garbage can for the entire dining area and it was overflowing, had a distinct odor that smelled like dirty diapers. The food wasn't very good either. We had to wipe down a table with drinking water and napkins before we could sit down. A large family came in and had to bus 2 tables before they could seat their kids. Music so loud you had to yell just to be heard. When asked to have the the tables cleared off by staff, there wasn't anyone available to do that. Yuck!!! read more

Placed orders for 4 people. Half my order didn't print, had to repeat 2 orders to the guy and he told me he had missed first 2 when actually he missed last 2. Then they had to ask me how many fries I had ordered. Then they mixed up burger toppings. I ate at this place for the first time, it was late they were about closed. The order taker asked if I had eaten here before, I replied with no. He showed me how to order with the ticket. Took about 10 minutes to get my food. I watched Sports Center while eating, having a broken arm and what not, I take my time. One of the ladies that worked there asked how my food was, I replied with very good. She then asked if I needed a refill on my drink, I said I was fine. The burger wasn't dripping with grease, the bun wasn't soggy, vegetables were fresh, the bacon is real bacon, not that microwaved crap you get at McDonald's, Burger King, ect. I was recently in town for business. Needed a quick place for lunch to take some colleagues. Found this place on yelp. Went there about 12:30 on Wednesday place was pretty busy. Being my first time there I had a few questions. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the process. I had the standard cheeseburger and fries and chocolate shake. All were on point. All my coworkers enjoyed their meals. Staff came by asked how everything was. Good customer service. I was impressed and went over to the tip jar to add a tip. Commented to the staff judging by the tip jar they've had a pretty good day. The staff told me they don't get the tips that management keep the tips for a party. I asked how often they have a party. They said they have yet to have a party. Not sure what kind of party they're saving up for? But sounds a little odd. I know most servers don't make a lot and depend on tips. I don't think management should taking the tip money. But it's not my business. Overall a good experience. read more
