0/10 - Would Not Recommend I had a tire shipped to this location through SimpleTire and had already paid the installation fee through the app, just like I have done before at other participating installers. When I arrived, I showed them my receipt from my email confirming that the installation had already been paid for. Despite this, they insisted that I pay again. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while I was inside discussing the issue with the front desk, they went ahead and installed the tire. When I told them I didn't want to proceed because I was being charged twice, they informed me that the tire was already on the vehicle and that I had to pay. I felt pressured into paying a second time for a service I had already purchased. They then told me to dispute the charge with SimpleTire instead of resolving the issue themselves. The customer service was poor, and there was no effort made to address my concerns or find a fair solution. I left feeling taken advantage of. As a woman who came in alone, I couldn't help but feel that I wasn't treated fairly or that my concerns were not taken seriously. Whether intentional or not, the entire experience left a very negative impression. Poor communication, poor customer service, and an unacceptable way of handling a billing dispute. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my car off on November 20 for a diagnosis. The mechanic couldn't figure out the issue, so they took my car to the Infiniti dealership, where the diagnosis was completed in the beginning of December. Despite this, I was not contacted until the END of December. There was absolutely no explanation for why critical information was withheld for weeks. When I was finally contacted, I was told I needed a new electric water pump. What followed was over two months of excuses--wrong part ordered, part sent back, still waiting, delay after delay. My car sat there while I was given the runaround and kept in the dark. I eventually went to the shop in person and was told they were still waiting on the part. Miraculously, the very next day, I was told the part had arrived--but now I suddenly needed a $17,000 battery. After holding my car for months, this major issue was just now being mentioned? Completely unacceptable and extremely hard to believe. From the very beginning he knew what was wrong with my car, I don't understand all the lying!! BE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. To make matters worse, I had previously paid $800 at this same shop for a water pump replacement that my car did not even need. As a woman, I honestly felt like I was not taken seriously and that I was taken advantage of. The lack of transparency, constant stalling, and changing stories made this entire experience feel manipulative and disrespectful. This shop wasted months of my time, caused unnecessary stress, and pushed questionable repairs without clear communication. I believe karma will handle what I can't, but I can at least warn others: if you value honesty, integrity, and fair treatment--especially as a woman--do not bring your car here. So I had a diagnostic for my jeep and asked if he could fix the part and guy said he would need to diagnose it on his own because auto zone is not reliable and I asked "if the same diagnosis from auto zone shows up on his computer as well, if he would still charge me?" and he said yes. For this diagnosis he wanted to charge me $150 to check + $250 for labor and I had to buy the part. I find it unfair and a complete scam. I had taken my car before and I was content with his work. But looks like they just want to take money from customers no matter what. Looks like I won't be going back. I just thought I gave people a heads up. read more

Met with aggress owner, waste of time, and violence. I called before hand to ask whether if they can do alignment, as well as mount balance tires. They told me yes and on the same day. When i got there they said to come back the next day. Second day(today) I got to the shop and handed them my keys at 9:30. I waited two hours asking if they how to do an alignment on a tesla since it requires extra steps in the software. They told me "yes I know how to do it" with aggression. I asked if they know about the software part, which he responded with "what software?" I waited about an hour and a half just for them to say no your car cannot be put onto the ramp. I asked to perform a tire change instead. They spent another hour barely working on my car. When i asked how much longer its going to take, he instantly said "no im done, not going to do it, you rush me." He quoted me a repair for $640 I which included the part then contacted Pep Boys and told me without seeing my car that it would cost $400 I took to Pep Boys and after they looked at it it was just a loose hose cost me $49.00. On 9/16/22 I took my car into Morenos auto repair because my oil light was coming on only when stopped . He said he'd have to charge me $120 for diagnostic. I said ok . Then he called me later saying the oil pressure switch is bad and needs to be replaced. He said $381 out the door . I said ok . He then said they needed to order the part and that I would need to pay half now . So I went to pick up my car I paid $200 on 9/16/22 then took my car on Friday 9/23/22 I had took my 2 little girls with me. As I was waiting outside for my ride manny asked me oh u don't have boys? I said yea I have 3 at home. He then replied wow 5 kids .? You didn't watch much T.v . At that point I started to feel uncomfortable. I then got picked up . he had my car all day never called me . I called him at 4:30 he said oh yea your cars ready . I go to pick it up and pay the remaking 181.00 and right when I drove off it was making a bad sound in the front when I would barley step on the gas. It was not like that when I dropped it off. So it was Friday and it was already late. They're closed on weekends. So on 9/26/2022 I returned at 8:30 am because my car was now making a noise and my oil light was still going on . Mind you I payed $380 to have the oil pressure switch replaced. Obviously that was not the problem. So I left my car . He had it all day again . He never called me . I showed up at the shop at 5pm . They tell me oh we fixed the noise it was something that they did when they replaced the switch. I said ok what about the oil light still coming on . They then recommended I probably need to do a engine flush . Which he said is 439.00 but I can do it for you for 289.00 . I told him why did You tell me it was the switch and obviously it's not so I just payed $380 for something I did not need and u said I needed . I feel played . Do not go to this guy . He's a FAKE especially when it comes to females. He should have at least gave me half my money back . There's such thing called karma though. Beware Girls looking for a mechanic. read more
